Been going for my whole family’s eyewear. Always met with warmth, patience, and expertise. Everything from progressives to regular sunglasses; including for children. Recommend them highly for all eye care. They go above and beyond.

The staff is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. The safety standards put in place make me feel very comfortable. The selection of eye glasses is unparalleled. Additionally the comprehensive exam received was better than I have ever received. I highly recommend this practice and store.

Just stop by this weekend for the Village fair and saw a nice pair of sunglasses. By the time I entered the store to pay for I was immediately looked down by the staff there. The person was not rude but indifferent and almost as if doing a favor selling those glasses. He handed me the glasses in a loose pouch and handle back my card. I had to ask for a receipt to which he rolled his eyes and it took him about 5 minutes between printing and smashing (fixing) the printer. When he finally gave me the (generic) receipt there was no “thank you” or “sorry for the delay”. Basically no customer service. Not sure if it was my casual clothing or any other feature that made him entitle to treat me that way. If I were the owner I would be paying more attention to how the staff is treating customers. Too bad I was going to schedule my entire family eye exam here

Please stop posting fake reviews to boost your rating - it is a shame.I had to go there before end of year to use my benefits - worst place i have visited and ruined my $500+ frame. They bent my flat celluloid frame into a very curved shape without ever consulting me - it was SO ugly that I had to ask them to restore it. a couple days later it cracked. For the same kind of lens and add-ons and with the exact same insurance I paid $80+ than what I paid merely half year ago at another place in greenwich.Added: Please dont assume everyone uses real name on google reviews. I WISH I never went there.

It was my first visit here and I was appreciative of Dr. Rosenberg’s who spent time explaining all of the pictures from my examination and patiently answering any additional questions. There was no rush and they take the time to make sure you are fully taken care of.

Eye Gallery is a really special eyeglass store.Their service is quick, respectful, intelligent and they are such NICE people.I bought glasses there a year ago. They helped me pick frames that I still get compliments for. They were available for pick up In about three days. Quick!Today I needed some advice regarding my eyes. I cant go visit them because of being sick right now (nothing serious). The store rep I spoke with was extremely helpful. Her name is Keside (sounds like Cassiedee). All the other reps are like her.I stopped going to Lens Crafters and Switched to Eye Gallery. It has been phenomenal.

I just visited Scarsdale Eye Gallery and it was an excellent experience. They have the most amazing selection. From designer brands to exclusive handmade frames. They helped makes sure my glasses fit perfect. On a different occasion when I thought I had damaged a lens they helped repair the glasses to look brand new. Anna is wonderful! As well as the rest of the staff! I would highly recommend the Eye Gallery of Scarsdale for your eye glasses or sunglasses needs.

I walked into eye gallery for the 2nd time this time I had more time to look around and boy was I AMAZED! They have an amazing assortment of trendy, gorgeous glasses. I found so many that I liked and complimented my face we even found a pair for my daughter who will be wearing glasses for the very first time. Felix was FANTASTIC!! He was honest and patient while trying on several pairs of glasses. I finally found one the I LOVE!!! I will be going back again as well as referring friends and family to this location. I am so excited I can not wait until my glasses are finally on my face :-)

Michael Rosen and his staff are extremely thorough and attentive. My husband and I would not go anywhere else. They are accommodating and honest. We are lucky to have them in Scarsdale.

Overall very happy with my experience. Nice facility and doctor/staff. Only peeve is full disclosure of cost for uncommon exams. Just be upfront and let the patient decide. Not umhappy I proceeded with the evaluation though.

If you are not White in Color, please avoid this place. The moment I entered the place, I could see a strange look, like I was out of place and unwelcome. When no one would even bother to check what I wanted, I tried to politely ask a gentleman who worked there if he can help me. He snapped back with anger, no way to treat a paying customer.I decided that I was not going to leave, even if I am a person of color (Brown), these folks cannot treat me like this. When they saw that I was not planning to leave, they finally had no choice.If you are a person of color, please avoid this place and any humiliation that these folks might want to bring upon you.

Having a narrow face and wanting to find eyeglasses that I liked, I headed to Eye Gallery of Scarsdale to see what they had (I also live nearby). A young lady, who was delightful, had me try on a dozen or so pairs, none that I liked. Also, when I pointed out that i was trying on eyeglasses that were almost identical to one another and all had the same issues I didnt like, I was assured that was certainly not the case and I must be mistaken. Ok...Then comes out a gentleman, who I am assuming is the son of the owners. When I said I was having an issue finding something I liked, instead of stepping in to help, he gave me a monologue about how amazing this store was, that celebrities and the well-known come from all over to shop at their store and that his poop smells like roses (ok, I added the last part, but honestly, i wouldnt have surprised if that was said).Pompous and unhelpful. Humph.I took a selfie of a pair that I wasnt sure of and said I would return if I decided to get them.I did return and tried on the glasses again and it was a no-go. This time, the young lady and the mother helped me for about 3 minutes. When I did not like the new choices, they literally turned their back on me and helped other customers.Employees/owners are rude, service is horrendous, and if you dont make THEM happy by choosing something quickly you are out-of-luck (except of course, if you are the one of the well-known who are said to shop there).Spend your money where you are valued as a client. Not here.

I have needed eye care for the last fifty yeras. Five years ago, when my wonderful eye doctor retired, I paid a visit to the Eye Gallery in Scarsdale. I was amazed by the ease of getting proiper help there. Dr. Rosen thoroughly checked my eyes, adjusted my lenses checked for glaucoma, did everything that had been done for me before. But there is a difference:It is easy to get appointments. you can chose the frames right then and there. Within days you pick up your new glasses, if they get bent out of shape you just stop by and they will adjust them for you free of charge. - and you can see fortever!!Francis Daniel Coleman
