Thoughtful fitting and sales help. The owner was so friendly. I’ve had a bilateral mastectomy and finding a bra that fit and wasn’t hideous has been ext to impossible. The sales team helped me find a few different items that made me feel like a million bucks.

Always have an amazing experience regardless of whether I’m spending $15 or over $100. Lovely interaction with everyone and great 1:1 attention.

Id really post no stars. A terrible shopping experience on such a nice street where every other store owner is delightful. Stacy is beyond rude and doesnt seem to be bothered that she humiliates, ignores, and presents such an unpleasant attitude to her clients. Never again!

SUPER HELPFUL. I needed a gift and the clerk helped me find the perfect piece in 5 minutes; on the 70% sale rack no less. She even wrapped it for me, which apparently they dont normally do for sale items. And then, she helped look up another store on Montana I wanted to go to so that I could get there quickly and easily. Pretty great all around experience. Will definitely be back.

I actually want to put a negative for the review, but that option is not available. Sept 19th, 2018 at 11:15am, I made the mistake of walking into this store. There is a really nice quote on the outside window Women of America, you need to rise up and get a proper bra fitting. Oprah. I had been wanting to stop in for a fitting and to purchase a few bras, while on vacation in Santa Monica. The owner, just happened to be working there. I have never been treated, the way she treated me that day. I stood there, as she never got off her high stool, behind the counter. She proceeded to tell me that her store is a high end store, catering to wealthy women, not some department store. I asked her about getting a proper bra fitting, since I had never actually had one before. She looked at me and said, oh your probably a 34 triple B. Seriously, are you kidding me. I just stood there thinking, this woman was arrogant, rude, obviously too busy to bother fitting me, let alone sell me any merchandise from her store. after a few minutes of just standing there as she went on and on, another woman walked in behind me, stating she was there to pick something up. The owner jumped up from her high stool, and was gone. Just like that! I just stood there. Seriously, no excuse me, while I wait on this customer, no Do you mind if I get that real quick?, nothing, just gone. I couldnt believe it. Walked out of her shop, in disbelief. My husband was standing there the whole time. He was surprised also, with her behavior. Dont waste your time! I am surprised her business has been there as long as it has. Read the reviews....they arent good. Footsies does not deserve to use Oprahs quote as advertising for their store.

One star means Hated it I cant agree with the other reviewer more, I shopped here when the owner wasnt there but today she was and shes SO RUDE the only reason this store must still be in business is because of the sales girls. I will NEVER stop in here after today, what a total you know what, who needs it Open Hearts is just down the street and they couldnt be nicer or more helpful..

My wifes favorite store. Great selection and expert fitting.

I thought I had been singled out for special rude treatment. But after reading the other two reviews, I realize that my recent experience is shared by other customers of this store. The owner is more than rude, she is foolish to be treating everyone in such unpleasant ways. I will not go back even though I was a regular customer for years and found many nice things in the store. I would rather search the internet for an alternative than spend another dollar in the shop.
