First time at this store ever. It is amazing. Selection is amazing. Could have spent all day shopping there. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the only place for miles that lists inventory on the beer rating app Untappd. I swung by because I saw some top-rated items to try (not shown in my photo!). I liked seeing how massive the place and selection really is. I also saw there were at least two tastings going on.

Total Wines has a very impressive selection of wines from around the world, and their prices are reasonable too. They also have a large selection of beer and liquor. The staff is extremely helpful. Bottom line, this is my go to place.

Great selections, friendly staff. I got an email from TW with a 20% off coupon for 6 winery direct wines, mix and match. I selected the email coupon and it came up on checkout, way convenient.

We visited Saturday, very busy place, had great experience with wine tasting. Upon checkout, became chaotic and we were informed after ringing up over $300 that certain items were excluded from qualifying for a discount. Returned to the store a few days later when less chaotic and the manager didnt seem to want to do anything to win future business and let us go out the door with sorry man. As we are full time residents, Id expect to spend thousands each year as we entertain quite a bit but not if given this experience.Just heard what appears to be a professionally written template reply to take this offline to customer care. I thought by taking a special trip to the store and speaking to a manager today, I had done that step. Disappointed.

This place has the most verity of everything you need. The absolute best place to find good and different beer. If you like to explore options and try different flavors of liquors, then this is your place. Always look for the coupons in the paper or sign up for the ones in your email. Love this place!

My husband and I stopped in here to gather supplies for our honeymoon adventures. This place is like the Costco of alcohol; absolutely amazing. Our cashier was so friendly and helpful!

If youre a member, their computers CANNOT correctly give all promos members are entitled to! We had a 30% off one wine AND 20% off if you buy 9 bottles. Their awful system did show 30% off the one bottle, but when the additional nine bottles were added, our 30% promo was REDUCED to the 20% which was to apply to the other 9 bottles! This was the second time this has happened to us! Were NEVER shopping at ANY Total Wine again. They need to stop cheating their customers!

Awesome customer service! I grabbed the last 6 pack of Royal Jamaican, and wanted to get a few more, so they got out the ladder and brought down a new case for me. Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a little out of my way, but I’ll keep going to this location for the great customer service.

I really like the store and most employees.The selection and prices are great. I am disappointed with large walk-in coolers that are not stocked on a daily basis. How can a large store not stock cases of cold Bud light. I have mentioned this to several employees with no luck or results.

Total Wine has a great selection of wine and spirits. They also have a very knowledgeable staff to help you with any questions you may have or to make suggestions based on your taste! We highly recommend this place!

This is a really nice location. It was very adequately stocked and everything was fairly easy to find. When we couldnt locate what we were looking for, the staff was very knowledgeable as to where stuff was and more than happy to help locate it for us. The store was very clean and checkout lines moved quickly.

Well stocked store and very friendly plus informative. I was on the hunt for one particular item and they not only had it in stock and well priced but they also went and found it for me. Tks guys and please remind some of our more confused & less patriotic shoppers that it’s not about them it’s about us. Wear your MASK it’s private property and this is still a free country .. so go freely to Walmart without your face coverings.

So. Yeah. I will bring friends who come in from out of town here like it is a Florida landmark. This place is FILLED to the brim with every kind of wine, beer, and spirit you can imagine. They have shopping carts here for a reason. You will walk in for a 6 pack and roll out with with a cart full of snacks, drinks, and probably a muddler or other fancy contraption. Highly recommended!

Great selection, but the management/owners still have their heads squarely up their intestinal tract regarding mask usage. Its not necessary, and its not legally required. Sarasota does not require it, neither does the vast majority of Florida. Ill find somewhere else next time.

I teach 3 credit continuing education classes to real estate agents & brokers. I recently held one of my 3 hour classes in the Total Wine Sarasota location. They have a beautiful educational facility on property. After the class we all enjoyed a wine tasting with 4 delicious wines to pair with Thanksgiving dinner, chosen by John who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to John and Total Wine for their hospitality and awesome training center!

Super nice and helpful. I went in close to closing time to look for a difficult beer and one associate took me to another who found just what I was looking for on a bottom shelf way towards the back. Couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! And I got my hard to find beer!!

I was stopping by on my way through town and had the pleasure of encountering the nicest associate. I was interested in trying something new, but with all the options at Total Wine, sometimes that is a little overwhelming. Graham gave my a top 3 of his favorite single can beers to try and let me tell you: I was not disappointed. It was nice to have an interaction with an associate that was both genuine and helpful who went above and beyond to help me.

Meh...this place doesnt offer any deals. I had a store manager yell at me after spending $100. Most of the beer for sale is warm.

If you are a social-distancer versus mask-wearer don’t shop here. Their policy is to get in your face and goose-step you out of the store with three workers walking a foot behind you even though the CDC says, “A mask is NOT a substitute for social distancing.” And, Total still offers face shields even though the “CDC does not recommend using face shields or goggles as a substitute for masks.” Total as in total hypocrites.

Generally a great place. Great selection but the help is really hard to find. Vendors stocking shelves are usually better to help you out.

I have never been in a alcohol store this large! The employees there had an answer for every question we had. We asked about trying a new wine for thanksgiving and he guided us to a new one that fit what we wanted, and it was amazing! He also knew where the bourbon, liquor, and mixers were which made shopping for the whole family real easy. We even got to try a wine or two and the person behind the counter knew a lot about each option. I highly recommend this store, but you might leave with more than you had planned!

Do not do curbside pick up or online orders. The description & pictures on the website where you order from apparently don’t match the inventory in the store - so they’ll just give you whatever they have. Very misleading & disappointing once you get home (because they put it directly in your trunk) & realize you don’t have the product you thought you ordered.

If you are looking for it, they have or it doesnt exist. Son found some obscure Pinnacle variety there. Called ahead and they held it for him. Nice.

Ive never seen anything like it. Its so big. They got hundreds of cool IPA beers with pumpkin heads and stuff on them. This one girl walked by me with a shopping cart full of alcohol. They were getting turnt up tonight. And I got me some Rolling Rock. Shout out to AVGN! Ill be back. ☺

I love Total Wine as a whole but this location is particularly special! Its a full size store in a smaller shopping plaza and is conveniently located next to a grocery store (Sprouts) for easy one stop shopping. Every employee I have come in contact with is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to offer suggestions and I have never been steered wrong. Even the customers offer friendly suggestions! And if you like to sample before you buy, this is the place. They have beer and wine tastings all the time. On weekends there are usually reps on hand to for sampling liquor and cocktails.
