Visited this afternoon and had to ask for help after looking around and laying out my own choices for about 20-30 minutes. I previously spent a couple grand here on another bathroom, mind you. Finally I asked someone who then asked another lady to help me with a vanity selection. I felt extremely rushed and as if my business was not valued whatsoever. Asked to speak to someone else that could help me with kitchen cabinets after we spent about 10 minutes together, which I did receive pricing and a sketch on a note pad after asking nicely (not a printed drawing with a rendering as I was provided in the past from someone more willing to help) and was told that they were currently busy and had another appointment after that. There was no offer made to schedule an appointment, or when a good time to come back would be, or even a business card provided. Extremely disappointing.
I have been renovating three bathrooms and also putting in all new doors in a house. I needed lots of lighting, door hardware, faucets, shower heads, etc. Lauren Stewart kept track of everything I needed and never once confused a single piece! I picked things up as they came in and it was always packed saying exactly what room it was for and what floor it went to. It made it so easy for the contractor when I was not around. I would recommend them for all your renovation needs. The selection is beautiful! And everyone is knowledgeable and helpful!
This was our first experience with Studio 41. We remodeled our kitchen but could not have done it without the expertise of our designer, Lauren Stewart. Her expertise, experience, and professionalism was first class. Lauren worked above and beyond to make sure our needs and expectations were met. We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to improve their home. Thank you, Lauren! You are the best!
I bought a Kohler stainless steel kitchen sink from them and just after installing it and before moving to our new house, we noticed rust coming out...Kohler said that rust is not covered since it`s stainless steel(that`s what is suppose to be but it`s not the case)and they refused to exchange but the manager of studio 41 in Schaumburg Andrea Freeman replace it for me for free...this is the place you trust and the people you can do business with...I do really appreciate it,

Terrible customer service. I was there for 20 minutes and knew what I wanted. No one approached me so I decided to approach one of the 3 ladies sitting around for help with sale and she brushed me off as she was too busy organizing her desk. I was literally 1 of 3 people in there shopping. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
My wife and I are at the beginning stages of redesigning our kitchen. Being that neither of us are designers we stopped by studio 41 just to look at their mock kitchen. Before we could even enter we were greeted by a lady asking if we had an appointment, we explained we are in the planning stage and looking for places that could help us design, but this visit was just to look around. We were told they had REAL customers to attend to and if we weren’t there to buy there product expert to pay $1000 to sit down with them, While there was amazing looking products for sale, we were very thrown off by the lack of customer service.
Bought a vanity, counter top, sink and faucet from a sales woman named Aga. Picked up the vanity, got it home and unpacked it only to find that the vanity leg was cracked in 2 spots. Called Aga and told her and she said she would call Kohler (the manufacturer of the vanity) to see if the had another vanity. 2 days later she still hadnt called us back so I called her. She said she had called Kohler and they would call her back and that this could take a very long time. We called Kohler and they contacted Studio 41 and Aga and told her to send us another vanity. They did and this one also had a cracked leg. Kohler stepped in and made the situation right for us. We will be getting our vanity tomorrow shipped directly from Kohler. We will never do business with Studio 41 again!!!! We will continue to buy Kohler products from a different store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STUDIO 41. There customer service is terrible!!!

I`ve been a customer with Studio 41 for a long time(I bought a lot of stuff from them)usually buying from their Chicago location but from now on I will only go to their Schaumburg location and I will deal only with their sales consultant Edyta Surley Very friendly and professional(she knows what she is selling and very helpful).
I agree with the lacking customer service experience. Not the most welcoming store. I was greeted by one associate with a hello as she walked by. Although it was one of the most unfriendly hellos ive experienced. Some things dont change. I walked in again on a Sat. around 1:30 pm. I think 1 other customer in the store. Did a complete walk around ( slowly ), not one person approached me, or acknowledged my presence. A few assoc were working, 2 others were carrying on a conversation the entire time ( 1 sitting the other standing ) . Must have been a very serious conversation to interrupt.
We drove 30 minutes to come look and potentially purchase everything for our master bathroom remodel. We walked in and browsed for about 20 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged us or greeted us the entire time. We patiently waited to be helped but not one person bothered! Eye contact was made with an employee but they still did not even say hello. We will take our business elsewhere.

The sales consultants at that place are a joke, I dont know how people go there and have patients to work with such an unprofessional woman. We went to purchase a window, we got such a rude look and attitude, did not greet us, did not want to help us. We still purchased the window with Linda Perez (thankfully we knew what we wanted and it was in the store). I also dont recommend her either, very rude. After 3 weeks we went to pick up the window, walked in and saw only two sales woman on their desk. We approached and said Hi, we are here to pick up a window that is ready the RUDE lady (should of asked for her name) said Do I look like I sell windows? These woman need to fix their attitude and should be fired! IDK how Studio41 has business with such a rude, unprofessional woman as sales consultants! I will never again bring my business there and would rather go somewhere else!
Friendly service. Great selection and variety. Would recommend for specialty items. Certain items a bit pricey but overall a good experience. Andrea the showroom manager is very helpful if you have any questions or issues with the product you purchased.
It was our first time shopping here. Agnes Iskra approached us and helped us select everything we needed to remodel our kitchen. We purchased a kitchen, fixtures, and handles to perfectly match everything. This is a great place to shop with a huge selection. Agnes was also very helpful and extra nice.
We have 3 bathrooms to remodel and have no idea where to start. Walked in to Studio to get the ball rolling. Asked to talk to a designer and it was the most useless conversation. She didn’t even sit down and ask questions or anything.... just what are you looking for. So I guess if you know exactly what you need and are ready to purchase things off the floor, this is your place. If you are hoping for someone to help plan your project with you, this may not be a good use of time.

I had an appointment with Laure who was very personable and knowledgeable. She spent time planning my kitchen and answered all of my questions. I knew what i was looking for but we still talked and found the right color. Im very happy with the whole experience.
Don’t respond to emails or messages. Annette was extremely rude, didn’t have the time or patience for our business. Went to cabinet world in Hoffman Estates instead.
It’s said that only extremely happy customers or extremely unhappy customers (bother to) write reviews. I was luckily a happy one. I had a great experience with Andrea, the showroom manager of Studio 41 Schaumburg location. We had two bathrooms and one powder room to renovate. Andrea worked with us before the project started to choose all kinds of fixtures, with great patience. I once learned that good salespeople didnt focus on how much money they could make, or asked what kind of budget you had; instead, they asked what you really needed. That’s exactly what Andrea did. She never pushed, instead, she always guided us, answered questions, and matched the right parts. There were some unexpected during the project. Andrea worked with us all the way to the end. I have the greatest trust in Andrea and Studio 41 and strongly recommend.When I looked to post this, I was quite surprised to see some negative reviews. A common issue was that walk-in customers didnt have the best experience. I guess Studio 41 could work on that. But I always made an appointment with Andrea and certainly, every time I had a great experience. So maybe next time you can consider an appointment first.
As stated by other reviewers its a great place to go and look at various fixturing and plumbing. However you need to make an appointment if you want to talk to a designer because theyre not going to come looking for you.
Great for bath and kitchen remodels and climate guard windows. Linda is the best.
