The salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable and friendly. His logic and suggestions lead me to the purchase I made. He allowed me to examine the helmet I was looking at and provided assistance to answer any questions I had. I will be returning for future purchases. One of our bikes wouldnt restart - dead battery - after getting gas down the street. Thankfully, Cycle Gear had a charged battery in stock, so I popped over, bought the battery and they had us rolling within a few short minutes. Ive also bought helmets, gloves and other gear over the years, as they have a great stock on-hand for everything we need. Just a great shop, with really nice and knowledgeable employees.

Good shop if you need something quick, I would have liked to see a larger selection of Dainese, Alpinestars and Rev It. They had mostly in house gear, my opinion is if your selling in house gear then it should be at a lesser price point then the major brands. We all know you get a better price break on that stuff.

I pulled the store at 6:00 p.m. to ask if they had communication devices they can install in your helmet they said yes but were closing soon I got there 10 minutes before they closed the guy stayed after for me to install my headset inside my helmet at no extra charge thats a great customer service

I went there to check out and try on one piece race suits. The guys there are very knowledgeable and were able to help me get fitted with the right one.. plus they have a 30 day return policy on anything they sell so you have no risk when buying from them. I will be coming here for all my motorcycle needs!

Cycle Gear has always been our store of choice! The staff is always extremely helpful. They want you to leave happy and satisfied. We just learned that they don’t charge a fee for installing the blue tooth helmet device!!! How awesome is that?!! Nowadays, we generally set aside $100+ for any type of minor installations. I didn’t know the first thing about getting a jacket, and the kind employees here spent time with me talking about the many types and helping me get fitted for a men’s jacket when the women’s options didn’t work out for me. They also talked about the different types of armor and helped me get set up with a back protector for my jacket. I feel so much safer riding now, and I feel like I walked out of there with a lot of knowledge too!

First time there. Needed a helmet for a new bike that I was getting. They didnt have a huge selection of helmets in stock, that I could buy that day, but they had enough for me to find one that fit very well.The salesman was more than helpful and worked with me for over 30 minutes to find the right helmet with the right fit. Well I went yesterday to buy a new sena bluetooth for my new helmet I got at the store at 5:25 pm I was expecting they installed for me but the guy named Matt was refused to do it because hes saying that it was to late to do it telling me that he got to do other stuff anyway I purchased and installed my self a take me 10 minutes and I think 🤔that they should be care more about the customers support since we spend to much money on the store

The manager Chris has always been very helpful and given me a heads up on when a tire would be in stock.

Needed a couple of new helmets.It appeared to be quite busy on this day, but that didnt seem to change the behavior of the staff.They were very patient, a d detailed with all customers.The fact that one of the staff members was new, and made it clear that he didnt know everything, but would do everything he could to get us what we wanted, and that all was good before the purchase.Keep up the great work!

Got the pin lock for my Arai. Purchased one previously which was for a earlier Arai. Would not get a refund because I was no longer in cycle gear files. Even though the part was never used and had cycle gear tag on it. I guess next time Ill check fitment immediately after purchase.Oh well!

Im changing my score from 1 to 5 because I was upset over something that was honestly not their fault and so far Ive been very pleased with the selection and prices of all types of gear. I was shocked to see the Icon helmet I ended up purchasing was the same price online. So paid the same and got it that day nothing beats that.

TL;DR: Ben is absolutely fantastic and the reason I want to come shop here as opposed to the Cycle Gears close to my house. If every experience in store was like this, Id rarely ever make purchases online again. He provided a phenomenal experience that blew far and away any previous Cycle Gear visits. If you come, ask for Ben. Youre welcome.Ive had pretty polarizing experiences at nearly every Cycle Gear I have attended. For that reason, I went in with fairly reserved expectations. The visit started out mediocre so I was happy I came in pretty reserved so I wasnt disappointed. About halfway through my visit, I was approached by Ben and received exceptional service and knowledgeable tech talk which made the decision for me on my next three big motorcycle gear purchases. The most refreshing thing about him is that he was able to answer nearly every weird and ultra specific question I asked, and when he didnt know the answer, he admitted it and went to look it up. You, sir, are now the ruler by which I will measure all future interactions with Cycle Gear staff. I am extremely grateful for his his masterful ability to provide an extraordinary customer experience.

Great thing about Cycle Gear is that they are open seven days a week, which is good if you need fork oil, tires, or a cord/switch for your heated jacket in a pinch.They have a wide range of helmets and other gear you can try before you buy with the help of their pleasant staff. They have an easy return policy, (No receipt needed.) and shopping online at CGs is good too.

Employees are friendly and helpful and they walk around and talk to their customers asking if you need help.Prices are actually pretty good and competitive with online prices.Got a great pair of winter riding gloves here and I love them, they were inexpensive and great quality.

Loved it. I went to buy a new helmet for my man for xmas. Problem is he is a big guy & has a large head. The woman who helped us was awesome. She spent tons of time with us. Never making us feel as if we were wasting her time. We found the style he liked & had to order the size. She was quick, sweet had tons of info on EVERYTHING IN THE STORE. We will be life long customers.

Went last night looking for a replacement helmet for one we bought the week prior. A woman helped us and she was amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs/preferences.
