A really nice little auto parts store in Sauk Village! Really good service and kind people

Just in and out! ORDERED online so that I didnt have to be in the store very long.

The staff was really friendly went above and beyond my expectations of help. They actually came out to help and stayed with me. I was pleased with the service and level of customer service

Picking up some parts for my truck that ordered.

Broke down driving through this town and needed to find a part. Called this advanced Auto parts store and was told they had the part in stock. Drove 20 minutes out of our way to get this part and when we got there now they dont have it in stock and wont be able to get it until the next day. Extremely frustrating

They are the most busy unbusy people in America. And when they do take you off hold they don’t have a clue what they are talking about

Every time I visit this store the employees are friendly and ask me if i need assistance. Ive almost always managed to find the parts, tools or products Im looking for, and if they dont have it, they give me options to get it.

Great place for all of your auto needs. Employees are very nice and helpful.

First of all very unprofessional. When we walked in the staff continued to talk among each other. We were looking for a part we had called before getting there and they didn’t even have it. I was so up set. Our car had stoped a few blocks from there. We were using Uber to to to advanced auto parts only to find they didn’t have it. Such a waist of time and money.

Staff was nice and helpful although not as knowledgeable about what I asked for, even when given the correct part number, they sold me the wrong part.
