I just spent 21$ on an uber to come to Sallys and theres a hand written note saying there closed and what the hours are. They do not reflect the hours posted on here and now Im spending another 2p bucks for an uber to go home empty handed. Very very very frustrating

I used to come here regularly for my products but in the last 6 months their supply has been very limited. One of the associates finally admitted that they don’t send in inventory for shipment the company simply sends them supplies randomly not based on what they need. Also the hours are a complete joke I have driven to both Auburn and Scarborough multiple times and they are just closed with no notice no sign. Not good business!

I came into the store to get hair dye for my daughter. My knowledge in the hair dying field is zero. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did the help me find the product that I was looking for, but they recommended a product that would work better for what my daughter needed. The end results was a very happy 16 year old. Thanks again to all the girls at Sally’s. If you are looking for any beauty product go see Courtney and her crew. You won’t leave dissatisfied

Courtney is amazing. Her product knowledge and listening skills are phenomenal. Because I’m a guy, asking for help with hair issues was awkward but now I won’t shop anywhere else for hair care items. In the past I have had a very pleasant experience shopping at this particular location. However, my most recent visit was incredibly unpleasant- when asking for advice as to which hair product to purchase, staff continued to only show products that I had expressed I was not interested in, and proceeded to belittle me by explaining elementary color theory to me as if I did not already know a lighter hair dye does not have the ability to lighten the tone of my hair.Here is some basic costumer service advice- next time, try to actively listen to what the costumer has to say in order to give some constructive advice instead of treating them like a child.

I am very upset, I asked one of the staff members for help with colored hair dye because I wanted to go lavender. She didnt really seem to be very interested in helping nor did she end up picking out the right product for me. I went home and dyed my hair to only find out it was the wrong color, streaky, and all together just a bad dye. I cant help but to think if I went somewhere else this wouldnt of happened because Im absolutely crushed... I will from now on be taking my business somewhere else.

Very helpful staff. My fav. place for hairspray. They had a special deal for signing up for the yearly discount card~ 2.50 instead of 5.00 dollars. Plus they give you a 5.00 coupon for the next purchase. Great deal!

Have had nice expirences in the past however when trying to dye my hair this time around, (note i have bleached and dyed it many times in the past)I felt i was babied. I accidentally bought a dye that you need developer for, and have never used a dye like that before. Everyone makes a mistake once in a while. I usually buy the ion semi permanent and made the mistake of picking up the wrong bottle.When i came into the store and asked for help, i was told the equivalent of thats too bad, heres a product that is more expensive than what you first bought. And the assosiate who rang me up said oh i think i rang you out the other day and then left.I understand that employees cant know everything about everything, and while a question like do you habe the developer for this would have been helpful I am more upset with the attitude that came directly to me.If i had been a customer who knew nothing, i would have felt belittled and also still not helped.I will take my beauty product needs elsewhere.

I went in I was looking for a bleach the lady at the counter asked me if she could help me and said it as if she was annoyed) I said no and walked off I then about 10 mins later asked her to help me find a blonde that would go with my skin tone I explained that I get really dark in the summer and dont want to look like a oompa loompa she then rudely said youre not dark your white look at my skin tone Im dark. Im sorry, but I dont really go tanning in a booth, I prefer natural sun and ITS WINTER ALMOST EVERYONE IS WHITE in the winter!!! She has red dyed hair shes about 57 and draws on her eyebrows SHES RUDE!

I went to do return today, when I just walk in to the store the associate told me I can’t do a return before even she opened my box,so I start to ask questions about why I can’t return it or even exchange it she start to scream and told me do not talking to her,,,,,,,unbelievable.

I am so upset with my experience the women who worked there seemed to know little to nothing about hair coloring I did everything they had suggested buying what I now feel like was unnecessary things and my hair STILL came out orange I called all morning long not once was the phone answered went in and the woman working was freaking useless on suggestions on how to fix my hair ultimately I left crying because I felt so defeated and was done getting advice from a person who was clueless very upset with Sallys it seems Everytime I go there the salon consultants have no knowledge on how to help any customer not to mention I wasnt the only unsatisfied customer in there!!!!
