Just found out that the old Pharmacist Manager is no longer there. She was very helpful and I hope she left on good terms.I was at store earlier and met Scott. I didnt know it at the time but he is the new Pharmacist Manager. He was very helpful with my inquiries on getting my prescriptions filled out of state. If his work ethics are as good as they were when I was there he is going to be a great asset to Walgreens.Justin, another Pharmacist whom I spoke with just now and again great service.Not saying that the staff is not great because they are great. I just cant remember names. (Sorry Ladies)But they are always helpful. I think the last time I had a problem here was 10 years ago.Located just off ParkwaySouth bound 124.Or 9&35 Raritan street exit.Only downside is the phone system. I called twice to speak to the store manager. After being told the old PM was no longer there and again because I was cut off, I asked to be switched to the pharmacy, once by the Manager. Twice after about a minute the call was disconnected.If this is helpful please hit the Thumbs Upbutton.Thanx

Extremly Disorganized .. always makes errors.. HORRIBLE .. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further for a better pharmacy!!! They have made life threatening mistakes more than once here!!! And given me other people information!!

Doctor called in a prescription in the morning around 10:30AM to this Walgreen location. When I got home I tried calling Walgreen to see when the prescription would be ready. You get an automated answering to hold on there are 2 people waiting before your call. I waited 20 minutes and it kept saying 2 people waiting before your call. Finally after another 10 minutes, another message came on that said, the pharmacy staff is going on lunch break and wont return for 30 minutes, call back then. What??? Ive already waited more than 30 minutes on the phone!!! I eventually hung up and waited the 30 minutes for the staff to return and called back... now Im again the 2nd person in line waiting on the phone and again, this time a recording cut in said..just so you know, the pharmacist goes on dinner break from 1:30 to 2:00. Didnt they just go in lunch break??? This is the worst pharmacy for service. I will be changing my prescriptions from here.

This place is in a good location. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist you with anything you need. The store doesn’t have as much as other locations and could use an update. Other than this I find everything I need at Walgreens.

Scheduled a covid-19 test and it was cancelled a few hours before. Website directed me to reschedule for a time slot close to my original time. That was also then cancelled right before my appointment. As I was already on my way when I saw the email I went there and they told me they have no tests so they are just cancelling appointments even though the website forces people to reschedule at the same location. Waste of time and I could get a same day appointment anywhere else.

Always need to call for them to actually start processing prescriptions. Then it takes over two hours to process. Sitting in the drive through right now. Been 10 mins since car on front of me moved. 5 mins for car in front of that one. Cars behind me so I am stuck. Last time.Update : next car over 10 mins. I walked up to see whats happening and lady in the car says its the third time shes coming for her prescription and shes not moving.

I am direct after open heart surgery, 10 day ago my wife got insufficient pills, I must waiting today 30 min for counting rest of pills, What they do with my medicine last time? They do very slowly, need probably tool for counting pills. No acceptable. Very bad support.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have never had a problem in this store. I got my flu shot yesterday. All safety precautions were taken and the staff was kind and efficient.

The pharmacy department is less than to be desired at this location. I understand that right now times are difficult and stressful for everyone, but the employees need to be taught some compassion, empathy and a more professional attitude. I didnt appreciate how rudely I was spoken to in addition to the lack of willingness to help and will not be returning there again. There are much better Walgreens locations around over this one any day of the week with more professional pharmacy employees. Pick a different one over this location to get your RXs filled. Apparently after reading other comments, this is a common issue at this location.

I went to pick up an Rx of anti biotics . I was told my insurance dosnt cover it, I explained to them that it does and I have had problems at this pharmacy for the same issue and it always turns out a covered benefit . The tech was rude and offered no help except to print out my denial . I went back to ask them to cancel it because another pharmacy is filling it because it is covered . She was rude once more . I went to complain and another tech was rude and told me they tried to help . I explained offering to print out a denial is not helping . I will never use Walgreens again and do not reccomended them to anyone .

Just had total shoulder replacement surgery and was treated like a criminal when I went to the pharmacy to have my pain medication filled. The pharmacy personnel are not professional at all. I wouldnt recommend Walgreen to anyone. Theres plenty of other fine store pharmacy s. in town

Don’t know why their automated system calls to tell me my prescription is done and EVERY single time it isn’t and the people say in a toddlers voice “well sweetie you need to call...” um no you need to look into your system and fill my prescription. I had strep throat and couldn’t get my prescription for HOURS. Absolutely ridiculous.

They love talking to each other, not working, and making customers wait. Especially in pharmacy department. Im going to look for another pharmacist. Its a shame, theyre so close but I rather drive further to another place.Update 5/17/2019Reluctantly gave them another chance, by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They are fully staffed in pharmacy and cant manage to get your precription done within 3 hours? Went to complain, and one of the younger girls started laughing, very unprofessional here. If I could give negative stars, I would! Went down the street to CVS, precription done in 10 minutes! Corporate really needs to clean house here, or another brick & mortor closed!

I just got out of the hospital with a complete spinal surgery with my entire back cut open and due for my meds. The staff is really unfriendly and said it would take at least an hour and nobody was waiting. I had to leave and they could care less. Disgusting to treat a patient like that.

I was looking to have my Asthma medication refilled. Im relatively new to the area and Im still getting acclimated. Previously I used Wegmans pharmacy because I knew where they were located. Walgreenss is so much closer to my home, so I decided to have my refills done there. When I called to get the price I was told it was going to be $339.20When I asked what and what about a rebate coupon, the service representative suggested I go to the internet to find it. REALLY... 😲 She also mentioned that I hadnt met my deductible and should call my insurance company. My co-pay at Wegmans was $0 last time. Needless to say I called Wegmans to have my prescription transferred back to them. With a $0 Co-pay and breathing much better now. Thanks to Wegmans Pharmacy for an excellent customer service experience. Walgreenss didnt care and didnt try to accommodate me in any way what so ever. NEVER AGAIN....

Terrible customer service. I had a 102 fever trying to pick antibiotics they had script for 10 minutes and told me 45 minutes nobody was there. No compassion. Had script transferred to rite aid across the street and it was 5 minutes

What I find a turn off is having to call & speak with someone to refill a prescription. I was shocked when I couldnt refill after hours through an automated system. Walgreens, please get with the program! Its 2019 already!
