We just had all 18 windows and a patio door replaced by Northwest Exteriors. From first to last, this has been a fine experience. Rick and Melissa at their sales location took a lot of time with us to be sure we knew all of our options and had the information we needed to make an informed decision. Installers Bryce and Jamie were thorough and efficient and Bryce did beautiful interior finishing with special moldings and sills. Installation was done, inside and out, in 3 days. Our house now retains the interior temperature, and its amazingly quiet inside. And I love the way these windows bring the outside in. The price was less than a third of what the big companies quoted to us. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company! Postscript: 3 years after installation, one of the parts on the slider started to malfunction. First, Northwest sent a repairman, but it turned out to be a defect in the door itself. Northwest arranged for Anlin to send out a technician and it was fixed! No charge! I love the follow up!

Northwest Exteriors installed a new sliding glass door. After the sales rep took our information, the company was very good in updating us on when they would complete final measurements, production and installation.The guys were on time and fast, and finsished the install in less time than originally estimated. I had 12 windows installed by Northwest Exteriors and couldnt be happier!!! I received 3 quotes from different companies and no one even came close. Northwest Exteriors are professional, polite, and provide A1 service. The quality of Anlin windows are top notch. They virtually sound proofed the house. No more hearing loud cars drive by. We also found our central air/heating unit does not have to run as often. I also plan on using them in about 6 months to either do a patio cover or sunroom as well. You will not be disappointed with choosing Northwest Exteriors.
