Located at Santa Monica Main Place. Smaller than what it looked like on KTLA, and only 3 flavors were available. Customer service was amazing, considering there was a guy screaming at them for directions to Hagen Daz. A little pricy considering the size of the cup, and that the surprise inside the ice cream was too sweet to eat and had to be thrown out. The kid thought it was amazing so that out weighs the negatives,

Horrible! Overpriced and not flavorful. It’s not fresh either, it’s pre packaged sub par ice cream. Definitely do not recommend.

July 2, 2021 ktla 5 ..Tyra Banks this morning!!! OMG!!!I went today to SMIZE Cream by tyra banks in Santa Monica. Dont get why ice cream would be so expensive when there is nothing special enough to justify it. Its not dairy free, gluten free, low carb, low fat. There is literally nothing to back up the prices its just regular ice cream. Rip off tone deaf prices. Just go to a cold stone instead.

I went to check this out when they were just offering the initial taste tests before the shop actually opened. It’s really just a crazy social hype campaign - there is nothing remotely special or even that tasty about the actual ice cream and I was disappointed. It’s just like getting the basic grocery store generic brand ice cream, and it’s not even fresh out of a temp-controlled bin… just frozen super hard in a tiny tub. Despite this, they still charge an unjustified premium price.They should try doing something actually unique and forward-thinking if they want to get anyone to really care. Tyra is not enough to float it, and no amount of PR is gonna change that this is just really basic ice cream. You can do much better just popping into your corner convenience store. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Overpriced, small servings, rock hard, and pre-packaged. For those reasons I wont be returning.

If you want to spend $9 on the most below average ice cream ever then go here. My first one was open and melted so I had to get a replacement. Tyra should stick to shaving girls’ heads and then sending them home the next day.

Came here for this super hyped iced cream.. and they only sell pre-packed super frozen, mediocre, overpriced ice-cream. ??

Was an amazing treat except for that added thing in the bottom of the ice cream. The flavor was off putting and the texture was not something i would like to experience again. I felt as if someone pranked me amd put froze playdough in my otherwise great ice cream

I love the unique flavors!! Each time I visit, the staff is very nice.

Only 4 flavors and pricey $8.25. I wasn’t impressed, the ice cream was not impressive or tasty. Overall a little disappointed, wish more flavors.

Customer service was over the top and ice cream was very flavorful 🥰

I work upstairs from this place and I’ve been so excited for it to finally open! Tried their butter pecan today and it was so good. Coming back tomorrow to try another flavor!
