Menards is... well its Menards! Menards always rocks. They have a ton of selection whether its paint, kitchen cabinets lumber or birdseed.Theyre associates are always friendly and helpful.The downside of Menards is no matter what you went there to get, you always leave with more because you always find more stuff you need.I hope this helps. They dont care about customer service. Your just a number to them. They tell you what they cant do and could care less. Just want you out of their hair.

Havent been to Menards in a long while to discover that the Apple Valley Menards is closed so I had to travel a bit further to the Shakopee/Burnsville location. Only complaint was getting to the parking lot and only one way to get into and out of the parking lot.

Better than home Depot or Lowes for finding parts and bits. Can be a challenge sometimes to find someone for help. Runs out of stock frequently

Wide isles, clean, so many departments and groceries at reduced prices. Good prices on all items I purchased for remodeling my kitchen plus rebates and 11%off days on regular price and sale items.Large selection and adequate light. Look at the furniture display this week!

Carts are sanitized and it was easy to find the items that I was looking for. It wasnt very crowded at allCheckout was quick.

ALWAYS find something cute and unexpected here. And theyve got great deals on laundry soap Downy etc. Ive never walked out not finding what I came for plus ALWAYS a little more!! As I said I always find great little gifts and unique items I couldnt get elsewhere. And other than a rude cashier Ive never had bad shopping trip here.

Clean store and good selection on lumber!

Smaller than some stores, but was able to get what I needed and more. Customer service in returns needs some fine tuning though. Sheesh...They hire these young kids that dont care and its too bad. Similar situation in lighting. Check out gal was very nice, but she was in her 40s probably..maybe older. Sadly, youre not treated as well by the employees in their 20s or below.

I love this Menards. I had a very helpful employee, Diana, assist me. Not only in the electrical department, where she is stationed, but she helped me find a few other items in different areas of the store. Ill definitely be coming back to this location.

Nice big store, good selection and fairly fast checkouts. Finding stuff is sometimes hard because of the size so wear good walking shoes!

The prices and selection are very good, but the customer service is awful. They do NOT stand behind their products in the least. I used to be a very faithful customer but no longer.

My husband and I shop at Menards pretty often and they normally have what we are looking for and more. Plus their prices are normally lower than other big box hardware stores.

Used to love this place most of the workers are guide now thats a bum and then I went to go pick up a few items one day and saw somebody would not trust with any wallet mine much less a dog or anyting working there now I will not go back hell find a different Menards or Home Depot can go to they will hire anybody there now
