Traveling from Utica our brakes began to make a high grinding sound. We drove into your spotless service area, and Naomi and Eric quickly approached us. Naomi took the car for a test drive. There was the potential of extensive work which would require parts available Monday. It was Saturday afternoon. Thoughts of two-night stay in a pet friendly hotel weren’t a pretty picture. An hour later, the car was serviced and ready to go. Here’s where the good service lies. When we arrived, we could have been told there’s no service without an appointment. Instead, they provided help, offered us coffee, and suggested places to eat. It was evident they were concerned about our predicament and did everything they could to resolve the problem quickly. That satisfies the much-quoted advice that people don’t remember what you tell them, but they do remember how you made them feel. Naomi and Eric made us feel valued! Thanks for impressive customer service!

They always go above and beyond with their customer service. Ive never had an issue and I always get my car back when promised. This time was no different. I didnt realize that my inspection had expired. I called Toyota and was able to get to an appointment for the next day. Naomi and Eric were efficient and I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate good service.
I had my emergency brake cable snap, causing my wheel to seize and I needed a repair with a quick turnaround time. They were able to take a look at my truck and quoted an absurdly high price. Over $1,000 in labor alone, to replace an e-brake cable and service the brakes. After speaking with them they were willing to give me a discount. I had them do the work. After completing the work and letting me know to come pick up my vehicle, they waited until the last minute to let me know that a leaf spring had cracked. The person on the phone had no information to provide, other than someone noticed it at some point. They couldnt even tell me which leaf spring had cracked or if I needed to replace both. They continued to quote me an absurdly high price, including parts that I ended up not needing. The communication between departments seems lackluster at best. I was able to bring to a local mechanic who was able to replace both leaf springs with all toyota parts for less than half of what they quoted. Moral of the story, like any dealership, the prices are astronomical and their ability to communicate what parts you need and the work involved was disappointing.

I went in on day that we had a snowstorm to ask a question. My 15,000 mile service was due so I asked for an appointment. Not only did the answer my question, Brooke offered to have my service done right then and there. I was so happy I wouldnt have to make another trip. I highly recommend New Country. Walked in on a very wet Sat AM asking to test drive a specific car advertised online at New Country Toyota on Rte 50. No messing around, no putting us off, no “oh that car just sold but we have something similar for $4k more” (like Fucillo, Carbone, Saratoga Honda and countless others had been doing for weeks). We bought the car in less than an hour and wrapped up the purchase the next day. Two very happy boys and one satisfied customer.
TERRIBLE! 1 star is too much! This was the WORST auto experience I’ve ever had. I went in for an oil change for which I was made to wait 3 and a half hours, then after all of that they charged me $250 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! I couldn’t believe it! They also told me I had a problem with my heat shield and encouraged me to make another appointment to get it removed. I said I would prefer to replace it rather than remove it seeing as heat shields are fairly important for the safety of a car. After I told them I wanted it replaced they told me it would cost upwards of $1500, I looked up how much a new heat shield for my car would cost and they were all between $50-80. I could not believe that it could possibly cost that much especially because I was at a Toyota dealership where they most likely already had the part in stock. NEVER GO TO NEW COUNTRY TOYOTA UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE AND OVERPRICED EXPERIENCE!!!!
I absolutely love New Country Toyota. The service department is right on top of things. I’ve never had such great customer service before, at any other dealership. Their service department employees are very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and pleasant people I must say! My grandmother needed service done to her car. I called, left a message, and within a half hour received a call back. They got her set up with an appointment right away. When we went to her scheduled appointment, we brought her vehicle in, and we were kindly seated in the waiting room. They diagnosed the issue right away. Let us know what the issue was, and proceeded to fix it upon our appointment. I’m very happy that my grandmother was well taken care of by your team of expertise. Amazing job to the service department. You guys ROCK!!! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to your customers daily.

Awesome experience! I found a truck online and called and spoke with Manny about it. He went above and beyond to work with me prior to even stepping one foot into the dealership. He sent me in depth videos of the car he took himself so I could measure if I was truly interested.When we got to the point of engaging the business manager Marat Lozhkin, he offered the same patience, care and attention to detail as Manny. I confirmed in our initial conversation that I have trauma around dealerships as my immediate past experience was a nightmare and both Manny and Marat promised to ensure my experience was the exact opposite and did just that.After my three hour drive, when I arrived the car was in the front, fully gassed and detailed waiting for me to sign! Made my last visit to New Country Toyota today.. First visit in 2018 for recall covered service, which i was unsatisfied with. I made a poor choice to visit a second time, a simple key replacement and programming. The Service Department gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Upon arrival, we again went over what was needed, and proceeded to wait.An hour later, I was approached by service upsalesman, and informed it would be three more hours, and $500 more than quoted. To cut and program a key. I asked to speak with a manager, but they were available. Told them to pull my truck around. Thanks for wasting my time. Bait and switch carnival game at New Country. The Service Manager did call and leave a half hearted sorry we couldnt help you voicemail. Well New Country, sorry my new Tundra purchase will be with another dealership.An hour later, I was in the more comfortable waiting room of rival Toyota Service Center. They did the job for hundreds of dollars less, in under an hour. Ill be purchasing and doing future business there.

I was drawn to New Country because I saw a vehicle online listed at a good price. I had some trepidation going because Ive had some poor experiences with dealerships and specifically finance associates trying to inflate numbers. I always research what I should be paying, and at other dealerships theyve given me wildly higher payments in financing. I do not enjoy haggling just to pay what we both know I should be paying. New Country was transparent and honest from start to finish. I dealt with Connor and Jason in sales, and did my financing with Bobby. They all treated me honestly and with respect. There were no surprises and I will be a repeat customer.

I brought my vehicle there for an inspection. The inspection failed due to the brake pads being to thin. In addition to that there was other services they recommended which I know is not needed because I had a regular mechanic that maintains the vehicle. Since the inspection was past they removed the sticker. I did the brake pad job myself. I measured the old pads and they measured out way more than what they measured them to be. It did not need to fail. There was plenty of life left in these pads. Just trying to get a lot of money out of me. Bad business. Will not return.
