The service at Motor Works is wonderful. I was 108 miles from home. My battery light came on and car chugging. I called shortly after 9 AM and they got me right in. They diagnosed, ordered parts and had my car fixed shortly after Noon. Very polite and professional staff. Motor Work staff called the Next day to make sure I was happy and had safe travels back up North. A very big Thank you to the staff at Motor Works in Sartell, MN

Not only is this one of the most friendliest places I have ever been to, the environment is welcoming and so are the people. They are amazing at communicating in person, over the phone or email. Speedy with repairs and easy to talk to. I am for sure coming back in the future for all my needs!

I was a little nervous about taking my foreign vehicle to anyone but the dealer, but when I experienced a wheel bearing issue that would have required that I tow my vehicle to the dealer in the Twin Cities, I didn’t have any local repair options other than Motor Works. I hesitantly contacted their Sartell location and was pleasantly surprised. I experienced a higher level of professionalism and communication than I have ever experienced at any dealer. Travis and the other guy who helped me when i picked up the vehicle (can’t recall his name) were friendly and down to earth. When I picked up the vehicle, they informed me of the warranty on the repair parts and explained that they would keep the warranty info in their computer system in case any problems arose in the future. I also felt that the price I paid was very reasonable. Based on my experience, I will be trusting future repairs of my foreign vehicles to Motor Works of Sartell.

Its hard to find a good trust worthy mechanic. I have brought multiple cars there and always got the job done at a reasonable price. Never tried to up-sell me things to turn more of a profit. Very satisfied.

I brought my van to Motor Works last month to get the AC fixed and they did such an awesome job - but more importantly, they were SO KIND to work with. They answered all of my questions and walked me through each step of what they were going to do and okayd it with me. My battery went out this week and they towed my van from our church parking lot to their place and fixed it within a day. AND, for a reasonable price. Its hard to find a group you trust - but I found it!

I am a loyal customer after accidentally coming across this shop searching for tires about 4 years back and have been a returning customer ever since. I do TONS of traveling and its been wonderful working with Travis and the team over at Motor Works. Good price on oil changes and fair prices on other services. They understand how connected I am to my vehicle and they treat my baby right. They take the time to explain things and have no issues when I do the work that I can myself. It was difficult to find a place in town to service my Mercedes but they have people who know what they are doing, they were really polite and professional also friendly, I just bought the car and was like wow I don’t trust this car but I like it. They diagnosed my concerns like really fast and they weren’t all judgy that I chose to do a more expensive repair on my own, it wasn’t really a hit or miss thing like it could be this or that, they knew What was wrong right away.They looked it over and made sure it was all good. The repairs done didn’t take as long as I expected so I was happy to have my car back for work or wherever I needed to go they really kept that in mind when I brought it in.They gave me options of what I wanted to do with the problems if money would be a concern, I was given a discount for spending over a certain amount so that was nice, someone changed my clock to the real time which I was planning to do but too lazy, the little things like that is a nice surprise. Basically my car is running better than when I bought it, it sounds as it should now and I really feel like it’s a safe dependable car now. I think I found my shop. These guys were quick, didnt try to upsell me, price was lower than expected and they were fast. Great communication. If I have to take my vehicle in, it will be to motorworks from now on.

Figuring that they had a bunch of BMWs outside their shop I thought theyd be fine to do my cooling system on my e36. They used house screws to install the ECM and now theres screws sticking out in my wheel well. They also told me I couldnt lower my car had no suggestions or tips for it but all it took was 10mm spacers. If you have a domestic vehicle they do fine but I will never bring a BMW back. These guys dont really know what theyre doing and Id stay away if you love your sports car. Make the trip to the cities and let somebody reputable do the work.

They tried to charge me 1270$ to fix my Water Shut Off Actuator . I bought the part for 61$ and had a friend install in less than 1 hour. They are dishonest and take advantage of people.

Reasonable prices and great location. They are quick and efficient and really know what they are talking about. Brought a friend in to get her battery replaced. They did it for a good price and they never tried to dumb it down for her. The inside is very nice as well which gives it a clean and professional atmosphere. They have plenty of magazines for a good read and wonderful workers to help you along the way.

I have been taking my cars to Motor Works for few years. If there was something to be repaired, they made sure it got repaired. They also did the routine oil changes and maintenance, and provided rides to and from their business when I needed to drop off or pick up my car. They were all friendly and easy to deal with.

Trust is a hard trait to tie in when in come to the mechanical industry. However motor works did that. There customer service was phenomenal, not once did I feel pressures into to anything. Not even a single sales pitch. I generally dont leave review but they deserved it.

Motor Works of Sartell is one of the best auto shops I have been too. I told them my max funds and unlike other auto repair places they did everything to keep me close to it. Very professional and Travis was great to work with. They fit me in and got my car back to me in around 24 hours with no appointment. Will definitely go back

Shout out to Motor Works in Sartell. I realized at 5:20 I had a flat and I need it fixed asap; I have multiple appointments tomorrow that require a up and running vehicle. I called and asked when they close, 5:30, explained my situation and they said how soon can you be here. Bam! I arrived and they fixed the flat tire! Amazing customer service, willing to go that extra mile. I have used the Sauk Rapids shop with great customer service and now Sartell proves there level of commitment to their customers, the community and their business. Thank you Thank you.

The people here were very kind and understanding! They even brought me into the shop and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. Plus, they have a free inspection if you are having any issues. Way better than spending over $100 at another place for the same service! Would definitely recommend!

Motor Works did an amazing job! I went in for an oil change and during their routine check of my car found an issue. They brought me back to show me the issue to help me understand what exactly needed to be done with my car. Motorworks is wonderful! We had to have a major engine repair, and they were patient, accommodating, and talked through all options with us. Ultimately, they were able to get the repair done way ahead of schedule; and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Overall I’d say wonderful shop. We had a disagreement on a certain thing. But I’m a diesel mechanic for a living so I’m really picky as to what’s being used during maintenance on my truck. But it all got worked out. You go from one tech to another in the same shop and they’ll have different opinions. So not going to hold that against them. And went back afterwards for other work since I can’t really work on my vehicles at the apartments I live at. Overall good customer service.

Look, I’m not one to promote people but the entire staff is amazing. Hell, I live in Apple valley and would rather drive all the way up to Sartell, MN in a beat up vehicle to have them fix it, than anyone else. I mean the customer service isn’t fake, they ask questions and treat you like a normal person. Hey money’s tight lately, they understand that!! They make informed decisions based on knowledge and experience to get you through any situation. I stand by them whole heartily. Found this place by accident, and Im so glad I did. I brought my car in for an oil change and was notified of a leak; they even brought me back to the garage to show me and explain what was wrong! The quote they gave me to fix it was on the lower end of the standard cost, so I feel confident they arent out to rip me off. Its hard to find trustworthy auto places, but this one definitely is.

We have been going to Motorwerks for several years now and this last time is why well keep going back. Our air conditioner wasnt working in our van and I called very late on a Wednesday night and was told I could bring it in the next day to be looked at. I dropped it off before I went to work on Thursday morning. I asked to have it done by a certain time as that was when I need it. Travis was there in the morning and gave me the low down on what it probably was and how much it was going to cost before I left the building. They did a great job of fixing the problem, letting me know what it was, and having it ready for me when I needed it. Thank you!
