Tried to purchase an Aprilia Tuono after talking with Victor. First bike fell through because the owner took it back. Second bike Victor was just not very responsive to and went up to 5 days without responding at times. We spoke on the phone, I told him what I needed from him to seal the deal and never heard back from him and now the bike is not listed any longer. Maybe you will have better experiences in person, but buying a bike and having it shipped, I felt like I was a hassle and not a priority. I got a ton of excuses, but never an apology, or a bike after weeks of trying.
Cool shop filled with gorgeous canyon carving machines at fair prices. Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Would definitely recommend.
Recently I bought the newly anticipated Aprilia RS660 from Moto Club Santa Monica after putting down a deposit in order to guarantee myself one for track season winter 2021. When the bike arrived the owner Victor reached out to me and we set up a window of time for me to come in at my convenience to complete the purchase. Before getting together Victor got my drivers license and other information and had everything ready to go when I arrived so we could just focus on the bike and me getting on the road. The purchase experience was extremely painless and actually enjoyable!!! I felt like I got the best service I could imagine. I am 55 and bought a lot of vehicles but never had an experience where I felt like the service continued after the money exchanged hands. It’s a great feeling when the owner of the shop takes time to make sure you are happy with your purchase and run you through the nuances of the machine. Thanks Victor and the crew… loving the ride.
What a fantastic place, and what a tremendous team. I took my Ducati 848 for full 7.500 miles service, and man, the work they did is splendid. I have been their client for the last six years, and the passion and love for the job they do, you can feel it at soon as you let go of the clutch in first gear leaving the place.Huge thanks to Chris, Victor, and the service team for their dedication and work.Absolutely recommend.Hasta la proxima!!!Ignacio.
Provides great service even after your purchase with them.
Get my tire installed and balanced here great place. Great guys thanks Chris for my drz 400 sm tire installation and balancing.Let Chris know as well my clutch was not out of spec but I replaced it anyways.
I HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS SOI TOOK MY DORSO IN FOR SERVICE. I EXPLAINED MY TROUBLES WITH IT.THEY PROPERLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEMS. THEY TOOK THE NECESSARY STEPS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AFTER GETTING MY APPROVAL. THE PROBLEMS HAVE DISAPPEARED. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND I TRUST THEM. THATS SAYING ALOT.
Contacted them a couple weeks ago concerning installing a front tire on my motorcycle wheel. Went in yesterday without calling ahead to have this done. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by a member of staff, they put me in the system and asked if I planned on hanging around for it as they felt like they could have it back fo me in 15 or so minutes. I said that would be great. It was quite the best experience I could ask for from a shop swapping a tire. In and out with great conversation between while the swap was happening in the back. I highly recommend them based on my experience.
Went to get a service and new tires for my bike, decent price with great customer service and you can tell that there are passionate people behind.I highly recommend it, just to enjoy the view of the Italians beauty on their floor.
Ordered a bike online (literally the lowest price in the country) and had it shipped to IL. Victor was responsive and the shop installed all of my additional parts perfectly. Hauling company isnt really on top of their tracking but Moto Club has nothing to do with that. Ended up getting the bike before I even got the paperwork for the bike. Victor sent the paperwork overnight and I was out riding the next day. Was able to get in a lot of great riding thanks to these guys. Will definitely work with them again.
Victor and his staff are excellent. I live 60 plus miles from this Aprilia dealer but will rather take my bike there than my local dealer here in OC. Recently, on a group ride to Ojai, I got a nail on my rear tire while in Malibu. Called Chris at Moto Club and they luckily had my tire in stock and replaced it while I wait. Chelsea also gave me the low down on the latest accessories for my bike. Awesome customer service!
Moto Club Santa Monica is hands down the most efficient, communicative, and all-around awesome shop Ive used. Chelsea and Chris were excellent in their assistance and expertise helping me with a quick tube replacement and electrical issue on my Triumph Bonneville. Highly recommend to all.
Victor is a really great guy will definitely keep in contact for all my aprilia needs
Service service service. This is the only place I take my bike now
Good selection but no prices on bikes.. i hope is name your price kind of deal...
My weak air pump wasnt strong enough to set the bead after I changed my scooters rear tire. Took the scooter to this shop, and 5 minutes later it was done. Thanks guys!
Purchased ALPINESTARS TECH AIR VEST.
I purchased a 2013 Diavel with a handful of mods from Victor and his shop he was selling on consignment. The man seems to have his hands on everything going on in the shop. Make an appointment and he’ll give you his undivided attention to follow through. He’s answered every question I’ve had promptly as a new Ducati owner and the shop can handle all of my service. Looking forward to bringing more business to Moto Club. Thanks, Victor!
I bought my Tuono from here a couple of years ago and Victor still does everything he can to help me have a great experience. Not just taking care of my bike but going out of his way to make sure I’m having a great time riding. An amazing place!
Had them repair a flat tire and install handlebar risers. Were very efficient and honest. They quoted me $150 but called me early and only charged me $100 since it didnt take as long as they expected. Never had that happen before at any garage, they earned my repeat business.
Great Customer Service & Knowledgeable Staff! I purchased my pre-owned Ducati from Victor and was very pleased with the overall process. Ive also taken other bikes their for service and their Tech-Team is on point. Thank you MotoClub di Santa Monica for providing everything we need as riders; including Track Days which are great for building the community and learning to become a stronger rider!
These guys are awesome! Jeff has been great in the communication of servicing my motorcycles. They were careful to diagnose the problems with my Ninja 300 and ended up saving me hundreds. You can text or call the shop which is quite convenient.
The staff here Chris and Yuoff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time dropping off my S1000RR here to get some work done and they delivered, on time. Keep up the good work guys! Cheers
Left my Energica Eva for the 600 miles service. They took good care of it, even got my rear wheel and chain cleaned from the chain grease. My experience is positive. I will bring it back for the next service and will update this review to reflect my experience.
Super helpful staff. Bikes priced to move, so dont wait too long when you find something you like.
Great place with excellent and on time service. Highly recommend!
Top shelf dealership -- attentive customer service, fantastic inventory of new and used bikes. My go to source for all things Aprilia.
I just drove 26 hours back and forth to Moto Club Santa Monica from Idaho - and it was totally worth it. Ive bought many bikes over the years, and I can say without question that I have never had a better customer experience than I did with Victor and the crew. Great pricing, incredible customer service, and super cool people. I couldnt be more impressed, and Im completely in love with the Tuono Factory Summit Attack. THANK YOU!
Pleasure to do business with if you need an honest and reasonable person Victor is you man
Victor is great, super motorcycle shop!
Great bikes
Excellent service, highly professional, and trustworthy. Always ready to assist even when it doesn’t directly lead to revenue. The shop is clean, welcoming, and always showcases great motorcycles. The staff is well-trained and friendly. I highly recommend.
A small owned shop that really goes above to meet all of your motorcycle needs. Highly suggested.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They have an amazing selection of parts and gear and super fast shipping, great prices and discounts. Love supporting this local dealer over big online stores.
Test drive the ego, and had a blast doing it, the guys were helpful, and even let me plug my zero in for a little extra juice.
Ordered a part that was listed as In Stock on their website. Didnt get a shipping notification so I reached out a week after the order was placed. After no response to several calls and texts, Moto Club responded to an email saying the part would come in later that week and ship out. Another week goes by and I havent heard anything so I email again asking about order status. No response. Finally had to request a refund. I hope their in-store experience is better, because buying from them online could not have been worse.
Super friendly service
I received a letter from Aprilia regarding a simple recall that needed to be performed. I called Moto Club di and within a few days received a call from Diva informing me that the part was in. I arrived the following Saturday morning as recommended and Victor had the recall performed promptly. Rode home one happy fella. Must say that the organization and service received from both Diva and Victor was great, no miscommunication whatsoever and everything was clear and concise. Thanks Moto Club di for the great service, Ill be back to bring you repeat business soon.
This is the only shop I’ll be going to from now on. Been there twice so far and each time was a great experience. Victor and his team have the knowledge and customer service skills that you won’t find anywhere else. Had them install my handle bars, frame sliders, and mirrors for my Ducati scrambler. Service was quick and price was very fair. They also helped me out when I was having some trouble with tank side covers. If you haven’t already go check them out! Thanks again for your help!
I bought an RSV4 new from them and so far the experience has been great. Very friendly and an awesome place that lets you really test ride their demo bikes before making a big purchase.
I just bought my bike from Moto club. Victor helped me purchasing my first bike and my gears. Im happy with my bike, havent taken it out for a ride yet but overall service and experience was great.
Great experience overall, now its 22 years that i owns bikes and i think i can understand quite a bit about bikes, this place is your spot if you love bikes and if you want your bike to be taking care of.competent people, top of line products and accessories, they will pamper you and meet your needs!!very reliable and passionate!!!
I just had my first visit at this shop today because of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I have to say: I am impressed. I needed to get a rear tire change; dropped it off in the morning and they were done that very day. Not only did they change the tire, but they fixed my clutch lever, which I was having problems with, and I didnt even bring that up! Free of charge. And they cleaned my bike too. So awesome. The staff is very friendly and honest, they have a great floor set up, and the price is really affordable. Theyve won me over for sure.
Professional staff, great service and turn around. I always feel welcomed and they take great care me. For those who said staff is pretentious -Can it be that your just projecting?
Excellent service, matching prices, and Expresso! Fun selection of bikes and clothes. Nice, helpful staff. Bought some new boots. Will definitely return.
Great place to service your bike. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make your bike run great. Very fair pricing on service for the quality of work. Highly recommended
Great service, lovely team! Competitive prices
Awesome people here. Victor sold me a Suzuki SV650 at a great price. Friendly staff, Fast n easy transaction. Go here theyll hook you up nice.
Seen a bike I liked on line through cycletrader and contacted the number on the site and spoke with Victor. Never been there a day in my life. Normally I would not buy a bike without seeing it in person and doing a test ride. Victor was very honest and personable. There was some hiccups along the way but on a scale of 1 to 10 i would say a 1.5 to 2, very minimal. The shipper that he uses was very professional and had very good communication. I would definitely do business with them again, both Moto Club Di Santa Monica and HaulBikes again. And when Victor says you can call him anytime he means it. Every time I had a question, On days off (Sunday-Monday) or after business hours he answers. I would give more stars but 5 is all that google would allow me to give. Very happy with my experience. Excellent service all the way around!
This place is puzzling. There are a few ads on cycletrader of last year rsv4’s. You come in and they’re gone. Both of them. Half of the other bikes on the floor are sold, except there’s no tag saying what’s sold and what’s not. There’s no prices on any bikes or model years. I ask about info and the guy running the place says to call the owner on his mobile if you have questions about a bike or want to buy a bike. No thanks.I ask about a bike that looks used and ask if it’s for sale, the kid says it’s not for sale, it’s a customers and it has 40k in upgrades, so it’s not for sale. My mistake...I definitely will go someplace else to buy a bike. This place is too much work. It’s Saturday. Someone who knows about the bikes should be there. The reason I gave 2 stars is cause they have cool gear.
Great service and they take their time when they can help you. I was just in and out on a Saturday in 30 mins and spoke with someone almost as soon as I walked in the door. Smaller shop that has a good amount of gear and accessories.
Staff doesnt greet you as you come in. The only good thing about this shop is that they did have what I was looking for. But, I didnt make a buy because of the pretentious vibe. Went to a friendlier shop in Culver.
Everyone here is very nice, very knowledgable, loves to ride, and seems very honest. but they dont do much work. expect to wait months to get anything done; it took them 3 months to fix my mirrors the last time i was in, and only because i started dropping by the shop regularly after about two months to ask what the hell was going on. i had asked for several other things to be fixed as well, but they didnt get around to any of it, so i got tired of waiting and just asked for my bike back...being nice matters, but if you dont do what youre paid to do, youre not much of a bike shop...
I got my first motorcycle jacket here! Great prices and excellent customer service.
I was looking for a helmet, unfortunately not much selection and is fine with this pendemic going everything is so delayed
Used to love this place - great guys, great service. But unfortunately, word has spread and now theyre always busy. Whats worse, I brought the bike in for a new tire and oil change and they completely forgot the oil change. They need more staff.
This was my first time bringing my bike to MCSM for a service but not the last time. Friendly staff and owner. Took care of my bike really well and advised my very fairly on what I needed!
These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me out and fixing another shops failures.
These guys are great. Fast, attentive and really know their stuff.I took my SV650 there 1 year ago right when I bought it. They did a full check and tuned it great. I did not have a problem with it since. It had a clutch issue when I bought it and they fixed it. They are not the cheapest but also not expensive - in my opinion the service, friendliness, and know-how they have makes theirs a great price for the value. I just bought a CBR 1000RR. They took it right in, tuned it, told me what was wrong, what was right and what needed fixing asap vs what could wait. Really honest. I strongly recommend this shop and I am in no way affiliated with them. Enjoy the ride.
Brought my bike by w/o an appt due to (what I thought was) a broken tire pressure valve stem. These guys not only worked on it right away, they explained it was merely loose (not broken) and didnt charge me for their time or trouble. Solid customer experience all around.
While I havent made a purchase, Victor and his team have my upmost respect. This dealership isnt like other dealerships that try to sell you on something. When you walk into a boutique shop, youre already sold on the products offered. The staff is merely there to facilitate your needs.Aprilia was having a special promotion at the end of April - early May. I walked into Moto Club di Santa Monica and spoke with Victor about a 2019 Aprilia RSV4 RR in silver (Grigio Rivazza), hoping I could ride off that day. Lets be honest, who wouldnt want to ride off with a new motorcycle. We completed the financing paperwork and later when Victor calls his warehouse to bring over the bike, the silver I wanted wasnt in stock, but the black was. I dont want the black nor would I want an all, or even mostly black bike in the streets. So Victor said that hell have to place an order and the fact that theres going to be some waiting time, the financing would get deferred and Id still be eligible for the promo. Okay, Ill wait, its not that big of a deal. This is where things went south, at no fault of Victor. We kept in contact and Victor gave me status updates weekly. Yes, weekly. During the second week, a 2018 in silver came in stock, but thats not what I wanted, so I let him know and I proceeded to wait longer. At this point, most people would try to point out, why not get the 18 when its basically the same? Theres so many things wrong with that question. First of all, is it your money? No, so shut up. Second, why would I, or anyone, buy something they dont want? Victor didnt try to persuade me, he only gave me the option. The third week, there was still no delivery and the worries about the eligibility kicked in. Victor called up the bank (Sheffield) and got news that while the promo did end, they would honor the promo since I did qualify for it. So finally, a month later... yes, a MONTH... Victor finally gets it in stock, sends me a photo of it on the crate, and starts getting to work to PDI it for sale. This was Friday May 31, 2019.As Victor and I have previously discussed, I can only make it in on Saturdays, so Saturday June 1, Victor gets to work and have things prepped for me before my arrival. He calls up the bank to get updated paperwork, only to find out that whatever they told him the week before was a mistake and they couldnt honor the promo since it had been over 30 days. Victor updates me on this and the best promos that could be offered, and of course I had to decline it since its just their usual promo.Piaggio Group and Sheffield bank are screwing not only this place, but others that may be like Moto Club di Santa Monica.@ Piaggio/Aprilia - Why does it take a month to deliver a production bike? You lost a customer due to whatever scheduling issues youre having. You want to compete with the Big 4? Get your act together.@ Sheffield - You cant go around giving misinformation. This is Bait&Switch. Youre costing your direct customers money due to your own negligence.
Good guys. Bought a bike and they took care of an odd glitch the bike had which was not seen at time of the sale or the test ride. Two thumbs up!
This shop has yet to earn my trust or respect. Its hard to find anyone near Santa Monica with the computer to diagnose/ reset alerts on European bikes. I dropped off my bike for a routine oil change and was told 1/2 day max. I called back and was told come tomorrow afternoon. After a day and a half with no notifications concerning the service I returned to pick up my bike from the oil change at the pickup time I was told. They hadnt even started it and it took 20 minutes for them to track down my service ticket. It takes forever to Uber to this shop and back to work - this cost me and I had to literally wait while they quickly (1.5 hours) changed my oil after I demanded it in person. This was ridiculous - I dont know that I would waste my time here again.
Moto Club di Santa Monica specializes in Aprilia. I recently purchased one from them, and it was a great experience! Prior to that I also had them fixing my KTM track bike.
Beat personal service on sales and repair. Great at customizing
Bad, Pretentious vibe! Walk in, no one acknowledged me, walked around a bit, felt Uncomfortable and left.To shop owner, employees, be more friendly!
Great shop. Good people. Good service.
Very helpful guys. I was on a ride from Canada and they saw me right away to tighten a loose chain.
Understaffed but very nice place. Victor knows his stuff and the place is nice. They just need more staff to keep up with demand.
Great spot for service, gear, and bikes
Not your ordinary motorcycle shop - Truly brilliant place to visit. Awesome, friendly service - Victor is an active owner and it shows.
Awsome service this is my new repair shop
Place is great dont mind answering any questions and great price on work I had done by shop
I went in there to buy an odd ball size engine bolt that needed to be longer than what was on the bike for the AltRider RTW engine guard. They helped me look through their nuts and bolts bins.
Best motorcycle store in WLA. Honest and reliable.
Thanks for helping me out guys.
They were supposed to replace my sprocket and chains. 1 week later nothing ordered..pure amateurs. Not sure how they stay in biz. And they broke my mirror. No shop insurance.
Wish i could support this independent shop more, but as much as i try to i always leave frustrated by the service.
Great shop, people and service.
Nice place
No one returned my call???
Service
Good ships
