Crystal the new manager and the entire staff are amazing

This store has good people working there, the manager Elaine is a very good person and good heart, she always helps people in anyway she can. If you ask me it’s the people that walk in to the store that are idiots. And I don’t know what you people are talking about but I never heard her curse in the store. And I go there frequently

(Updated: 9/28/20) The employees are still nice, friendly and helpful. I dont shop there as often as I use to. Once, maybe 2x a month. I dont know if its under new management but I havent seen the loud lady with the truckers vocabulary. Unfortunately though the shelves are very poorly stocked. Huge gaps of space. Not much of a selection. Not very organized. Maybe its because of the whole covid-19 mess. Ill probably update again when this cluster-f**k is finally over and everything is back to normal.... Kinda glad they didnt see my application now. Im a protectionist & Id go mad working there.

I use to like shopping at family dollar until they got a new woand louman working there she rude loud I like the girl with the thick brown hair she very pretty & polite & shes not rude at all so if she reading the please fire that rudeall togethrtallhing or ilbstop going there

Went there to pick up some quick winter storm supplies, but nobody could locate them... I noticed that other items were in multiple places and... with different prices. The management conduct leaves A LOT to be desired when I innocently mentioned that. Their rude comments are still resonating in my ears. I can understand people are going to this kind of stores to save some money forgoing the quality of the merchandise and the service, but, to be honest, I found better deal at Walgreens next door.

They have a wide selection at this store as others are smaller. It was great.

Everyone says this manager is fun and sassy. I disagree its quite disrespectful. I except help, courtesy & professionalism; not sass. I shop else where because this manager is commended for her attitude. She needs to be removed... If you want attitude go here... smh

Very Good there was a variety of supplies and things

A store run by obvious drug addicts (or former addicts LOL) telling me to leave for not wearing a mask.

The new manager is just as rude as the other lady. I asked for a hair product and she said we don’t sell African American hair products. She needs to be fired. Where are thy finding these loud mouthed managers???

Elaine, the store manager, is a rude gutter mouth that is disrespectful to both the customers and employees. I saw her cursing at one of her cashiers and the rest of the time, shes just....strange, like going on and on about certain Family Dollar managers are not allowed in my store. She needs a reality check and needs to stop with the misconduct. And by the way, youve been reported to corporate.

Found everything I was looking for. . Good prices, saved a lot.

The person who owns the place has a sailors mouth, If that bugs you dont go here. With that said she is fair with her prices and always honors any coupons you may bring in. In terms of stock, its dependent on the day you go.
