Purchased the Pro Temp 80k BTU radiant diesel heater. Out of the box it stopped firing after 20 seconds, every time. I adjusted the fuel pressure to accommodate diesel fuel, as opposed to Kerosene. Simple solution, it is a duel fuel heater... So far so good.

This company is so dis organizedI called and called and waited on hold for a 1 hour and some no one picked upI emailed I got no response no solution I have replaced ALL PARTS on my 220,000 silent drive lol still get e1Terrible customer service before you buy do researchNot to mention the heater was 500.00Replacement of parts and labor 400.00My heater only worked 2 days it’s not fair to us hard-working man and women out here we spend our hard earn moneyFor junk

Received a $300+ heater as a gift, put maybe 7 hours on it and died. Called them up and they are telling me to go out and try trouble shoot this thing ( at 20 degrees ) like this is a popular thing. After reading other reviews on facebook ( which they delete post if its a bad review so others dont see) and here they should be out of business. Their motto spend over 300$ and when it doesnt work you pay even more money to repair it ( you have to repair yourself or you can take it someplace to get it fixed, on your dime). Dont waste your time or money

The price seemed good and showed the part I needed in stock - But I cant get anyone on the phone. Was on hold for over half an hour. Googled the part # elsewhere and that company picked up the phone on the first ring, and ended up being cheaper.

Bought a mh220tsdr for $500, it is nothing but junk. 200hours on unit and it not working. Bought jan 24 2018 it is Feb 4 2019 and they wont work with you if I would have known I would not have purchased. Do not buy there products

Brought a 75000 btu master heater from tractor supply 2 weeks ago stopped working.have to go threw company.not sure how to get my money back or different heater.
