Took my son in at the end of september for a phone as he had just moved here from the U.K. they offered us an $800 trade in on his phone. but i had to upgrade the package I had to get the deal and ad him as another line. they checked the phones model and serial number told us it was good to go. they had to order the phone he wanted. we waited two weeks for the phone to come in. we went to pick it up and guess what at the last minute before finalizing everything they tell us they made a mistake and his phone is only worth $200 trade in. i told them to cancel the order and put my account back to what it was before i upgraded. the up grade and costs went into effect immediately . But putting it back to the less expensive contract not so easy.

After 2.5 hours setting up phone in store, then no service for 2 days, then another 4.75 hours inside store setting up phone number, i was sent out of the store with a watch that didnt work and now the phone doesnt ring. Verizon says theres nothing they see wrong and they tell me to go back to the store.The problem is the store doesnt answer the phone to take appointments. Calls forward to a call center. After 30 minutes on hold with the call center, you can get an agent to tell you the only thing they can recommend is to go back to the store... that doesnt answer the phone

These guys are great and they know their stuff. Walter helped me set up my phone after 4th st Verizon recommended me to go to mission circle store. They do charge a set up fee but it is worth it every penny if you are not a technical person like me. Walter helped me recover my email passwords which i have not used in years!!. I am very thankful these guys are open during these crazy times and i will be back to this store when i need help on my verizon account.

Horrible customer service. I tried purchasing a phone in full and adding it to my account but they wouldn’t let me. The rep lied and said he couldn’t do it and tried forcing me to put it on a device payment plan. Reps make commission off of phones only if the customer puts it on a device payment plan. What the rep didn’t know is that I own several Verizon stores myself and knew he was lying. His main and only priority was for him to make his commission instead of sincerely helping the customer. Very disappointing Victra!

Ben was awesome. Hours changed but he stayed over and sold 3 people phones. He multitasked to make sure it was running smooth forever and answered questions without any hesitation. He was always smiling . he was motivated and never once looked put out! I would highly recommend this store. Great deals!

Not only did it take hours to get two phones then it turns out when I get my bill I am being charged for the free phone. I am also be charged $65.00 per month for a plan that should have been $10.00 per month. When I called manager he said he was too busy to help me. I had to call corporate to fix and they credited me $150.00 that I was overcharged. I would never go back to this store.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I recently switched to T-mobile and didn’t think the service was as good in Napa Valley, so I visited this Verizon store looking to switch back to Verizon. The store manager, Walter Hernandez, told me there was a $10 SIM card fee and a $29 activation fee, I asked if there was anything he could do about that and he said no (it turns out if you go to Verizon online switching is totally free). He also offered me a plan that was $10 cheaper if I was willing to have slower data when the cell phone towers were congested. I asked him if he knew whether the cell phone towers were currently congested due to COVID and he said he had to call customer service. So, I told him to go ahead. Although I was the only person in the store he told me had had better things to do than to wait on hold. I told him it was his job to sell me a plan, and he still said he wasn’t going to call customer service “just to ask of the cell towers were congested”. So, I asked if he was saying he didn’t want my business? And he said I was welcome to call customer service myself. I asked for his name and told him I was going to write a review. He gave it to me and told me that I wasn’t authorized to use his last name. Well, guess what Walter, that’s the purpose of reviews. When you turn down a customer who is looking to buy your service because you don’t want to make a phone call to answer her question, I get to use your name in a review. Thank you for the worst customer service, ever, Walter Hernandez and for not doing your job for Verizon at the very time when unemployment rates are up by 17%.

This store was amazing! I almost never post reviews but Ben G. was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I’ve so far had the pleasure of interacting with....in ANY transaction. I’m in sales myself, twice his age and could learn a lot from him about the art of selling and customer service. Can’t say enough. I bought a new IPhone 11, a IPad Pro, a phone screen and screen protection as well as a liquid screen protector for my IPad. If he sold a case for the IPad I would have purchased that from as well. He did however let me know what to get and where to go to get it.Great Job Ben G.!-Christopher
