Canceling service due to lack of reliable delivery. They didn’t even pick up my bottles post cancellation. Still have not heard from local management on where to drop off empty water bottles and water dispenser…Was a good service but due to lack of drivers business is better affectedI can get my own water jugs and fill them.
We had been customers of Alhambra Santa Rosa for two years and were very happy with our water delivery service.However it has now been two months without a delivery. I have called multiple times and the customer service agents are very polite and apologetic, but they are unable to help.I was promised delivery on three separate occasions, and promised a call from the Santa Rosa branch manager. However I never received a delivery nor a call. I’ve been told that they are behind on delivery due to a lack of drivers. Which I understand, but it is frustrating to have to follow up on this and never hear from the company as to why delivery has not occurred. The poor service and lack of delivery is why I am canceling my service.I would warn prospective customers against signing up for this service. However, they won’t be able to deliver water anyway!
New Update 07/22/2021 Alhambra Water was a NO-SHOW again for Hidden Valley Lake. Cant get a human on the phone to rectify this problem. The Santa Rosa location has serious problems. They cant deliver my water but they can send me an invoice for cooler rental (had to unplug cooler because I had no water a couple weeks ago). Shame on you Alhambra for bad service.Update - I received a call from an area manager helping currently in the Santa Rosa location. He offered to personally drive up my water. I opted to wait until the next delivery scheduled for tomorrow, July 21st. Hopefully they will show up tomorrow. I was told the currently have a shortage of drivers. I appreciate the willingness of the out of area manager to help,Hidden Valley Lake, CA was completely skipped last week. I have called daily and nobody ever answers the phone. This is after sitting on hold for over an hour each time. I have also used your website to contact customer service, with no response.I think it is wrong to make customers wait two more weeks. What if you miss the next delivery as well? Most of us are paying rental fees on coolers we cant use without water.I now will have to go out and purchase bottled water elsewhere.There is a local Facebook page and a whole lot of customers have posted about the delivery problems.

Absolutely awful service. Called them on 7/2/21 about a missed delivery and sat on hold for an hour and 26 mins before I could talk to someone. Best they could offer was setting up a new delivery 2 weeks later, meanwhile Im out of water. This was not the first time I had to call them and every time was ridiculously long waits. Told them I want to cancel service and they can come pick up their cooler. Two weeks go by and no one has come to pick up the cooler. Call back and sit on hold forever again. When I finally get to speak to someone, I was told that the previous rep I spoke with on 7/2/21 did not schedule a pickup for the cooler. This new rep assures me that she would schedule a pickup for as soon as possible, but it might be another two weeks. Two and a half weeks have gone by since that phone call and I still have a cooler and multiple bottles sitting out on my porch, waiting for them to come pick it up. As I type this entire review I am currently on hold (45 mins and counting) trying to reach a rep to figure out when someone is going to come get this cooler and why I have a charge to my card over two weeks after I cancelled. They advertise customer service thats as refreshing as our water!. How absolutely bogus. I worked in Customer Service for 5 years and understand the struggles, but this is horrific service. Will never recommend this company.
I guess this company changed hands. My service went from wonderful to really bad, no service for 3 weeks at a time, and yesterday, after lodging a complaint and being told they would get me a delivery, I saw the truck drive right past my house without stopping. Im shopping for a new service, Im done.
Ive been trying to cancel my service for two weeks. Been on hold for 30 min three separate times. Literally no way to cancel online. This is one of the top five worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Also while we had service, they skipped deliveries regularly. The drivers were always cool and friendly and sharp, but the corporation and the online and phone services are atrocious. Please get your water somewhere else.

Horrible service! Never delivers water on time, then when it actually does come randomly a month or more later than they give us less or more bottles then we have scheduled then they charge us a crazy amount for it! They have also been charging us for a water cooler we dont even have! So impossible to get through to customer service. Such a joke
Customer service is an absolute joke! Spent the past 50 minutes on hold and still waiting. They delivered 5 extra bottles a week earlier than the scheduled delivery. Now I need to speak to them about changing address and giving back the extra bottles as well as return my delivery amount back to the original number of bottles but they dont pick up the phone. I cant believe they are still in business with the way they treat their customers.
Terrible company. Use them for our office, multiple locations, lots of water being used. They just stopped delivery to our largest location, but were still bringing a couple bottles here and there to the others. Called multiple times, each time, it was okay well be there XX day to bring water. that day would come and go and I would call back and it would be the same thing. When I finally called to cancel she asked if she could try to work with the local office. What had they been doing the whole time? Just hoping they would show up? Now we have these empty bottles and dispensers but they wont come pick them up. Set up a date for them to pick up and surprise surprise, no one showed up.
Their fill stations were empty so we opened a home delivery acct. We rec’vd one delivery and they haven’t been back! They’ve lied numerous times and continue to patronize us with their company script: “I understand your frustration” and “I’m sorry” with no resolution or delivery schedule. Awful company…stay away!!!!!
ZERO stars, I get it, they are overwhelmed from the pandemic, drivers walking off the job but this is ridiculous. No return calls, lots of missed or failed delivery dates when we are/were out of water. Get your water somewhere else like a in-home filter.
Alhambra has had the worst service in the past year. I am furious. I cancelled them last week and they were supposed to pick up my 8 empty bottles last Thursday. I expect to have my credit within 24 hours.

Very satisfied with products and customer service. I started ordering as a special package through Costco. Love the hot/cold dispenser, and the fact that the 5 gallen water bottle slides in on the bottom. No need to lift up and turn over the bottle

The customer service is great but the actual delivery company is terrible. Like others they completely missed delivery, no call no show, rescheduled a follow up delivery without communicating. Repeatedly missed rescheduled delivery dates. This company refuses to call customers luckily this is for a company and not for personal use. I fill and pickup my own water much more efficient and cost less.

Alhambra has great products and they deliver when they say they’re going to deliver. They always give us a call the day before so that we know when to leave our empties on the front porch. Our regular delivery driver is great and very helpful when we have questions or comments.
You could not receive better service in Rohnert Park than from Alhambra and Howard my delivery man. On time, never a problem, and always available to help and converse. Thank you Howard!!
I have nothing but good things to say about our Alhambra experience. The water is THE BEST and I love the convenience of delivery at work. Also, our delivery guys couldnt be better - they never miss and theyre friendly and helpful. We love Alhambra!
Alhambra is only made great by its dedicated employees. Nate is our delivery person and the five stars I give this company is because of him. The products are good, but Nates service to his customers is excellent.

After a rough start, this service has proven to be smooth and seamless and the water is excellent! Big kudos to the local provider who dropped off fresh water bottles right after evacuation orders were lifted from the Kincade Fires. Even when we did not have any bottles out due to being out of town while evacuated. Friendly service and staff!
Dont even think about signing up with this company. I ordered, and was supposed to receive cooler and water last week...never came. I called customer Service at HQ and they said my date was changed. No one notified me. Were supposed to deliver the following day...no one showed up again. Wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up. Cancelled
The delivery people are outstanding. We can easily change our regular order on-line when we have events, and when our last cooler quit they had a new machine to us the next day. Cheers!
So I was supposed to get my 1st delivery on July 3 apparently they rescheduled it and nobody ever called me. I had to call them to find out they reschedule it for Friday, July 5 but guess what the delivery never came ....never came. I did call on the 5th to confirm I had a delivery coming but It never came and shocker no one called. Amazing. Who does that? Long story short I just canceled the service that I never received. they clearly have no idea what good service or better yet what the words water DELIVERY Mean... good luck Alhambra you are clearly going to need it... hope they don’t charge me for a delivery I never received.
The Delivery person Chris is very profesional, the products, equipment billing are very convent. Overall very good.

Do NOT suffer the pain of trying to work with this company. I have tried professional and personal service. The concept of service is unknown to them. They promise but never, ever deliver. Even after canceling my account I can not convince them after 5 calls to PICK UP the old water and equipment. Im sure Ill get a bill soon for that though.
Their water is always fresh, clean and delicious. The service is always on time, and you can always get in contact with them if you want more or less service.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Beyond frustrated!I have had service with Alhambra in my business. Our unopened bottle leaked all over my floor causing 15,000. in damages. After finally reaching the local branch, 2 months of calls and a very sternly worded message I received a call back. They directed me to DS services. Again I waited 2 months for the adjuster to email me back. They offered me 100.00!I turned this whole mess over to the insurance company and got paid for my floor. Now they are suing DS services and hopefully I will get my 1000.00 copay back.I contacted the local branch and was promised they would pick up the cooler and bottles on Tuesday.....its Thursday today. Just called AGAIN and they said now its Monday.Whatever you do call another water service, this company is a JOKE!Edit: 8/29/19 Just called AGAIN. Pickup was supposed to be Monday. They STILL havent picked up cooler. 3 promises made 0 promises kept.
Just awful. Ive been with them for over 4 months and they only delivered once, after I called my contact person to complain. After that, again, no deliveries. Unfortunately we moved our office and had to change our delivery address. At which point I came to find out that we had never been added to a route, so that was why we never received any regular deliveries. I lost the business card for my contact and had to call the corporate 800 number 5 times in the span of 2 weeks. After all of that, they missed their promised delivery today. I actually went to their office and found out that I STILL hadnt been added to a route, which is why my water was never delivered. I signed up for the convenience, but instead its become a giant headache.
On 7/19/2019 I placed an order and was sent an email saying my estimated deliver was 7/29/2019. I emailed to confirm and ask a question, never received a response. On Monday 7/29/19 the day of delivery i called the customer service phone number around 11AM and spoke with a rep. they said the driver will be delivering today and not to worry. Mind you since they do not give you a time frame my wife had to stay home all day to await delivery. 3pm rolls around still nothing. I call for the 2nd time and the customer service rep said they called the driver and they will be there today. 4:50pm rolls around and still nothing so I called the customer service number for the 3rd time the rep said the driver went home for the day. I was as polite as can be since its not the rep. fault however I said no one notified me she said she will have a manager call me back today and have the delivery placed on the schedule for tomorrow and she said she still can not give me a time frame. 7/30/2019 10am no call, so i called the number they said deliver would be Wednesday 7/31/2019 not 7/30/2019 and that they will have a manager call me back. Still no call back so I called again 4pm and requested to speak to a manager and explained my frustration they said they will have a manager call me back i said i wanted to sprak to one now they said they would have to email them with my # to call me back. GUESS WHAT YEP STILL NOTHING. IM DONE THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND GUESS WHAT DS SERVICES PRETTY MUCH OWNS ALL WATER BRANDS THAT DELIVER.

Our water is always delivered on the same day and our Delivery person is pleasant and friendly. Great tasting water too!!
My wife started getting Alhambra water delivered to her apartment when we were still dating. Great tasting water. When we bought a house on well water, we kept our service because the ground water doesnt taste very good. Late last year, after 6 years of good service, timely deliveries and even flexibility when we forgot to put our emptys out, our service suddenly stopped. After a few days and multiple calls no one could answer why our service stopped. The bill was always paid on time. (Autopay) Promise after promise came to resume delivery, but after 6 weeks, the truck never came. To this day, I have no idea why they wouldnt come here anymore. I need closure!

Told I was getting a cooler exchange on a day that I took off from work and they didnt show up after 2 calls found out they werent coming and that I wont get it for 2 weeks! Worst people I have ever dealt with!!! Cloverdale is only 30 miles away from Santa Rosa...it is not that far!
Alhambra is simply a joke! I have had their service (lack of) for 3 months now and have had ONE delivery on time. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get situations resolved, never once have they delivered on new supposed delivery dates. We would all be out of business if we ran our businesses like Alhambra. I even went as far a going to the Santa Rosa location to pick up my water as that seemed easier than to fight their system. Shame on you - excuse after excuse - with a side of excuses!!!!!
Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They have messed up delivery for 2 years. They frequently leave you with no water. They are incredibly rude. The Santa Rosa branch is th worst. I hate them.
This companys customer service is beyond terrible. When the delivery guy came he wouldnt accept my empty bottles that I pay a core charge for. I also used my credit card for a one time authorized payment and then they automatically charged my card the next month without my authorization. I am canceling my service and would advise anybody against dealing with this company.
Unresponsive communication related to customer service
Cancelled. This service failed to deliver the week before thanksgiving when I had 20 people coming for dinner. Called to rectify and they promised a delivery the day before thanksgiving. Failed again and I had no water on thanksgiving. Now that I cancelled, I have to return the equipment and bottles or Ill be charged. But they missed the pick-up date twice and no way to drop off because they do not answer their phones at the district office. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE.

Worst service provider EVER. Never called when supposed to. Changed appointment dates and times without notifying me. Left heavy bottles blocking my gate and unable to drive into my home.
Poor customers service. Reassured countless for times I would receive some kind of notification from the route manager; the delivery driver about an impending delivery Ive been waiting for, for over a week. Im told one excuse after another. Your continued apologies are meaningless when you cant deliver upon false promises.
Terrible customer service.I signed up because I was told that it would be five dollars a month +3 dollars a month for water. I was charged $10 a month just for receiving a bill. I have their service for three months ended up having to spend $150 plus drive to Santa Rosa to return the water dispenser. Within 10 days of trying to get customer service on the phone and being assured that the manager would call me back and never call me back they sent it to collection agency. No manager has ever called me back and trying to call them. I am going to pay the money drive to Santa Rosa and pick take the dispenser back and never never use them again. I recommend you dont either

Absolutely horrible company. And horrible customer service. They have missed many deliveries leaving us with zero water. Their customer service people are told to just appease us and therefore lie about when water is coming (twice they said it would come and it didn’t and when I called back the new person said there weren’t any notes about delivery). It’s literally impossible to get a representative on the phone from your local branch.I will be leaving the company as soon as I figure out a different solution.
