I was having problems finding some grade 8 bolts for my project. A store associate was easy to find and helped me get the items I needed.

Friendly staff and nice store. I had called about a portable propane heater to make sure they had it in stock before driving 35 miles to the store. I talked with Dave and he said there were plenty. When I got to the store, the shelf space for the heater was empty and my heart sank. So I asked for help and the guy said that Dave had set it aside for me. Without me asking him to! I was so happy that he did that for me, it was very kind and great customer service. Everyone I interacted with was nice and helpful.

Brought my chainsaw in to be fixed a couple months ago only for me to bring it home and the part theyre supposed to fix one and fixed. Wait to return it for them to fix it only to pick it up three months later after calling them several times to see if it was done only for them to lose my original paperwork stay and I paid for it. A little irritated look a loss of paperwork and they had to argue with me that was already paid for. Now bringing it back home it was having a problem with the part they were supposedly supposed to fix. Not sure if we will return there.

After anticipating the ego zero-turn mower in this 56 volt system group for many months, it finally arrived. Awesome machine so far. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

They had the plumbing supplies I needed, just like it said online, but, it was $10 cheaper at the store, so pleasant surprise. Picked up some Cold Spring Bakery goods and a cold drink on my way out.

Absolutely love this place. I live in Rochester mn and continue to go out of my way to try and support mimbach fleet when ever I can. I recently bought a husqvarna string trimmer from them and the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the trimmer that will work best for me.

Poor service twice with chain saw department. 1st time they didnt repair chain saw had to bring it back second time they where missing links on ordered chain and had to return to have them add in links.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They dont quite have the variety of a big box store, but they have almost everything. I prefer to shop here. The person to person communication is key. I never wander around looking for something because someone always helps me. I appreciate that they value my time as well as my business.

Extremely friendly staff with a small town feel. They have name brand quality products. With that said.... Having quality products may seem if some things are expensive; however do not forget the saying You get what you pay for Love Mimbach, just wish I lived closer to it.

Love this place! Finally dont have to run to Waite Park every time I need something for the yard. They have a surprising variety of many things fleet and farm. The price is just a touch higher than say Menards, but so worth it for the convenience! Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable too!

You can actually get help from this place and their employees are so knowledgeable. They know exactly where to find the item you are looking for. We bought our lawn mower and other lawn equipment here, and the staff explained everything. They asked how big our yard is and told us what we need. They also have so many things! I needed hydrogen peroxide and food saver bags, and they had them! Totally worth going here over some big box store.

Great hardware store, I was actually looking for womens Carhart clothing, jackets, didnt find much. There was a decent selection of mens stuff, kind of crammed together tightly making it hard to navigate, but otherwise its a great store. I did find the womens Mukluk brand boots Id been looking for here.

I really like this store, mostly because it has an authentic mom and pop feel to it, as opposed to a Big Box corporate store. I feel comfortable there. They sell spring chicks and ducks and farming goods, plus tons of hardware, etc. The men and women working there have knowledge and know how, personality; they are not PC robotic. Thats my take.

This place has everything. The parts/service people were all pleasant and helpful. Great job stocking Ice fishing equipment. They had a rebuild kit for the carb on my ice auger in stock! I did not drop my auger for service but i found the diagnosis charge reasonable at $35.00. I sure would have brought it in for service if i needed help. Nice place with helpful people working. Good work!

I like to go here to keep money in community. Plus I u as usually find what I need and the ed price is about the same as the big box stores. Friendly people.

This is a very clean and well lit store. It is pretty easy to find what you need. The employees are friendly and eager to help. (I go here to buy my miniature piggy food! Its the only store in the area that I can find it at.)
