Love it here! Great, reasonable prices for their quality jewelry. My 9-year-old daughter loves hanging out in here and they treat her like a person. Go figure! The prices are so fair, that I can buy pieces for the youngster without breaking the bank or losing my mind if she loses them.Super cute gift wrapping available.

Pink hair worker was very rude didn’t even greet me and my friend but two minutes after a couple walked in and she rushed over to greet and help them. I had a problem with my ring which I bought last September and obviously didn’t have a receipt for because it was so long ago and she said she couldn’t help me but then could replace it for $30 when their policy says they will replace it up to a year. She was very rude and rolled her eyes.

My wife and I will never go shopping here again after being treated so badly by one of their employees. This middle aged Caucasian women with dark hair and no eyebrows was out of line as she gave us no time to make our own decisions and was very pushy to have us out of the store. Very disappointed with my visit.

Very helpful staff when I was looking for a charm for my sisters bracelet and they have a nice selection

I just came in to exchange a Pandora bracelet that I purchased off Amazon. America, the jewelry representative, went out of her way to help me out to make it right, so that this bracelet would fit my wife. What she went out of her way to contact the district manager, and ended up taking care of the bracelet so that would fit my wife. She 100% went out of her way to do this, and that is the definition of customer service. Extremely happy!

Customer service is horrible. My mom and myself went into the store to purchase some charms and spacers for her bracelet, the 3-4 girls working at the time didn’t seem to want to be bothered with greeting us or showing us products we were interested in. They made us feel like we were interrupting them from sitting around talking, the one younger girl who helped us seemed rushy and completely annoyed the whole time. She made a comment about prices of an item we were looking at and handed us a booklet telling us we could order online if we manage to find something. Needless to say we left without purchasing as we want to take our business online or another kiosk. I will never step foot into this pandora again.Honestly if I could have given this 0 stars I would have. Never been treated so rudely.

I didnt catch her name, but she was a taller, thin, curly haired woman who was nice at first and then was extremely rude. I never shop at pandora so I didnt realize they only went up to a size 9. I have bubble fingers, so my ring size is bigger as if I didnt get bullied enough for my fat fingers, as soon as I told her my ring size she just says oh. In the rudest way. And then continued to tell me they only go up to a size 9 but there are some extended sizes. Sorry its not in my genetics to have slender fingers 🙄Not coming back.

I went in last week on Wednesday to purchase a ring. I stood there about 40 mins without the staff greeting me or anything. She was helping another family at the moment but being the only one there.. you should learn to greet people or at least tell them you will be right with them. also if you are the only one there that day then u cant just set your undivided attention to one person. I contacted Pandora and no one has reached out to me.. dont plan on going back.

I buy my girlfriend and mom Pandora charms so frequently, that the store in Roseville knows me by name. When I moved to Santa Rosa, i visited this store frequently. In a 12-month period i spent ~$2,000 in the store. Unfortunately, I found across numerous visits the staff to be extremely rude and pushy. I only tolerated it because I was busy, parking was free, and I didnt want to deal with using Pandoras website -- Its faster to find the charm you want to fit a certain occasion when someone is there to help you.Between how rude and pushy the staff act, and the fact that parking is no longer free, Ive been shopping with Pandora online for the last several months. I have no plans to return to the Santa Rosa store.
