I could practically review this before even eating the cinnamon rolls. Customizing your own? Adding frosting and toppings?! Good lord.That being said, my wife and I tried the Cookie Monster (cookie dough) and Campfire S’mores. Both are amazing. 10/10. We don’t live nearby, but we will be back.

I can see why kids would really like it, has some popular options as well as different toppings so you can build your own. The Cinnabon itself was nice, warm, and soft. It is incredibly sweet however, definitely wouldn’t be able to eat more than one and can’t say I would be going back soon. But it was cool to check out

I had been seeing this place in the area for awhile and never thought to go here until I stopped at the restaurant next door. OMG, they didn’t disappoint! As soon as you walk in there’s a display of cupcakes, which makes anyones mouth water! The associate was super friendly and I was so undecided, I told her that I needed a minute. As you can see I chose the Cookies and Cream Roll. I watched her prepare this and it look the same as the display, and I was in Awww and excited. Got it home and it still looked the same (pictured)! I bragged about the cinnamon rolls to my boys and told them they had to try, one of them did and he got the Cookie Monster and loved it!Sidebar: There was a guy who came in after me and while I was being helped another associate came out to help him. He was asking a lot of OBVIOUS questions, I thought to myself “If you read the descriptions on the wall all of your OBVIOUS questions are answered”. The associate helping him was super patient with him, answered all of his questions and never showed annoyance. Good Service!

Be wary travelers for this locale is not for the faint of heart. Like literally you might have a heart attack because these desserts are such a gluttonous delight. If you arent painfully full and completely satisfied you shared your cinnamon roll with too many people.

Soooo good! Ordered a variety to taste test with a group and we enjoyed all the flavors. Every bun was delightfully soft and the icing was perfectly sweet (not as intense as a Cinnabun but it was perfect since Cinnaholic has more toppings). I have no idea how these could possibly be 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free. Im not going to ask questions and just accept the miracle that is this dessert.

It is a bit pricey but worth it. Very tasty, soft and smells so good!!! If I can I would definitely try every flavor!!! Especially I’m a sweet tooth.

Didnt care much for cinnamon rolls until I tried Cinnaholic. So freaking delicious. This location is quick and clean. I need to try toppings on my roll sometime, but I always just go for the old fashioned because its sooo good. The chocolate chip cookies are unmatched and I buy them out when I go! Drive from over a half hour just to go here; its amazing.

Very delicious! The first step you take into the store, you get the smell of warm cinnamon rolls, and it is heavenly! Pricey but it’s definitely an occasional stop. The banana cream pie is to die for!!!

This is the best vegan dessert that I ever had! I have a severe dairy allergy. Thus, its very hard for me to find desserts that are both safe and yummy. I am so glad that I found this place. All their products are so healthy and delicious.

This place is a cute novelty but a giant rip off. Firstly its about $9 for a single cinnamon role. I ordered the Saxon and was told it had Carmel... Tasted like salted caramel which I hate. The people there are very nice though. You do feel pressured to leave a tip because they clap and ring bells and scream and say, we got a tipper! So if you dont tip automatically its awkward. I would say the flavor combos sound better than they are and the display case shows the cinnamon role a lot more.topped than it will really come. If your a child, this is a great treat. If youre a descerning adult, pass. I wanted to like this place more but even the quality of the cinnamon role and the fact it wasnt even slightly browned made me feel I couldnt recommend this place.

Another attempt of a customize/build your own flavor food but this time its not build your own pizza or create your own ice cream or froyo, but top your own cinnamon roll. Add your own toppings or pick a premade creation of a cinnamon roll (which mostly all look way too sweet). The toppings did little to improve on the cinnamon roll itself unfortunately. Where Cinnabon excels in the warm, gooey sweet rolls, Cinnaholic lacks in taste by focusing too much on the toppings. The rolls were room temperature or barely warm minutes after receiving and dry, lacking enough cinnamon. I hate to say it but the rolls tasted similar to a grocery store cinnamon roll with nice looking (very sweet) toppings.

I was able to put together a company catering event with ease. Liz and the staff were very accommodating and fantastic to work with. We had 3 locations that required set up of a DIY station and Liz made sure that each location had fresh rolls by having a helper run back and forth to the store for the rolls, all while she and her assistant set up the icing and toppings. I provided her a budget and she was able to provide all the details of our request. Their cost included 103 freshly baked rolls, serving dishes & utensils an mouth watering toppings. The event was a hit for the employees. Hats off to Liz and her team!

I don’t know if it was because it was on the first day it seemed liked really chaotic. I waited for a bit and left. It would have have been good if there was menu online. That photo is from first day queue and I just hope people liked as much I could hear people grumbling about how long they had to wait. Good luck Cinnaholic may be I will visit again someday and change my rating. I have been reading it’s review and seems like people have really liked this place but I will check this out soon.

Kind of fun to experience once. They asked if it was our first experience, and we said yes. They didn’t explain how it worked or make recommendations of what to try as a first time visitor. The cinnamon roll itself is kind of plain but the frosting and toppings add fun flavor. Overall we were super exited to try it and a little underwhelmed at the end.

Stopped by for dessert. Its cloyingly sweet, and looks nothing like the display. I expected a fluffy roll with creamy fluffy icing, but you get a dense sugary roll smothered in more sugar. The icing is very flat and liquidy unlike the display.

So sad i didn’t find out about this place sooner! my husband and i ordered for the first time yesterday and have already picked up our second order today 😂 and all of their ingredients are vegan, even the sugar! good for us, and good for animals 🙌🏼 love this place!

Yummm...I was picking up food at Bonchon and saw they were finally open!! I got the Windy City cinnamon roll (without strawberry sauce) and an individually wrapped plain roll by the counter. Yummmm cannot wait to try more!

Great Cinnamon Rolls. Tried the Cookie Monster and the Crème Brûlée. Both were nice and warm. Just biting into the Cinnamon Roll, you can tell that they are not made to be too sweet. The sweetness of both rolls were highlighted in the ingredients and toppings that make them both specialities.Even despite the large amount of customers, there is still good attention to detail when these were made.Definitely recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Cinnamon Rolls and sweets overall. The best place to get your sweet tooth cravings in!! It is beyond worth trying, you need to go there right now as youre reading this. you might just get addicted hahaha... Im in love with the fact that every ingredient they use is vegan and that in itself helps the community and opens people up to it. I eat this up quick and I drool thinking about their cookie dough lol, they got tubs of it there if you wanna pick it up too. The owner of the shop is amazing and everyone there is just super nice and inviting. He was generous to give me free cinnamon buns and different icing flavors (the icing I got cause they throw their icing away at the end of the end) and for the icing flavors I got to try and have the: hazelnut, cake batter, amaretto, peanut butter, creme brulee, coffee, strawberry, and my fav is cream cheese! I got a cookie and a brownie with everything too like I was the happiest girl alive!!! :) to be a big fan and to have a chance to try the goodies I soooo ecstatic to share about my excellent experience here. I brought my non-vegan friends here and they also LOVED it. I suggest bringing everyone to this place if you or they are ever craving desserts to indulge in!!!!

Tiny place -- a little cramped and the calorie count alone makes our trips here very infrequent (the cinnamon roll, when served warm, reminds me more of a fresh donut) but the toppings are so much fun. The kids loved it and my vegan guest was floored that she could choose anything on the menu!

I got these for the boyfriends birthday and they did not disappoint. I loved that they were basically warm and not cold like many other bakery’s I’ve been too. They are sweet but must at least try the original. Yes, they are Pricey but I’d still go back again for special occasions. You can create your own too which is a plus.

My fiance bought 6 of these things and they all suck, they are pretty they look good, but the flavor in not there, they taste like doughnuts from a grocerie store, very very disappointing, cinnabon way much better, really dont understand how this place is rated so high guess peaple really do eat with there eyes

Ill start by saying I am extremely proud to see more vegan places rise to familiarity to non-vegans and curious/adventurous foodies. I will acknowledge the prices for the baked goods are quite high but consumers must put into consideration the necessary ingredients to ensure its veganism. As someone that works in the food industry, loves food, and follows an infused plant-based diet; this experience at Cinnaholic was enjoyable. The staff are catered to their customers wants and needs, although their space is small it is incredibly clean and has a welcoming vibe, and I am pleased to see the line of clientele right at opening. Customer service is vital for a business to strive and I do not have a doubt about their generous and inviting mentality. As for the previous comments about taste and presentation, please advise working with plant-based ingredients cannot be compared to what most are accustomed to to usual baked goods. I am sure this Cinnaholic team will take every feedback into consideration to better serve a wider range of clientele. Perhaps they should consider a limited time deal where customers who purchase a $25+ order they receive a small treat in return. That way it can balance what seems to be an overwhelming priced baked good buy. I look forward to following to what else Cinnaholic has to offer.

This place is for anyone that likes cinnamon rolls....so pretty much if you are human. There are several variations of toppings. Its like picking donut types... but with cinnamon rolls. You wont believe it, but all options are Vegan cinnamon buns, and they all actually taste amazing. (Im not vegan btw. I love me a great steak and dairy) You wouldnt have even known unless someone told you. You really cant tell by taste that no dairy is used in any of the ingredients. This is a huge revelation if you typically skip desserts due to lactose intolerance. The coffee here is decent and has vegan creamer and sugar options like oat cream and beet sugar. Worth the trip

The buns here are amazing. If you didnt know they were vegan, you would never tell the difference. I got The Saxon and Creme Brulee to share with friends who have never heard of Cinnaholic beforehand. They did not expect it to be vegan before I told them. The toppings choices are great. I would have been just as happy if I got there classic.They also serve Intelligentsia coffee that went great with the buns. 10/10 would recommend to my vegan/non-vegan friends!

I’m a huge cinnamon roll fan and this place is a delicacy. I have came here multiple since opening and they have not disappointed. Each new experience is a new flavor. The service is phenomenal and you feel at home.Even during the opening with long lines, they entertained their customers and passed out hand warmers.

Im not a vegan but I wanted to try and for a wonderful things about this store. And we have to say theyre amaretto frosting with raspberry toppings Its unbelievably delicious. I was really excited to try these cinnamon rolls, Ive heard multiple great reviews about Cinnaholic. On top of that, Ive also seen the episode of Shark Tank where the brand was featured in. I ordered the: Cookie Monster Roll, Irish Cream Coffee Roll, Classic Cream Cheese, and a Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter Cup Roll. For all 4 rolls, it was 28$, which is pretty expensive for what I had received. These rolls were not good. These rolls were simultaneously too sweet, while being dry and bland. Adding a ton of sugar on top of something quite bland in flavor, doesnt make it any better. Though I understand its vegan, but being vegan doesnt always equate to bland. Also for something marketed as gourmet, it shouldnt taste as bland and nauseatingly sweet as it does. Overall the wait was long, but that is most likely due to this location just opening. The staff was the best part of the experience, they were so helpful and kind! Though the cinnamon rolls themselves: overpriced, too sweet, bland/dry, and overly hyped. Youre better off going to Cinnabon, or if youre vegan, Chicago Diner has amazing ones!

This morning I was BLOWN AWAY!! When I called at 9:00am to order a party tray I needed for a meeting at 10:30am, I was hopeful, but not optimistic that it could be done. I would have had no ill feelings if my last minute unreasonable request couldn’t be granted. But Elizabeth made it happen for me!! She created a beautiful tray and even gave me a fresh cookie for the road. To top it off, she wrote me a handwritten thank you note. I should have been giving HER the thank you card!! The tray was a hit and everything was SO GOOD!!!! But the exceptional service experience has left a mark on me that will last much, much longer than those delicious goodies! I will be sharing this as an example of what it looks and feels like to go above and beyond for a customer.

Excellent service! All the rolls look so amazing. I got the blueberry one. It was so good and fresh! Very filling as well. The price was 7 dollars but I think it was well worth it. I couldnt even tell that it was vegan either! No complaints

The staff is amazing! I also enjoy the desserts. My only suggestion is that they come up with a way to abbreviate toppings when they place orders on the line. I ordered the PB cups on top but received pecans. At the Naperville location, I ran into the same situation. The line was too long to go back in and toppings are only 50 cent so it was no big deal. The $1 cinnamon roll offer during their grand opening is more than generous!

We tried the Irish Cream, Creme Brulee, and Cookie Monster rolls. Liked the Creme Brulee the best and also better reheated the next day. Overall, its a fun concept but the toppings were too sweet for us. If we go again, wed probably go lighter on the frosting.Seating area is limited to a few tables, so it may be a better option for take out. Serves Intelligentsia coffee which was a nice surprise and there was a nice spread of vegan coffee condiments - soy and oat milk, agave and beet sugar.
