Great service!! My boys 13, 9 and 3 got their ears pierced yesterday and the ladies were professional and polite.

Tried to walk in at 5:53 when they were closing at 6, to do a quick return of a necklace There was a lady standing at the door just waiting to lock up who said the store closes in 7 minutes (with quite the attitude) to which I replied I just would like to do a quick return she then started to go on with something about their systems and how they havent had time to catch up or something??? Then The lady inside asked from the counter is it a small return? Then called me over and did it for me.. I was out by 5:55. If youre gonna close your store at 5:53 then maybe advertise 5:53 as your closing time. Ive worked in retail and I know how annoying it can be when people come in right before closing time but it was my job and I dealt with it. So so so rude!!!!!
