The donut holes were soft, moist, and had the perfect amount of glaze on them. The bag they use for the donuts is sustainable use. Customer service was quick and to the point, no side talk or chit-chat here.

If you get there around 4 a.m. the donuts are soo fresh and still warm. The maple bars are done little bit later and go fast. Maybe there best donut.

Did not hate it. I love the jelly donut. Its the only place you can get a donate that doesnt leave a grease slick on the top of your mouth when you take a bite. I drive from windsor to Santa rosa to get donuts and they have the best bran muffins around.

Everyone here is super friendly, the donuts are delicious and very reasonably priced. And theyre open 24 hours a day!!! Not sure what else can be said about the place. Definitely give them a try if youre looking for a sweet treat. Support your local businesses.

My favorite donut shop. The best Maple glazed in the area, maybe in all the land! ...and they make crullers, those delicate, eclair like feel, light as a cloud treats that almost no one takes the time to do. I dont eat a lot of donuts but this is the place that makes them worthwhile.

Went to buy donuts. They would not sell me six large twist because they had other people to sell to. Even though I was going to purchase the six and they had eight sitting on the countertop.Stoped in at 4:30am they had plenty of time to make more for other customers. I will not go back there to purchase any more because I need the six twist for coworkers and i didn’t have enough because they would not sell me the six twist.

Although not in the best shopping center in Santa Rosa this shop stands out. They serve great quality donuts and when I went in around 10:00 AM the selection was still great. Most importantly the donuts were fluffy and delicious. I would absolutely come back to try some of their other types. There was plenty of parking in the lot, and it isnt likely to fill up.

Best thing about The Jelly Donut? Its open 24 hours 7 days a week. Its donuts are pretty darn tasty. They have all the usual varieties. Theres some seating if you want to dine there instead of to go. The staff is quick to serve you. The coffee is decent. What more can one ask from a basic donut shop?Sometimes the shopping mall its located in seems a bit skeezy with oddball people hanging out here and there. But it seems like nowhere in Santa Rosa escapes that kind of thing. Whats an oddball anyway? Theyre just people. Granted, people without homes or with mental issues or drunks or tweekers or whatever the case may be. And I cant say Ive ever been hit up for change there which is more than I can say for plenty of other stores.So anyway, yea, good donuts.
