I must say Ive shopped around and Middlesex Self Storage has the best value and great clean premises. And Jen was super helpful and addressed all my concerns. Id totally recommend this place and I already have !

Came here after a bad experience with Uhaul storage and so far have nothing but high praise for the facility. Clean, well maintained, and truly climate controlled. Jennifer in the office went above and beyond to make moving in easy and was a pleasure to work with.

This storage facility is clean and property well kept. Since its opening I have been there, I started out at $65 now its over $100, just dont like price hike. Hoping to get out of it soon. They charge for their lock, but you dont get your money back when you close your account

Convenient and mostly secure. However, prices go up way to often. Getting or is at the point of being affordable. They give better intro rates and raise the rates of long time customers

So far so good, 2 years later Im very pleased with the storage facility very friendly staff well kept and I feel safe if I need to go there by myself 😄

I went in on a Sunday which was one of the reasons I chose this place and the young lady in the office was so nice. (I went shopping around and other places in the area were not so pleasant) She took me to see the unit to make sure everything would fit and explained how the alarm and gate worked. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained.

Great place for storage

Nice and clean storage. Staff are mostly nice and to help out. Air conditioned and well lit. Also the rates for the units are competitive. You feel safe.

Great Storage Facility! Denise was very pleasant and explained the entire lease in detail. She showed me the unit and the place was very clean. I like that they have security cameras and alarms.

I needed to rent a unit and went in there on the first. I was told had to wait cause they were doing autopay and they would get back to me. First how ridiculous that they can not take new customer because of that. And 2 days later they called. Did not go with them. Plus I found a cheaper place. They wanted way to much. May have been clean and new but when they could not take new customer because of autopay and not getting back to me till 2 days later I found to be ridiculous. So worked out better for me cheaper and took me right away and no issues.

Clean, easy to find, Secure, Staff is friendly and helpful, paperwork is easy. The only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because of the lack of light in the outdoor 20x10 units. Add one light bulb in those units, and this place is a 5 out of 5.

Owner was responsive and immediately refunded our money after we unexpectedly had to cancel our rental. Great customer service.
