Amazing service, very clean and affordable and AMAZING customer service. The piercers are so friendly and professional they make the environment very welcoming and comforting and all of the tattoo artists are amazing!!! If I could rate this 10 stars I would!! 100% recommend!

I love this place. The people are nice and the prices are great. I got my helix pierced by Karizzle and she was very nice and such a sweet soul.

I never got a tattoo before in my life so I didnt know what to expect. I took a picture of what I wanted to the tattoo artist and I ended up with Chris. He told me what I get from him and gave me a good price for the tattoos I wanted on my arms as he customized the idea I wanted for my tattoos. By the time I got them and the month after that, Chris knew a lot what I had to do to make sure they heal properly. He even offered to give them touch ups for free if that was needed which wasnt needed as they turned out great. I got what I wanted and it was thanks to this business and artist. If you are looking for a good tattoo artist, go see Chris at Avenue Tattoo and tell him that Chad with the Egyptian Eyes sent you.

I got my nose pierced today and I loved it that lady that did it was sooooo nice and she didn’t make me feel anxious at all 10 out of 10. Would 100% recommend going.

Just look at the photo and tell me if you think this is an acceptable tattoo from a professional tattoo artist. I could’ve gotten a better one done in prison.

I’ve gotten all of my piercings here and they have all healed beautifully (by both Karissa and Carissa) They were both incredible and explained step by step how to take care of my piercings until healed. I have also gotten most of my tattoos done here (a few at Anchor Rose) and same results. I have loved the results every time. I cant wait to drive back up to NorCal and go back to this shop! Since it was my first tattoo of my life I give this company in an A+. David Evans the artist I had extremely nice and he is a sharks fan like I am so it made my experience a lot more enjoyable. Needed help putting earring back in after I got an MRI. The piercer was so awesome and helpful and only charged me $25 for two new pieces of jewelry and to put in 4 earrings. I also have some small tattoos from here a few years ago and they’re doing well too!

Ive gotten 5 piercings here and now will not go to anyone except Karissa. She makes sure youre comfortable (as well as the rest of the super nice and cool staff) and is very honest about your anatomy and what will and wont look good. Shes talked me out of a few piercings and recommended others instead. Ive absolutely loved what shes recommended instead and know they look way better than what I wanted originally! Ill definitely be going to Avenue for a long time and 1000% recommend it.

I was so eager to get this price done and was able to get an appointment for the next day! And Kelly, my artist, i can not rave enough about! His work is out of this world. He created an even more beautiful design then I ever envisioned and captured my story perfectly!!! And was so patient and accommodating when I passed out on him.... 🤭🤫..... When he finished and I got to see it for the first time I was moved to tears instantly. Completely overwhelmed with just how perfect it was to me. I cant thank you enough. This tattoo has so much meaning to me. Colorful, happy, exciting, bright, new life navigated by God. I previously walked a dark, painful, destructive path that led me no where! Got my very first tattoo here. I was seen fairly quickly. I got the tattoo I wanted and really liked it. However, when i took my bandage off and really looked at it closely, I noticed half of my tattoos outline is not straight. It wasnt colored in correctly either. There are places that are not colored in. This place had good reviews online, and a friend told me it was awesome. I just wanted my first tattoo to be well done, and the more I look at it the less I like it. I should have looked at it closely when it was finished, but I was so excited that I didnt. I do not remember my artists name (I was super anxious). I got a memorial tattoo on my left wrist, it is a yellow ribbon with initials and dates.

I just got my first tattoo here and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t schedule an appointment but I was in there for less than an hour. Great experience and I’m definitely returning!

This place is awesome I took my 13 year old son in here for ear piercing . The piercer was very gentle and made my son very comfortable she was awesome ! The price was reasonable and the whole experience was great 😊 Deffinilty will recommend this place to my friends

I highly recommend this shop. When I walked in everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a piercing before, and to be honest they freaked me out. Karisa was AMAZING, I was in and out, felt little to no pain, she made the experience worth having. I’m extremely happy with my results.

I went in earlier today and got my first tattoo. I didnt make an apt because I was afraid Id chicken out and cancel. So I walked in and they asked what tattoo I wanted. I was nervous to just tell them I wanted a made in California stamp on my butt cheek. But my lanta, they were so amazing. 10 minutes later I was on the table. Eric was so beyond wonderful, I was laying there, booty on display, and felt so comfortable. He calmed all my nerves and kept making sure I was okay and made sure I fully understood how to care for my tattoo. And it turned out better then I imagined. I could not be more happy. Thank you Eric!

This place is nothing but a hassle when it comes to piercing. We will never go here again. My daughter got her nose pierced for her birthday. I understand needing documentation for minors but we went back a few days later because it had swelled and were turned away by the same piercer because we needed all the same documentation again birth certificate etc to change out stud to longer one even though they took copies of all the paperwork the first time. We came back again with all documents got the stud changed and they charged her yet again for new jewelry. Fast forward to today she needed it taken out for a school sports game. We called to ask they said to come in. Her stepdad brought her with birth certificate and her drivers license this time they refused because step dad doesnt have same last name or custody papers LMAO. All to have the jewelry removed NOT pierced. So she waited there for me about 30 mins. By the time I got there 5 other customers were there and now my daughter needed to wait another 45 mins. Her game was an hour out. We had no time and left. What a joke!! We called multiple other Santa Rosa piercing places who said she did not need all that documentation and had no problem with her step parent being with her just to get a piercing removed. Never again! Horrible customer service and miscommunication on Avenue Tattoos part. I will never recommend this place for piercings to anyone!! Way to much hassle..

I came in to get my septum pierced after visting another shop and finding no success. I got taken in by Karissa and she instantly looked at me and told me your septum is crooked, I wont pierce it. Props to her for saying that she wouldt pierce it because some piercers might do anything to make a client happy rather than doing what is best for the client in the long run. So, I settled on getting my nostril pierced which I was completely fine with. She had me lay down and she got her supplies ready. In two deep breaths, it was done! She gave me some time to breathe before sitting up and she was keen on making sure I didnt feel sick or drowsy. I then stood up after a few minutes and I was walking out with a new piercing. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and the actual piercing took 2 of those 15. I dont think Im going to go to any shop but The Avenue from here on out. Thank you Karissa!

Poor service :/ drove all the way to Santa Rosa after calling in to make sure walk ins were accepted for a nose piercing. After filling out the forms and setting everything up, she showed me where the piercing would be which I was not happy about. I didn’t like how it would be so hidden and asked her if we could put it more forward. She wasn’t open to the idea of moving it anywhere else and after asking multiple times she blatantly refused to pierce it in any other spot than the one she chose. I appreciated her “expert advice” but at the end of the day it’s MY face and I’m paying her so why can’t I choose where my piercing will be? It was a total waste of time and gas and I left without a piercing after freeing up my whole day to get one. Ended up going to True till Death piercings and got what I wanted with great service and pricing!

I made a 3:30 appointment to have a tattoo done on Friday and the guy who scheduled it wrote down 3 instead of 3:30 so when I got there at 3:25 for my tattoo I was told it was scheduled at 3 when it was actually scheduled at 3:30 so he told me I can reschedule but refuse to do the tattoo that day. I will never go to this tattoo shop ever again for any reason. Just because the staff member made a mistake on the time they wrote down shouldnt affect me not being able to get my tattoo that I scheduled for the correct time and put a deposit down. They gave me my deposit back but refuse to do the tattoo that day so I refused to go back to this establishment and I will let everybody know what happened. This is terrible customer service or should I say this is not customer service!

Went in to get a piercing removed and was told one person was in session and there was another person ahead of me. Shouldnt take long, I thought.NOPE, WRONG.IDK how long it takes to get pierced, but dont think it should take FIFTY-ONE MINUTES for only TWO people.Maybe it is naive to assume it should be quick, but there should have been SOME communication from the staff regarding how long it was going to take, otherwise I wouldnt have wasted nearly an hour of my life. The lady doing the procedure didnt even know what I was there for and I do not believe she even changed her gloves.TL:DR Piercing 2 people took 51 minutes. Do NOT come here.

Had gone in to have some hoop earrings closed. There was a bit of a disconnect between the piercer and the girl at the counter. Resulting in the piercer coming off extremely rude and short(maybe she was having a bad day maybe shes just that way). Either way I will not be back.
