They have delicious clean tasting water. Excellent customer service and contact free delivery. Just put the bottles by the front door and they replace them. I dont have a lot of strength, so I opted for the 3 gallon bottles and the bottom feeder dispenser. Very stylish and simple to use

Culligan of Mobile went out of their way to sanitize my houses plumbing system after a water test showed positive for Mycobacterium Avium. They also placed an ultraviolet system on my main water supply. Subsequent tests have come back negative for the bacteria. They are life-savers. I cant thank them enough for all their help and consideration. They are truly professionals and extremely knowledgeable in this area. Kudos to you Culligan!

Convenience of having drinking water delivered is nice, but the main reason is the lack of plastic being put into the landfalls. I use reusable bottles and just refill them. We go through a lot of water in our house, with two humans, two cats and a dog, who all drink spring water. Customer service is also a huge issue with me, everyone from the billing department to the wonderful delivery person, is always super helpful and friendly. Delivery is always on schedule and the kind person even brings the eight to ten bottles to my back door.

If I could give a zero I would. I contacted them about purchasing a water softener over a week ago. I was told they would call me back. Hmm that did not happen so I will take my money somewhere else. Zero

I called on a Monday and set up new services I was told that by Tuesday no later than Wednesday I would have my bottles. Here it is today is Thursday and I’m being told they are too busy I can leave a message. Well I the message I left was to cancel my order. Their customer service is horrible.
