Kay, Woodfield Kay specifically you have really let me down as a company. I am pregnant and have a hard time breathing without the mask. I was asked to put one on. Told them I cant wear one because I have a hard time breathing wearing it. I was told I dont care it is state policy I told them I also dont have one and if they give me one Ill wear it she said fine. I told her if I pass out it you will be liable especially because I am pregnant. As I was sitting there I kept overheating more and more. Just sitting there sweating. When the lady finally came back with my ring I asked her was anything wrong with it she said no. As Im trying to open my ring I feel my body fighting to breathing and at this point basically crying and I am at this point running out of the store before I am able to put my ring on as I am very close from my body passing out. The lady who handed me the mask is just rolling her eyes at me not saying a word. I will never be back to this Kay as they were extremely inconsiderate to a pregnant woman!

I came to Kay with my brother to get his watch serviced and we had such a great experience that I decided to purchase an item for my wife. Never thought I would have that much fun in a jewelry store. I highly recommend working with Raelle, she was awesome, such a pleasure to work with.

Was here a few years ago to buy a necklace, had a great experience from the team, so thought I come back to this location. This sunday was very different. Came in looking for hoop earings for my grandma. The lady essentially pointed us where the hoop earrings are, then went to help someone else. I just decided to walk out.

Predatory lending.They’ll make sure the last payment is 2 weeks before the usual date so that you have to pay the interest regardless of the promotions they’ve got or if you have auto payment enabled like I did. Now after not having used their card for a long time (left a very sour taste in my mouth) they’ve decided to charge me $16 for no reason.And because I had no balance I wasn’t checking regularly so now my credit score dropped 80 points.Just be aware of all the predatory stuff they do, and their customer service is rude both of the times I’ve been there. Want my advice? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great experience, wonderful consultants. During the pandemic, I can’t imagine what it’s like trying to keep everyone happy while there are capacity restraints. Greeted by a friendly, energetic woman outside the store because they were at capacity, they gave me great service while I was waiting and helped me pre-select options before I was allowed in store, then the associate who helped me in store was great at well! Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and stress free! Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. Lady asked how much i was looking to spend and when I told her she looked in me in my face laughed and said “WHAT!? Are you serious? For diamond earrings?” Then while walking out of the store i over heard her laughing with other coworkers and telling them what i said. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & disrespectful and I will be contacting corporate. That could’ve been handled differently.

They wont honor the lifetime battery watch replacement .First 2 times i replace the watch battery, no problem. But when I went a third time to this location thats when the frustration began. The person working there said she never heard about this policy and asked for the receipt. I told her my name should be in the system, but no. She couldnt find this magical receipt.When I returned with a printed receipt they STILL couldnt replace it as the cap was sealed and she didnt had the tools to open and reseal it.May I remind her the battery was replaced twice already at that location with no issues.What a joke of a store.... stay away!

Im a credit card holder an limit to a $1500 line of credit because crisis was late 2 months but paid $800 payment towards my balance, after payment they cut me off an still expected me to pay remaining balance but no more available credit. Omg sacrificing childrens money to pay down balances, an my reward is sorry we have closed your account. 👏 wow

Shady business. The cutoff date for their promotional plans are cut off before your last payment date so you’re forced to pay accrued interest.Very shady, wouldn’t trust them.They take forever to clean your items as well. Overall left with a sour taste in mouth after buying from them. Would not go here again.

The staff and manager at this location are amazing, they were so helpful helping me choose an engagement ring, and went above and beyond to give me the best deal. Even ended upgrading with a bigger diamond. They made me feel very comfortable and never pressured me. Will definitely go back for the wedding band when the time comes.

My fiance and I went to pick out my wedding band. Both Susie and Nick helped us out. They were really great and very friendly. I was initially unsure about going to a big chain store but these two really offered the personal touch that I was very happily surprised to find. They did a great job and were really patient with us as we looked at all our options. I will definitely look at kay again next time Im looking for jewelry. Thank you for making the experience great!

I took my ring to get sized. I explained that I had been wearing sizers as just after the proposal, we went on vacation. The lady argued with me over needing it sized, told me it would be sized appropriately and said 10 days. Then proceeded to give me a promise date 2 weeks out. I had to call corporate to find out that my ring had been returned to the store as they didnt call me. When I went to pick it up, the lady took my paperwork and handed me my ring with no follow up to see if the ring had a better fit or if I was satisfied. I will never go to this location again.

My rating is based on 2 visits there.I went there a couple years ago and they didnt even talk to me. Thats some poor customer service.This past month I went again for my wedding ring (only because they had one I really liked). Tom was really nice, funny and straight forward! I hate pushy jewellers and the nonsense sweet talk. Get me what I want and give me a good experience which is what I got.It took 2 days to get my ring shipped and 1 week for resizing. They personally called me when it came in which I appreciated.Bottom line, positive experience and willing to come back.

Nothing makes me more upset then things not being done on time.. today my boyfriend and I were suppose to pick up my ring after waiting 2 weeks and 3 days and it’s still not done! He works on the road so now we won’t actually be able to pick up the ring for a few weeks! He stayed home an extra day to be able to pick up the ring and it’s not ready. Beyond frustrated with this store.

My husband and me went to this store because he had bought me a watch for Christmas as a gift and the battery for my watch had already died. When he first purchased the watch they didn’t offered him an extended warranty for it. We went there talk to a lady and the only thing she said was I’m sorry but we cannot help you, the watch does not have warranty anymore.I don’t recommend anyone going to this store they don’t have the best customer service. It’s the worst place.

Dont buy jewelry from here!!! My $1,000 necklace has broke multiple times! Thank god i got insurance on it but everytime i took it in they keep it forever & never call me to pick it up. I literally have to march in the store and be like is my necklace done or whats going on. Ridiculous. Last time i took it in they tried giving me a smaller pendant!!!!!
