Went into Viking Land to look at possibly buying my first Harley. Was immediately greeted by Branden on the show floor. After talking with him about what I was looking for he took us to show us a street glide that was recently traded in and hadnt been through the shop yet. After talking price and information about the bike we explained to Branden that we had to talk it over over the weekend and we would get back to him. I called Tuesday morning to inform him we would like to put money down on the bike and would like to purchase it. He got me in touch with Nick the finance guy who was extremely nice and helpful and we figured out financing and he informed me that they were doing services on the bike and going throuh it before I take it home. Showed up to pick it up to find it on the show floor fully detailed and fully inspected and ready for the road. EXTREMELY happy with everyone @ Viking Land they made it feel like family. To any one looking for a new bike or to get servicing done on their harley, I 10/10 recommend these guys!! Brought my bike in for an oil change and was extremely happy with not only how quickly my bike was tended to, but also the thorough attention that it was given. This had been my first oil change since having purchased the bike and Kurt was quick to both point out and fix a couple of loose-end issues that were the result of previous owner wear & tear.The staff are very welcoming and the environment exemplifies exactly what a Harley dealership should be.Go see Branden and Nick when you are ready to purchase!!!

Now that its under new ownership its Sooo much better. The new owner has a long history of Harley Davidson Dealership ownership, sales, service and how to treat the motorcycle community. She will instill these principles and values in the employees at this location much to the benefit of All.

Trip to Vikingland is always a good time. Brought a bike in for service and was very welcome. Stop at the parts counter to grab parts we had on order. Darrell was exceptional! Very helpful and respectful. The other service guy had a lot to be desired and was rather rude to us considering we were picking up $9000 in parts but even if we were buying $10 in parts there is no reason to be rude. Swung over to apparel and the young gal there that was juggling 3-4 people at a time was awesome and held her own, especially being understaffed. Thanks for the help guys, will be back soon for more.

Ive been watching many websites for used Harleys coming into the dealership. One Saturday morning I woke up and started exploring again and I seen they had the bike I wanted. I emailed through the website and Dave answered within minutes. I lived 3 hours away and was into that website within 3.5 hours to look at it and trade mine in. Very simple process. The salesman and parts guys, finance lady and down to the lady ringing up my clothing purchases were all top notch! Highly recommend Viking Land Harley Davidson dealership hands down!

By far the best vehicle purchase of all time!This is my fourth bike purchase and I’ve bought over a dozen cars in my life. This was by far the smoothest, easiest, and all around best motorized vehicle buy of my life! Seth and Kim were so accommodating, and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and eased any of my concerns. This is my third Harley, and I’ve had a couple of not-so-great experiences buying them before. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I know they get the labeled as “Stealerships” a lot, but I truly believe this one is not one of those.Honest, straightforward, no BS with buying a bike (as it should be,)

I absolutely love going to this Harley shop, located in St. Cloud, Mn. The associate was not only nice, she smiled, was informative, and when I didnt see exactly what I was looking for in a Harley purse.. she went out of her way to find one that I liked, so she had me hooked! By then, I was ready to put down some serious money! Everytime you buy there, they give you a card and she punched it. When you reach a certain amount, you get a sweet discount! WOW! Im thinking I might have enough points to drive of on a new bike! Lol! So I recommend visiting Viking Land any day...

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Bike inventory was lower than normal but they have some coming in. Well stocked on all other merchandise.

Very few bikes and no fingerless gloves in my size. Otherwise its a nice place. Get all my services done there.

These guys are great, I thought I had a major problem with my Electra Glide and I was leaving town the next day and had no way to get my bike to St Cloud, I called and explained my situation to the service mgr. and he actually sent one of his guys to my home ( 40 miles away ) to pick it up so when I arrived home 2 weeks later it was ready to go, I consider that above and beyond but the best part, Viking Land didnt charge me a single cent extra to pick it up, now I challenge anyone to top service like that.

These guys are awesome!!! I hit a pothole and my handle bars came loose...I pulled in and asked how much to fix them and how long. They fixed them on the spot. I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. They cared about my safety. I will definitely be back to this store and give them my business!!!

Awesome Harley Davidson Store! Very friendly and helpful! And there was a dog there too. Highly recommended! Some stores are only clothing stores but this one sells bikes as well. You can get shot glasses, beer koozies, helmets, patches, you name it. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and full of smiles! appeared as though they do events in the summer. We will have to come by this way again! When its warmer of course...
