Employees are rude, thats if you can find someone that will even somewhat be able to put forth the effort to point you in the right direction. I dont know what they teach managers to hire people for... It is definitely not customer service or work ethic.Their cleanliness policy, attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for other staff, customers, and management lacks in so many regards it is unbelievable.

This Walmart is decent, but help is very hard to come by. Its much better in the grocery section though.I hate that they are not open late any longer.I also hated that they would allow unmasked customers to shop before the vaccines were available.If anyone ever open a store that matched there selection and price, I would never go again. But until then, I am there.

They need to do a better job on getting the shelves stocked. Meats were well stocked and lots of choices.

This is my favorite Walmart. The pharmacy staff are amazing. The store is the cleanest Walmart Ive been in and the staff are always nice and helpful. The lines can get stupid long though.

I found most of what I needed today. But this location was out of lots of my regular purchases so I had to go elsewhere to finish up my shopping.

I forgot the ladies name but she was elderly. my girlfriend and I were checking out when she stopped us and preceded to say that we didnt scan things are price was 104$ she then made us add items which ended at 116$ the she made us re scan everything while watching us and treating us like criminals after re scanning all our items it was 104$ wasted so much of our time and making our friends wait I dont want to feel like Im walking in a prison to get food ruined our night over your employees very poor judgment. I hope this walmart improves but for right now I do not suggest shopping here.

Way better than the st cloud store has more variety and bigger and cleaner

The best part about this Walmart is their pharmacy, they are always very courteous and helpful with every needs you might have. They pay attention to you specifically even though they may be very busy but, they do notify the person or persons behind you they will be right with them. I hate the stores which will only take care of your issues 1/2 heartedly and you ended up having to wait for an answer after hours later. So, I very much appreciate their prompt response and it shows that we matter to them. However, there is a flip side of this which is on the main floor, usually I can never find anyone to help me at this Super store and if I try to look for a representative to assist me I would have walked the whole store but, when I do find one they are very helpful so, that is the good side of my story. I am only 51 tall and it is very difficult to reach the top shelf many times during my shopping experience at this store so, once again I need assistance with getting items off the shelves and once again I am hunting for an representative but, none can be found. My suggestion to them is to hire more help for floor reps. and if the Management sees this during their rush hours, they need to be out on the floor and give their associates a hand. It should be ALL HANDS ON DECK instead they are in the meetings. If the customers are not satisfied, it doesnt matter how meetings they go to, they better get into the dirt and plant some seed. That is how you grow and you have happy customers, happy employees and you will get to pick the fruits of the labor.

Welcome to the Walmart experience. I only come here about once every six months, but when I do,this is what I get....Asked a worker for help to find something. He pointed down the aisle and said, Over there.It must be in their high quality training; the same exact situation (different worker) happened to me last time I was there.I didnt hear a word from the cashier except when she gave me the receipt, she said, Here ya go.The greeter was staring right at me when leaving, so I said, Have a good day. He continued to stare but said nothing.If they would have had Taco Bell fire sauce, they might have gotten a three.

This is the better of the two Walmarts in the St Cloud area.Much better stock and doesnt feel as overcrowded and intimidating as the 2nd street Walmart.

Sartell Walmart is a great place to shop less traffic better customer service better variety of merchandise and the staff are very helpful

This store is always clean and usually stocked well. Employees are helpful and kind.The only thing I would change is adding more new electric carts for disabled folks like me because a few of the older ones are getting pretty bad.I am aware they got a few new ones a year ago but more are needed again.

Horribly managed. Every single long conveyor belt self checkout lane closed. Any person with a full cart is forced to go through 1 open register. Rude and refused to open any of the self checkouts.

Thieves, stalkers, mean mugs, frowns, and all sorts of bad vibes at this Walmart. Employees dont know how to help you find anything, cant manage simple tasks. They walk right past you if you need assistance. Garbage store, worth traveling the extra few miles to Walmart in Sartell. Dont waste your time unless you will die without that certain something.

Will like most Walmart stores its packed with a lot of goods. This particular store is Will managed. The store on 2nd Street in St cloud is not so well managed. Some of the employees that work there cant speak good English and they dont know where anything is.Back in the 80s when Walmart first came into play I remember walking into the first Walmart where I used to live in Tennessee and you can ask any employee on the floor or behind the counter where anything was and they could tell you exactly where to find it. Nowadays in this day and age you cant get anybody to tell you wherer anything is because they dont know theyll tell you its not my department go ask somebody else. But then you have some that go out of their way to help you look for what youre trying to find. And those people I tip my hat to them. Thats the Way employees should be to customers in any store. My suggestion to the Walmart management retrain your store managers to make the employees learn the store and where everything is especially those that work in in the location that the item is in.Now what I do like about Walmart is the order online groceries and pick it up at a certain time that you set up. Thats a little more convenient for those that are on the run or have to be somewhere at a certain time cant get back to get their groceries in person they can order it and go pick it up or have somebody pick it up for them. Walmart needs to go back to home base to when they first started and start catering to the public more and assist the customer more. It will make shopping experience a little more smoother. And their return policy is little to be desired. And layaway for Christmas not any good anymore.

Fast shop time...but had all I needed.

Walmart is Walmart. They dont seem to have enough of the product that you want, but enough of what you dont need. Miss Sam Walton..and what is it with these self checkouts, I miss having a cashier, if I wanted to work at Walmart, I would apply. Its okay for a few items, but they have full registers, I checked out with a few items and the kid working there didnt even look up to see if we needed help.

If you want to get robbed of your purse or feel unsafe.. Shop here. Enough ghetto in there to fill up another town the size of STC.

Pretty much as expected! Some things were sold out or pretty low in stock, but it was a busy weekend with lots of tourists.

Its Walmart.... I cant stand the St cloud Walmart so I drive a few more miles. Clean Walmart, 1/2 of the employees are pretty nice. If you go later in the evening you will have a better time lol.

I was able to get everything on my list today and my only complaint is there are 2 cash registers open the rest are self checkouts.

I would wake up on the wrong side of the morning to this shinier side of town Walmart and would get a dental cleaning of chocolate either right before or right after I brush my teeth in the morning. They are looking for some fat people and want the computers shut down on us. Not as dirty as the Saint Cloud one word is “dental”

Very crowed with empty boxes and shipment. Cashiers a friendly and decently fast as well. Kinda wish I could push a kart down some of the isles though.

Hate going to Wal-Mart!! If you want to self check then this is the place for you! One regular line open and always 10 people waiting to check out. On more than one occasion I have seen shoppers leave their carts in frustration and walk out the door. Customer service is simply non existent.

The receiving staff seemed friendly, and the Pepsi merchandiser was able to get his delivery unloaded in a timely manner. Overall not a bad place to make a delivery on a holiday weekend.

Great store. Has the best selection of most wal marts in the area. This store is called the palace because its so nice to shop at. Always clean. Full of product. And very helpful staff.

Whenever I need a locked up item (or paint, or anything you need help from a store associate with) from this store I end up waiting 10+ minutes. And then they end up making you pay for it on the spot or bringing it to register 8 (the one with the longest line EVERY TIME). And most of the family planning stuff is less than 10$ so they should make it more easily accessible or give all staff keys for it so people don’t end up waiting so long. The biggest problem with this store is the staff not being able to help you, or not knowing how to help you.

Wasnt impressed with all of the empty shelves. Just blame everything on COVID-19, why dont we??

Walmart, you are a disaster. I cant believe how bad things are! Is this really ok with you?? Please hire more people quickly, and make absolute certain you train them properly. The store is a mess, except for a few areas where you are lucky to have employees doing above and beyond. Some areas no one is even around. Things are unsanitary, empty, not fresh, broken, in the wrong places, in the way, or just not safe. Carts dont work, buckles are gone. Almost everything has issues. Plus you cant get help with anything.

I used to enjoy shopping at the Walmart in Sartell rather than St Cloud. The standards of service used to be better. Employee helpfulness and cleanliness of the store is no longer there. It has become just like the St Cloud Walmart.

Its WalMart, but not as bad as most are.

Just your average everyday Walmart. Nothing special. Same as all the rest, never anyone around to ask for help or even check out.

Always bare shelves, can not restock, rude unhelpful workers that roll their eyes and sighs at you and tell you that they can not help you and that maybe you should call another Walmart and they can help you because they can not see another Walmarts availability (which I know is a lie because I have had other Walmarts check for me).

Watch the prices that are displayed and what actually rings up at the register. Happened with 2 items yesterday. I had to physically show the employee working the discrepancy and he said its an old price well if you have that price on display it should be honored. Thankful that it was, but what a headache. No apology, no thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please watch your receipt.

It was fairly busy for only being 8 am. There were 3 checkouts open and all self checkouts were available. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and there was no line for checking out. There were employees everywhere and had I needed one I could get help fairly fast.

Disappointed with pick up service. Was able to get what I wanted inside store though. Customer service is lacking today.

Only one person or should say only one line was open I think theyre pushing for you to do self checkout I think that is a big mistake on their part cuz most of us do not like self checkout I would order online but Ill probably go somewhere else when it comes to buying something in the store

Walmart Supercenter is a clean organized and friendly store that has everything you need and more. The employees have excellent customer service and if you cant find something youre looking for they will find it and go out of their way.

I Purchased a bag of all-purpose flour, when I got home I dump the flowers into an empty container. I then found a decent number of ants crawling around in the flower. This was very offsetting.

This Walmart I could spend the whole day in there and still not see everything. This place is awesome it has everything and more. The check out needs help.

Was clean and decently stocked. There was a particular item I was looking for that I found easily. I wanted 2 of but there was only 1 in stock. I was also there for child size or small masks which I did not locate.The staff was polite and friendly, but were hard to find and not very knowledgeable of the store layout.It took a lot of wandering around until I found an associate to begin with (they were all hard at work).I asked 3 seperate floor workers where I could find the child size masks. I was directed to different ends of the store each time. Finally one actually walked me up to the masks with cool designs but they were all adult size.When I was checking out the cashier had asked, did you find everything OK? I told her of the issues finding masks for children. She told me another spot to look. I was already running behind so I finished my purchase and decided I would have to look another day.

Probably one of the better Walmart stores around, aisles were nice and clear, well stocked but not much of a sporting goods section, self check out is set up nicely and plenty of cashiers also. The place was clean, bathrooms were clean all in all probably one of the best Walmarts Ive ever been in.

Some oddities compared to most Wal-Marts I have visited. Their security is a little jumpy. (May be due to frequent use) but in all just a bit understaffed.

Cashier was not friendly. But store was very nice, clean and stocked.

Mary Anne at the grocery pick up is an incredible human being. One of the most customer-centric employees I have ever met.

Crowded and a lil messy in the Halloween isle, as to be expected.

Carts everywhere in the parking lot like nobody was working in the first place. Then the first 5 aisles had pallets in them so I couldnt get thru, again like nobody is working. Place is.a.zoo as.always and half the self checkouts were shut down and they had 2,maybe 3 registers open to compensate. Management better grow a pair before I put on a safety vest and start telling people what to do around there. Ridiculous.

Congested, didnt have but 2 Verizon phones available ... Stock was low on everything... Like no frozen pizzas..no auto spray paint I was seriously disappointed

This Walmart has really nice an helpful staff, and they are always quick to help, and dont mind if 5 or 10 of your items wont scan. The only reason I give this a 4 is because at times the staff is communicating with other staff, and not paying attention. Its not often, though, and its understandable.

I can usually find what I want or need at a good price. I like the convenience of shopping for both household and grocery items in the same store. Sartell Supercenter usually has whatever I’m looking for. At the same time, it can be very busy, and crowded in the aisles on weekend afternoons. I try to go when it is not busy such as mornings before 9am. Some staff are friendly and helpful and some will ignore you. Others are just plain rude. I have had checkers give me the wrong price, so I prefer self-checkout. I also bring my own bags. I prefer self-checkout by the household (vision center) side of the store because it’s usually less busy. I recommend the arts/crafts sections for great deals, bakery for fresh baked goods, and the Vision Center. Saving money and being able to shop for everything I need in one place is why I keep returning to Walmart.

Dirty mess! Idk what happen to this place but over the years its definitely went down hill! Even before Covid-19 hit. Its been declining over the years sadly. There is no customer service here anymore seriously! Cashiers look at you like you are mental and are not helpful. Dont even ask how the management is, they are the ring leaders of the chaos! I had my bad run in with the management team and is horrible how they treat you. Rather shop Coborn and Target at higher prices then this dump

Dont believe their website. I drove 80 miles one way because it said everything I needed was in stock, only to find out they were out of everything and nobody could tell me when to expect it to be restocked.... Employee told me another walmart had what I needed so I drove an additional hour only to get the same story. Long story short, I went home, loaded Amazon, ordered what I needed for $40 cheaper and it showed up at my door the next day
