Pack is great. Provides thorough examination of vehicle and only provides input on matters that are important meaning he doesnt try to tell you to fix this or that if theyre not needed. Always makes time for his customers.

Highly recommended!I was stranded 2 hours from my home with a broken alternator. Luckily I found Prestige Auto. Pack and Nelson, his mechanic, made it a priority to get me back on the road the same day. The job was not easy, since the bolt connecting the alternator was broken off in the engine block. Pack explained the problem and the solution all along. I received superior service at a very reasonable cost, but the respect they showed me as their customer was priceless!

Pack from Prestige did it for us again. After recent repairs we had an issue with Brake lines and leaking fluid. We brought our vehicle to Prestige for an analysis of the situation. The car is old but we just invested money into the AC System and Exhaust so we were not ready to trade it in just yet. Pack diagnosed the situation and came up with a way to repair without breaking the bank. He completed repair in two days and we had our car back once again. As noted previously I would highly recommend Pack and Prestige for all your auto repairs!

I went to have my rear windows not winding down when button was pressed . He checked it/diagnosis it and couldnt really tell me what the issue was but charged me $40. I took car to another place and the guy there didnt even do a diagnosis immediately but a standard check and found out the child protection window lock had been released .once pressed back windows came back up . I didnt have to pay for anything and the guy sent me on my way with a smile.

Took my 88 Grand Marquis here to get the transmission replaced. There was no charge to evaluate the vehicle. After evaluation, I was given several options for repair, and the reasons and estimated cost for each option. The owner was extremely thorough with all of his explanations, and he was easily reachable if I had any questions. I opted for the new transmission, which was ordered and installed within a week. The price for all parts and labor was reasonable, given this kind of repair. Ive had my car back for a month now, and it drives beautifully. I live about 20 minutes away and I have auto shops in my area, but Id gladly come back out here for any major work.Addendum: I have returned several times for general maintenance, and most recently, to get my starter/switch replaced. I came to the shop without an appointment as it was a semi-emergency, and I was hoping they could fit me in. I was in and out of the shop within a couple of hours. Great work, everything is always throughly explained. These guys are great.

This car service is a big spam. I wouldnt even give 1 star. I went there to show couple of scratches and dents on Saturday. The owner told me that even though he wasnt sure about one of the dent, he would repair the other dent and remove all the scratches so nicely that no one would be able to tell there were any scratches until they inspect very very close. I walked him around the car for 3 times showing him all little scratches here and there.On Thursday, I left my car there and when i went to pick it up on Saturday, it was like a big joke. He hasnt touched any dents at all, and the scratches, it was like a little baby pouring color on the car. It was a very rough color lining with even different shade of color and that was visible even more than before. And it seemed like he dropped some color in two places and thats all. For that nonsense, earlier he said he would charge me between 100 and 150, but later he asked for 175. I was very disappointed with the work and left his place giving 150.If you value your money, never go to this place for service, especially any kind of scratch or dent repair .They talk sweet to you at first, but these people are the worst auto repair people I have ever met in life.

I have used Prestige for several years and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their work. All the repairs are explained in detail and approved before any of the work is done. There was only one instance where a repair was not as thorough as normal and Prestige went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and then some. I am happy with their services and if you want quality work, this is the place to go.

One of the most honest and thorough mechanics I have ever dealt with! Highly recommended by everyone I spoke with about my car trouble and now I know why! Initially we were quoted for some maintenance that turned out didnt actually need to be done, so they opted not to continue! Why fix what isnt broken? They also went over a laundry list of issues that another shop gave me ($1700 worth of parts/labor) but nothing needed to be done!

I had a problem with my car, and I researched a few places. Prestige and Pack stood out because of the good reviews, notably about the quality work and Packs honesty. After my experience I can certainly agree. I have never had such a great experience. This is a great company with great people, I will never go anywhere else. Have been going to Prestige for years now. I still go to him after moving 20 miles away from this location because of Pats reliable service at an affordable cost.

My car overheated and I had AAA tow me. They sent my car to a authorized local repair shop Prestige. AAA said they would give me a 10% discount. They spent 3 days to replace the hose that broke and flush and fill the anti freeze then they said I needed to replace the thermostat. The price they initially quoted for parts escalated dramatically when I got my invoice and the labor charges were through the roof. Then they only gave a discount on labor and didnt know what 10% added up to until I did the math. They never called me back when they said they would and I had to continuously call to check on the status. Now I know this was so they could justify the labor charges over 3 days. Avoid Prestige at all costs. Thanks AAA for the horrible experience. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I found this repair shop through a parishioner who I really trust. I found Prestige Auto to be very competent, thorough and straightforwardly honest. They gave me great service, bringing my auto back up to snuff and giving me several more years of use out of it. I would recommend them highly.

I had new tires put on at this shop, and this the second big repair I had done to my car with them. Pack was once again courteous and respectful to me. Easy to negotiate with him as well! Not like most mechanics that might be too aggressive. Only reason I give 4 stars is because when I got back home after driving my car with the new tires on the same day that it was put it on, the tire pressure was light showed on my dashboard. I checked and it was very low on front passenger. i filled all my tires up and I hope that theres nothing wrong with the new ones if there is Ill go back, but so far so good. Goes to show of course not everyone is perfect but at least Pack is nice to talk to when there is a problem. Also check your car tire pressure! no matter who you go to check your whole car when the shop is done with it.

UPDATE: turns out this was a scam after all. I was told that on a recent repair. Pack changed a part that had no problems and charged me $731. I am of the nationality as him. God only knows what he charges other people. Avoid this scammer.This place is really good. I was driving by and decided to take a U-turn and get a few things fixed that Id put off for a while. I told Pack, who runs the place, where I thought the problem was. In spite of being very busy and shorthanded. He took a look and told me what really needed fixing. Sensing that these were a priority to me he even rearranged his schedule and fixed them for me. Rupali who took care of the billing was very nice too. I saw Pack interact with other customers and got the feel of a family environment. Pack takes the time to explain things well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Even though it is a few towns away from me, I will be going there again.

Im not sure whats going on with the people who gave this place 1 or 2 stars, but Pack and his guys are great! I had issues with my oxygen and speed sensors, and they fixed my problems in no time (and for $30 cheaper than a quote I got from another shop). They even lifted the car up and walked underneath it with me to show me what had been done. They answered all of my questions and were kind and courteous throughout the entire process.Ive only been there once, but Ill definitely take my car back. Thanks, Pack!

As a human Pack is nice person. Does listen to you and explain you the problem thoroughly. He was able to fix the issue however he is way to priceyyyy.. I mean it felt like a TOTAL RIP OFF. I was able to find the same part he was offering at lower price but he said My part quality is supreme and everyone else is using/selling garbage. I mean come on be reasonable.He charged me more than what A*A service station was charging. He was not even ready for negotiation and went OFF when I talked abut it. It was a COMPLETE RIP OFF package.

Worst experience I every had that guy pat acts nice but doesn’t care and does not do anything the rite way went for an exhaust manifold. This guy who is also the owner melted my valve cover from heat,broke a tap off inside the head,left one stud in and most importantly drilled a hole through the head and then tryed to cover it all up with bolts that didn’t even fit and high temp rtv now I have oil leaking on the manifold. All I wanted was just my money back and this guy sees no wrong in what he did. Absolute worst I don’t understand how he’s in business. Do yourself a favor and never go here

I trusted the shop, but at last I was cheated.I went to get a quote for a repair work for my car, they quoted standard market price. However, when I left the car for repair, they called and told me I may have fix breaks and parts. I never asked to fix those. When went to pick up the car, they added extra charges saying they repaired those - although i never asked. Anyway I paid all those charges.My other car is BMW, they told me they can fix those car also.I had a minor issue in the car, I asked specifically give me ALL charges upfront even if there diagnosis charge. They asked me to leave the car with them. Then they told am ridiculous charge, plus diagnosis charge.And they are not willing to give be back the car - unless I pay the diagnosis charge.I would never go to them.I dont recommend anyone going to this shop

I trusted Pak with most of my cars. Even directed alot of my family to go to him because of trust. while i was a student in school, i asked him to fix a burning oil issue that we indicated was probably bad valve seals. i drop off the vehicle and he calls me telling me he needs to pull the motor to do this. i receive another call later in the week stating he needs to pull the motor apart. 6 months later, after several angry calls, he reassembles the motor and the car still burns oil. BUT WAIT. he managed to replace heater hoses, spark plugs, and clutch master cylinder! among other things too.after a $3800 bill, i had another mechanic take a look at my issue and i have oil coating the threads of the sparkplug. bad valve cover gasket. lovely.do yourself a favor, go somewhere else if you want honest work. if you come here for an oil change expect a rebuild of your transmission for no reason.pak, if youre reading this, im expecting a phonecall.

The engine in my car was making loud noises. I took it to Prestige and after examining it they told me the engine was shot. To remedy the problem they gave me 3 options: replace it with a new engine, rebuild the old engine, or get a junk yard engine. Since I was hurting for cash I went with the junk yard engine which was the cheapest option. I was told the job would take 3 or 4 days, but after only 2 days I was called and told that the job was finished. When I picked up the car the bill was exactly what I was quoted. I have been driving the car for over 6 months since the repairs and it has performed perfectly. Two thumbs up Prestige!

Do not go here. I have been to other shops i.e. in Freehold, and the service was fairly priced. No one has ever charged me to just look at the problem. I went here because my car broke down in Sayreville and this was the only place open on a Saturday (a commercial shop couldnt do the job because of lack of master mechanic). He charged me 180$ just for diagnostic, when the commercial shop did it for free. Then, he proceeded to charge me 325$ for a part that costs maximum 200$ on Internet. Then, he quoted me one price on the phone, and ended up wanting 250$ more when I went to pick up my car. Sneaky and after your money....that is how I would classify this shop. My brother in law went there once and had similar experience. I am not very knowledgeable about cars, but I dont think paying almost a grand for a valve is fair. Stay away if you value your hard earned money.

I am more and more impressed and appreciative of his assistance with inspecting my car & only repairing what is necessary at a fair price. Finding a good auto repair shop is a blessing. I have a 04 BMW X3 and it does need services. After paying my arms and legs to the Dealerships I found Prestige. I have had very pleasant experiences with Mr Ketan. I get my regular oil changes done, air conditioning repair, tires, brake etc.The service is quick and Mr Ketan explains the issues involved and what needs to be done. I get free Optimum WiFi and usually wait there till my car gets fixed.I highly recommend Prestige Auto.

Do not go there. People are not knowledgeable at all. They might know how to change components, but don’t know how to get them working. At least in my case. I needed my new tires to put by someone so I called them up since they were local. I mentioned to them that one of my TMPS sensors was not working. A fried of my tested the wheels and advised me that one of them use bad. Prestige agree to change the sensor and reprogram it so the TMPS light would go away. Prestige replaced my tires balanced, alignment, and 2 TMPS sensors changed ($140 for TPMS Sensors). According to them both were bad. After paying few hundred dollar for their services, driving home my TPMS light come in so I called them, they advised me to come back. I made appointment for next available Saturday and was driving with the light on for almost a week. I left my car second time with them and went home. Hour later I received a call from Prestige Auto saying that TPMS light was off when they turn the car on. Immediately I was saying to myself BS, light was on all week. I walked to the place and asked them if they reset the light, they said “NO”. I told them that if the light was coming back I will drive back immediately. I took the car for spin, only 10 miles and light come back. I immediately went back to them (3rd time for the same thing) they told me that my TPMS monitoring system is “defective”. I called Honda dealership and they were asking me if the mechanic run relearn mode. Each sensor need to go through it in order for car computer to accept it. You can GOOLGE this stiff about relearning for TMPS for Hondas so I don’t need to explain it. Prestige Auto told me that they can try another of their scanners to reset it, but they don’t have it right now, and they will give me a call in a day or two. I NEVER got call back from them after that. Frustrated I decided to go to Honda dealer and have them check this. Honda had to replace both sensors that Prestige Auto replace because they used cheap aftermarket TMPS sensors and scanner would not read them properly. Honda mechanic called me to the shop and showed me how the process works. He reset it with a combination of Laptop that was hookup to the cars computer and handheld scanner. Prestige did not do that step. At the end I paid Honda for two new sensors ($150 both). Paid for the programming $150. Balanced two tires $40, but my light is gone for over two months now. I do not like to go to the dealer, but in this case the job got done by them with warranty. One more thing Prestige guys are nice at first, but they will get very defensive if you challenge them. They will try to prove you wrong even though they don’t know what they are talking about!

Took on challenge to cut the front rotors.Damaged the passenger side rotors.... Forcefully drove car with damage rotor which then causes extreme damage to very expensive brake pads.Never cut driverside.Spoke with owner, allowed me to drive car to bed in rotors which now brakes are completely shot. Told me driverside was cut which infact it wasnt.Would refund money... Then after threatening, did he give my money back.Overall worst repair shop,Liers, and not knowledgeable at all.Use them at your own risk.... It could cost you more money at the end like it did me...

I went to this repair shop with a working car and a simple car inspection . after he touch it i had a check engine light and the car ran terrible, with a failed inspection . I brought it to my friend who is a Mechanic and said he pulled a wire off the accelerator sensor. Dont trust this place
