Went to look at a vehicle here, turned out to not be what I was looking for (I have very specific criteria), Chris messaged me the next day with another vehicle they just got in. Again, not EXACTLY what I was looking for. Although I havent purchased from them, Chris was diligent and professional in trying to help me. He was honest, beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely fantastic experience all the way around! Bought a 2007 Cadillac SRX today and it was the first vehicle I saw online that actually matched what I saw at the lot. Simply spectacular vehicle that was well maintained. No surprises when I got there at all except that it was way nicer than I expected. Our salesperson, Chris, was waiting for us to arrive with the keys in his hand. Doesnt come off as a sales person at all, more like a good friend and this was very much appreciated. Very dishonest guys. Have been waiting on a title for 2 months. I dont feel like they care at all. I keep getting the runaround. Ive been told numerous times to call back or use an email to contact the title clerk. The clerk has not responded to the email once. Every time I call I get a different answer.... Shes on lunch, shes not in yet, I dont know when shes coming in, etc... I wouldnt doubt if they even have a title clerk. Very bad business.

I took a new job and moved across the country, and, of course, our transmission went out a few days prior to leaving. We decided to just buy a vehicle up here after the move. My wife searched all around and finally found a vehicle we liked at this place. We arent fans of car payments so we were looking for what we could buy with our left over savings.We just had a baby, immediately our small 4 door sedan was too small for all of us. But, being as we are, we hate spending even a few hundred dollars when we dont absolutely have to. It was blind luck that our car died when it did because we seriously needed to upgrade and just bought a Lincoln SUV and it has all the room we need and more. There was a large amount of selection here to choose from so that made it easier.

I had such a great experience here! Chris went above and beyond to make this process seamless. He was so warm, friendly, helpful and most importantly honest during the entire process. When I showed up to pick up the car, it had already been double checked by two mechanics and cleaned. Then Chris offered to disinfect the car himself before I drove away. I’m really blown away with the hospitality here.

Adrian was very helpful. They had an awesome selection of vehicles, which could be kept cleaner, but werent too bad. One car we decided not to test drive because it smelt so bad of cigarette smoke. But we came in with about a half dozen cars to look at until we found the one we loved. Adrian and Dan were both very helpful and straightforward with the entire process, especially working through the financial process. Would definitely recommend.

I had called in about car that I wanted to buy and the guy told me it was still there, then on my way out there, he calls me back and tell me he had sold it. So then I asked about another it was available when I get there they tell me someone else was test driving it. Also when it all came down to it, I found a different car that was alright (2008 chevrolet impala) which the engine light was on, but we was willing to still buy it. The seller came up to me and said it would be 6900$ which is way to high for that car with the light on. So I told him what I had and they really didnt even try to work with me on that. So Im kinda disappointed from the whole process

Chris was very friendly and not intimidating, very unlikely of a car dealer attitude. He will not pressure you to purchase, very patient and very accommodating. Its already stressful buying a car but Chris made us feel more relaxed and even showed me a couple of //M cars even though he knows I can’t afford it, he just knows I’m a petrol head. Worst servise ever!!! treat people like an animal

They sold me a lemon... i call and text everyday about my car problems after having it for 3 weeks..Update: now its been 3 months since i bought my jeep from Dan and its been seating in my garage for 28 days because the air suspension and heater core went out. $2200 job and i dont have that kind of money right now. only had truck for 30 something days before problems and they wont help or talk to me about anything. dont buy from them

This gave me piece of mind when buying the car . The car came back clean besides needing brakes which is typical of a used car . Their prices are also lower than most . I just bought my 2014 Infiniti Q50 hybrid, what an amazing experience with Signature Auto Enterprises, Chris has so helpful since the first time I talk to him, I saw the car online, called to see if it was available and went to see it, my credit is not so good and still they were able to help me out to get the right bank for me. FYI is not your typical car dealer I learned that they do most of their sales dealer to dealer that’s why they don’t have a big show room but I feel I love with the car since the first time I saw it, give them a try, you won’t regret it.

The owner Chris was super nice and knowledgeable, a lot of great cars on the lot almost no crazy prices. Would definitely recommend coming here to checkout his cars. Could do a little better buffing out some of the scratches and maybe some rust treatment but ultimately very minor issues.

I bought a 2009 GMC Acadia from here and not even a month later 3 of my catalytic converters went out and have not heard from them unless I call, spent 8500 on the car and already had to put 1500 more into the car

I bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic for my 19 year old son from these people. Not that I expected them to care but I told the salesman that it was his first car and we were sending him to college in NC with it so I was looking for something safe and dependable. Long story short after I paid 4800 for the car I had to put another $2500 worth of work into the car to make it safe. These people dont check the cars when they by them. They fix the obvious and stick the car on the lot! When they say as is they mean it.

Don’t buy a car from them they take forever to send you your title. I will never purchase a car from here ever again. Take your sweet time sending titles giving ppl the run around when they call for weeks straight. Why is it 1 person in charge of all titles and you guys call yourself a dealership. NEVER AGAIN!

Like one other user commented, it appeared that they just didnt want to sell the car.we were at the dealership at 5:10pm and they close at 6:00pm. yet, they said they were closed - no explanations provided.when pressed on why they were closed when the timings said 6pm and they were still at work, the salesman asked what car we were interested. when we mentioned the car, he said - oh that one is already sold.so, conversation over. it doesnt matter they are closed early or not, the car we were interested was sold.felt like they just didnt want to sell.appeared very moody. hit or miss. if u willing to take ur chances, go for it.

I drove 4 hrs it was a complete disaster I pulled in the parking lot theres no parking place one of the employees started yelling park on the street which wasnt plowed the truck wasnt detailed like they mentioned seats were worn out no door handles

My bride and I were in need of a car to replace our 189,000 mile Sonata. We found a car through Carfax which lead us to Signature Auto Enterprises. My bride found a 2010 Subaru with 80,000 miles. One of our stipulations was we needed to have our mechanic look at it before we would buy anything. She called and spoke to Dan. He said no problem you can take it to your mechanic. In comparison, we spoke to one dealer and they hem and hawed making excuses. We came in on a Thursday night test drove the vehicle liked it and put down a deposit. Came back the next day picked it up took it to my mechanic - told me to buy it. Took the car back to Dan and we bought it. Dan wasnt pushy during the sale or the finance process. I normally dont like being in the finance office, but this didnt even feel like I was in it. The Office was super clean and everyone was friendly and professional. When we need our next car we know where we are going to look. They had all kinds of makes, years and models. Great Experience!

Recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes GL450 here. The staff was extremely helpful and laid back. The vehicle itself was extremely low mileage and looked brand new — good car fax history and great package installed. It was listed at an extremely reasonable price and I didn’t even have to haggle. Disappointed in our recent experience. All around front first to last interaction I felt that this business did not want to sell me a car. After setting up an appointment with a salesman via email, I waited 1.5hrs after our appointment time when he was finally available for a fleeting second. I was told that the vehicle I set up an appointment to see was sold earlier that day. It would have been nice to have received a courtesy call to inform me not to make the 1hr drive. Regardless, I gave them a pass seeing they were understaffed. My mistake.I made the same trip the following day to view a different vehicle with my wife. We again set up an appointment and this time clarified before making the drive that the vehicle we wanted to see was still available. Alas, after arrival we were informed the vehicle had been sold. Again, not even a courtesy call. Surprisingly, not even a hint of an apology. They are either incredibly disorganized, famously incompetent, or just doing there best to fulfill the stereotype of a used car salesman. In any case, I should have gone with my gut and not have given these guys a second chance. Hoping you can learn from our experience!

I tried contacting them about a vehicle they had for sale via Facebook and after numerous attempts to get more details I gave up. I would ask specific questions and just get generic answers and come see the car for a test drive. What a waste of time.
