I live out of town and ordered flowers for my Grandmothers funeral that never showed up. Myself and the funeral director called multiple times with no answer. Not only did the arraignment never show up, he charged my credit card twice. Do not patronize this business.

My mother ordered a spray from another florist for my grandma’s funeral. The florist called the morning of and said that they could not do it in time. My mother was understandably upset at the fact that she couldn’t get flowers for her mother. I called Saraland Florist and Gifts and they were amazing! They were able to make me a beautiful spray in less than 30 mins. My sisters and I arrived early and the shop owner and his employee were wonderful. Thank you for making this hard day a little easier.

Do NOT and I repeat do NOT order from this florist. I have sent my mother flowers for the last 20 years on her birthday and Ive always used FTD or 1800 flowers. This year I decided to support my local florist and got totally screwed. I went on the website and spent over $100 on a bouquet for her and was charged for it and she never received it. I went by their shop and there was a note stating I have the flu. Well if you have the flu shut down the website and do not take our money for your profit. Annnddd you cant get in touch with ANYONE to talk to about it. So dont bother trying to call them.

Ronnie and staff are the best ever. We have a wedding venue and recommend them all the time for beyond fabulous designs and service.

Saraland Florist out did themselves when my husband ordered me some flowers. My husband knows I love cookies and got Ronnie to go to Marble Slab to pick me up some cookies to go with my flowers! Local family-owned and a part of the Saraland-Satsuma community for almost 50 years, it was always a pleasure to see and chat with owner Nancy Lee, now retired, sort of the Paula Deen of flowers. A real sweetheart! Glad to know her daughter, Ginger, is carrying on the business and wish her the best. These people KNOW flowers and have the best gift shop, along with being all the florist youll ever need.

Very unprofessional florist we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve spent $1500 on flowers for the wedding and no one showed up with flowers nor did they answer the 35 times we called about our flowers. We will be there Monday morning gettin all of our money back!!! Terrible place !!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for our anniversary. I held my tongue all day long knowing that the flowers would come and she would be shocked, but I was the one shocked because they NEVER arrived. I have called and left messages on their answering machine, I have emailed them as well. No response. Thanks for ruining an extra special occasion Saraland Florist.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM prior to receiving your flowers!!!!! I had ordered flowers to be delivered to our house for our Anniversary. The flowers were never delivered. It’s been 4 months and they still won’t answer the phone and are never open when I try to stop in. They basically stole almost $100 from me.

After being charged for flowers I have not received, I cannot get anyone to return my call. I asked for the flowers to be picked up instead of delivered because GPS does not work to my house. I have been by multiple times to pick up the flowers during business hours, and no one has been there. I have called multiple times to figure out what is going on and no one will answer or return my calls after I have left a message. Terrible service.

It was a horrible experience! We asked for everything to be delivered but barely any of it was and what was delivered was wrong and nothing like we asked for. We were charged for the things we didnt get and then we were told that we had picked them ourselves....... we paid for them to be delivered for a reason. Then the act of getting our refund was painful. We were told to come back the next day early to meet the owner. We came in and he wouldnt look me or my wife l eye to eye to apologize for the terrible experience. They gave us an envelope with the bare minimum they should of gave us and the envelope said sorry. If you are getting married stay clear of this florist.

They did a horrible job at my daughters wedding today...sent 10 centerpieces when we ordered 18...supposed to have an arch with flowers at the end of the aisle where the wedding took place and they didnt send it. Were 2.5 hours late delivering. It was an all around horrible experience. They also never delivered the flowers ordered for the rehersal dinner. Pitiful excuse for a floral shop

This florist did my daughters wedding and went above and beyond what we could ever ask for our table pieces were beautiful and her bouquet was way more than we ask for they delivered everything and set it all up for us we didnt have to worry about anything the day of!

My friend ordered some flowers for my grandfathers passing they were supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of December she even did a confirmation call that day to make sure they were going to be delivered well they never were..we both called multiple times no answer....she got ahold of a guy last friday at the florist and told her he was printing off the orders and they would get to work on them...well here it is Tuesday dec 11 still no flowers....i called another florist and she knew how to get intouch with the owner of saraland florist and he called me back yesterday and told me he didnt have a order from my friend....but yet he told her he was printing off the orders last Friday....so my friend called him and just like magic her order somehow printed right before she called.....he told her the flowers would be delivered today and guess what no flowers......so dont use this florist they will lie to you and take your money....i will be contacting the BBB.....

I left sever hundred dollars of decorations with them to be put together about 3 weeks ago now they will not answer the phone or return messages, Messages left on the door go missing but no response from them.

This is the first time I have ever been harassed by a florist shop. I have never done business of any kind with this shop, yet they continue to call my private line and hang up when I answer. I have reported them to the phone company and one more call and I will report them to the police. Do not give these people your telephone number or the number of anyone you care about.

I order flowers for my anniversary . I call them at 4:30 and ask r the flowers coming today. They said yes sir they on the way. At 10 clock when I went to bed still no flowers. Someone going Hear what I got say this morning
