Matty was probably the best sales associate I ever encountered at a Vitamin Shoppe. He should be cloned and sent to other locations. He was very helpful and a good salesman. Store looked clean and was well stocked

I ordered 10 items on line and nothing was ready, and i had to pick everything off the shelves myself - and my credit card got charged TWICE. And the staff offered me not one ounce of correction for my troubles.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There was computer problems with the gift card i was using...but the the gentleman who helped me with my purchase was professional and courteous. He apologized for the delay while he was on the phone with corporate.

I have been going to this store for sometime now and the staff is always very professional and know their products. They love to help.

Not a very knowledgeable store. Drove here in rush hour to grab some thyme oil and they told me they didnt carry it. A day later I drove by the location in Peabody, and low and behold they had and was incredibly knowledgeable on its uses. A+ to Peabody, and Thanks..
