I bought a beautiful handbag 7 months ago and started using it 4 months ago. The front zebra panel started breaking down and did not look good.The rest of the bag looked like new. I contacted Kors customer support and sent receipt, bag tag information and photos. They said it didn’t look like a defect and they would not be able to help me resolve it. It would have been nice if they stood behind their products.
I would give zero stars alone on customer service, I went into Micheal Kors this past Sunday with my son and I was not greeted like my white counterparts before me or after me who were also informed of additional deals . There were two employees who both acted as if I didn’t exist and carried on with conversation. I was going to purchase a purse on the wall but decided not to because I did not feel welcomed and walked over to Kate Spade where I received warmed welcomes from the employees there. I won’t be going back.
I want to exchange something for my wife and they were really nice but it seems like they didnt have enough merchandise to offer something different that she could get
My favorite is Michael Kors watches and I have many love the store

The staff at this store was wonderful. Listen to what I wanted and come close to what I want.
