Great surf shop. Relatively small shop, but decent selection of new and used boards, plus all the gear you need. The guys who work here are super chill and happy to answer any questions you have. Best of all, they do a really top-notch job on board repairs. So all-in-all, basically a great one-stop shop for all your surfing needs. Support your local gem surf shop!

Two stars for a high quality repair. But $100 for two dings? And 3-4 weeks repair time? I chose BSB because I needed the board fixed quickly before an international surf trip and didnt have time to do it myself. 5 weeks later, (and too late), the board is finally done. Not even an apology for the delay!

I am visiting LA, I need to buy a suncure for a hole on my surfboard. Kevin helped me cleaning the hole and applying the suncure on it. My board is waterproof again! If you guys need any surfboard repairs, that’s the place you should go!

Ive bought a couple boards here and have brought many more for repair. Words out, these guys do the best repair work on the Westside. Youll wait for your repair, but thats only because the work is excellent and it seems that everyone knows this, they got a lot of work! Support local business, not a franchise shop, this is the place to come to first for whatever youre looking for.

Locally owned mom and pop surf store. Owners are born and bred in Santa Monica and surf the area regularly. Super nice people helped me with all my questions and got me a great deal on my first board. Ive gone back many times since for board repairs and they always do a fantastic job repairing my dinged up board. Would recommend to anyone. Dont be shy now, sweet, summer child.

Excellent shop. Brought in old board to get input on restoring. The guys there were way cool and helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough positive about how patient and giving they were with their knowledge. Bought a board from them (with zero pressure); they even threw in some free wax, and he even came out and helped tie the board onto the roof of our car! Places like this, with good prices and genuine over-the-top help are rare. So I say they earn my business in the future; if you go in, youll agree. Thanks guys for all you do....ps...my son loves his board & I love your shop.

One of the best surf shops in town. I live in santa monica and made a trip to the shop to get my board fixed.I got a fin slash on the side of my board. The waves was awesome that day and I needed to get back out in the water. I met Sante and instead of over charging me for a repair that will take a 2 weeks to complete.Sante came up with another idea to get me back out on the water.Sante took the time to teach me how to suncure my board and took an hour out of his day to teach me how to repair dings on fin gashes on my board.I trust this shop completely and know that Sante will always go beyond to help his customers!
