This place has an array of party supplies. Love the festive themed stuff like superheroes and cartoons. Got some plates, napkins, cups and table covering for a cartoon party, and everyone loved them! Some of the cashiers are a bit weird and rude, and then some are SUPER helpful. Kind of odd mix of people. Great place to find fun stuff locally for a party!

Went in here last week for some makeup for my costume, got to the register area didnt know where the line started or ended, rude teenagers behind the counter said Just so you know the line starts here! Also got up to the register and the girl didnt know how to work the card machine.. After 5 declines on my card (which had money on it.) I gave up and went to Target, so yeah learn how to train your employees, also get some manners too. Everyones cards were declined, I wasnt the only one, I went to Target and had no issues with what I needed and my card was accepted. Fix your point of sales machines Party City...

They need to carry merchandise thatsMade in the USA ..And get more cashiers..

They are open and the minimal staff is friendly and helpful. Shelves are a bit empty, but I am sure that is due to the pandemic.At this location there is plenty of parking.The store is easily handicap accessible. Many of the shelves are very high so that will be a challenge for someone in a wheelchair.

Their balloon selection is amazing. I found piñatas, paper plates, napkins, cups, plastic leis, and decorations for my daughters 7th bday luau.

They are always understaffed, and the store is always in disarray with boxes everywhere. I have given them my last attempt at shopping there today…. Sadly it wasn’t a great experience.

I mean. Its balloons and all things you would ever need. I needed a grass skirt for Hawaiian shirt day, and they had it on sale for $4.

The most polite and kind staff Ive ever met. Helped me patiently through a balloon transaction. Isaiah, the cashier at the front was knowledgeable and pleasant. The supervisor on duty walked me through the entire ordeal and was extremely patient. They also had my balloons made ASAP. Would definitely recommend Party City to friends and family due to their highly efficient staff.

Loved the way the workers were happy to get some out of stick items that were so high, we needed a ladder. 👍

Love this place for ALL KINDS OF DECORATIONS FOR ALL EVENTS!! They have EVERYTHING!! Even party favors and candy! At Halloween and most Holidays, they have decorations for those, and Halloween they carry Costumes! Please stop getting Balloons, there is a Helium shortage, most often, this place doesnt carry Helium, it goes to the Hospitals first, once our Earth runs out of Helium, there is NO MORE!! DO NOT BUY BALLOONS!

During my visit there wasnt any parking available. Its on busy corner making it difficult to get in. Then there was a 30 minute wait. Their old location was much better and a fast moving line when there was one.

Came to get balloons for the Super Bowl, along with everyone else (should have expected that). Picked out a few things, picked up the balloons needed, and proceeded to get in line to checkout. The lady helping us seemed very uninterested, not helpful, and kind of lifeless. The balloons get given to another person after this, to be blown up. The lady blowing up the balloons was very helpful and had a better demeanor. Overall, with the little help they had, and the long lines, and large numerous orders, the wait wasnt too bad. Next time, I will order online before.

I love this place. I have been coming here for years for both my kids birthday and school party needs. They always have what Im looking for or something better. The staff is always really helpful. I believe this is the only party store in town now.

Fun store! Was able to one stop shop for a triple celebration weekend. Was glad to purchase all party needs except for food, tables and chairs. Fairly priced four all I needed.

This place can be EXPENSIVE, but they have a huge selection, for just about any party theme you can think of. Aside from food, this place offers one stop shopping for all your party needs. They sell and fill helium balloons (including latex ones bought at the store). Best part, you buy them and schedule a pick up time so you get freshly filled balloons for your party, but you can send someone else to pick them up and not worry if theyre getting what you want...because youve already paid for and ordered what you want, its great.

I asked the elderly lady worker if they had a certain item and she answered with “what do you mean? No we don’t have that.” She was very rude and should not be working there if she’s going to act like that.

This place has an amazing selection of products for a theme party! I only briefly perused their wide selection of costumes as well. Seriously they have basic solid colors to wild prints, every category of party supplies you need. Although it feels overwhelming on eblntering the neat snd well organized store will get you in and out fast!

Open and sales on all the stuff right now. Happy Halloween everybody 2018 Im going as a witch and we needed some makeup and its Halloween right so everybody sold out except for Party City.

Perpetually understaffed. While most emplyees Ive met there are very nice, my last visit I witnessed an older staff member purposely ignoring customers and talking crap about them as well as the other staff. Lots of good stuff for parties.

Store is empty 😕

I will never give my money to this store ever again. 3 weeks before the planned party I went in to get supplies. I was specifically looking for gold theme items. Theyre the only store I found that had gold number candles, except they literally had every number but the 2 numbers I needed. Then with the gold number balloons, they only had 1 of the 2 numbers I needed. When I asked if theyd get more in in the next couple of weeks, they said probably not. The following week I called again just to check about the balloons. Of course they were still out, so I proceeded to place a normal balloon order for the following week to pick up, when I was cut off and told I didnt need to order ahead of time, and that the morning of I could just come in and get balloons in like 10 minutes. Well the morning of the party, I went in to get my balloons, and the guy asked my name like I made an order ahead of time. I said no, that I was placing an order, and he said my wait time was about 40 minutes! I didnt have that much time to waste, so I left, very upset. Obviously they DO take balloon orders ahead of time and I was lied to for whatever reason. Went to Safeway and got what I was looking for in no time and no hassle.

Convenient location...little of everything for the party

Anything and everything you could possibly want it need to throw a party. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Manager was sighing and grumbling like she was angry to be there. Staff was very young and didnt know how to do much of anything without asking a manager. I got what I needed but with little assistance or service.

Poor customer service. Under staffed for graduations. They need to take the local graduations Times in consideration if they want to keep local customers happy.

THIS IS FOR THE HALLOWEEN PARTY CITY (party city in october)Selection and availability of costumes was adequate, however a nauseating, overwhelming reek of offgassing plastic made us gag/cough, left a poor taste in my mouth, and totally spoiled the experience. Please fix this, as I and several other customers left the store without a purchase.
