I ordered online one night and the first thing in the AM after they opened, I received a notification that I could pick up my order. It was fast and easy.

The staff here is so helpful. I was new to the whole experience. They said to ask if I needed anything so halfway in my visit a staff member was kind enough to step away from their project and answer tons of my questions and make recommendations on products I would find useful and enjoy. I also love their return policy. Im always nervous about buying products with scents but they are so understanding. Keep up the great work staff!

Love the moisturizing body wash, lotions, ultra shea body creams, fine fragrance mists, candles and other assorted items. FUN SHOPPING!

I don’t know what it is about this location but they’re so rude and don’t bother asking if you need help. They will watch you like a hawk though like you’re going to steal their precious lotions lol. Probably won’t be shopping here again don’t need the drama

Staff constantly provides poor service at closong. Corporate needs to provide a NEON CLOSED SIGN. That way the community does not have to interact with them being RUDE! Not the first time.

The day I went everything was half price its really good experience I bought a lot of soap and stuff body wash cream and everything I got all my Christmas presents for this year for everybody so that was not bad really polite people there not a bad place to go have really good deals

Went to grab some candles and was treated as if I didnt belong there. 1st time visiting in Schererville & for the 1st time I felt black. I had to follow the rep Cori around until she stopped to listen even then she seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. Will never shop at another Bath & Body Works again in my life. Make sure the people you hire are in the money making business.

Every time Ive gone in here, I have had pretty good experiences.However, I needed to purchase 20 travel size bottles of antibacterial sanitizers to give out as a small gift for a womens meeting we were having at our church.They were on sale and the limit for the sale price was 10 (there was NOT a limit on the sanitizers themselves).The sales clerk asked the manager if I could get 20 @ the sale price, she said NO, but, I could bring someone in the store with me to purchase the other 10...Or I guess, I could have put them in the car and stood in line again outside to get in the store, then stand in line again to purchase the other 10.Our church spends quite a bit of money for Mothers day gift cards (over $100) and give-a-ways.It was just frustrating and very inconvenient.

If I could give zero stars I would. I frequent this location because I live in Munster. I bought Christmas gifts and came to return unused items that were not given as gifts. Somehow I lost the invoice that came in the mail. However I had the email confirmation that CLEARLY SHOWS HOW MUCH I PAID FOR EACH ITEM. I had an unfortunate experience with Nayelly who had a nasty attitude. She kept saying I didn’t have my receipt, which I did via email. This was almost closing time so I left with my items. The next day I call Bath and Body works to explain the situation. I speak with the manager Briana. She explains I’m sorry I don’t know why they gave you that information. Bring your items in and we will return them. There is no way people should work for a company and don’t know the policy. I spent $100’s of dollars here. I don’t know how people have a job and can’t do what’s in your job description. If you don’t want the job. Please find something where you will not have to work with customers. I know years ago I knew the employees and I really liked them. They all were professional and friendly. Long story short, I hate this happened because it’s so close to me. But I will not deal with nasty attitudes, incompetent workers and overall poor customer service.

Found lots of great new scents for Fall....very well regulated during covid....very comfortable shopping there....

They are practicing social distance, but not the same semi annual as in prior years. Small amount of reduced priced items. Store was clean and sales associates are helpful and friendly

Im here at least every other week. The place is always in great shape, clean, tidy, the ladies are always so pleasant. I have no problems when I stop in. I love that they have their own store and I dont have to go to the mall for my candles.

Love this place, the sales are always worth it. Only place I buy soap/lotion. I love the lotions they have with essential oils. Also the rewards program is amazing. I almost always have a reward for a free product.

Bad customer service. Hardly got any assistance. The girls that were on the floor had very bad attitudes. I felt it was an inconvenience asking for help. Since I couldnt find several I was looking for i left. This was my first time at this location and I was highly disappointed. I will either order online or drive the south lake mall.

Got a few things but not too much...things have changed and I am glad that they are taking extra care and caution for us shoppers. So we have to shop online for what we want but we should be getting FREE SHIPPING!

This is one of the few stores that I can honestly say has an app worth having! It has great offers and coupons and earning rewards takes very little time. The stores are also very clean and well kept. I wish I didnt love shopping here so much😂

What can you say about bath and body works, they have every kind of lotion cream candles bedroom freshener. Love this place during the summer and holidays.

Staff is really helpful. Im glad they got away from greeting you at the door and following you around. They are available, so you can seek the questions you need, otherwise they just let you shop. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the product and stocking cycle. This is the only one I go to!

A very organized and clean place. An associate came to help me look for what I came for after I searched a little. She must have noticed I looked lost. It was very nice not to be approached right away, but when I truly needed it. Very friendly staff. Good music also.

This store is filthy. Ive been coming here since it opened and it has really going down hill in the past year. The display counters are gross. Its cluttered and theres litter everywhere. Little stickers from the products are stuck all over the floors and counters and theyre grimy, as is the sink. It really takes away from the scent filled, uplifting experience the store is supposed to be about. Lots of girls walking around, but they are unconcerned with the open drawers, garbage on the floor, grime on the counters . . .

Good dead with gift card & 10% off. Nice candle from $25 to 52 cents only. Yeah me.

If I could zero stars I would. If this store closes at 5 then that’s what it should be. I’m here now and it’s 4:30 and the doors are locked. Someone knocked the lady came opened the door said they were closed and shut the door in our face. Very rude. Change the store hours because clearly 5 is not the closing time.

They have the best products to buy such as perfumes, body gel, lotion, candles, soaps, etc. They especially have kind and helpful staff. They also have the best scents. I recommend the vanilla or in general the winter and summer scents.

I went for the big sale they had yesterday. No one helped me but I found what I needed. Everyone was so sweet. I would soon go back and get more stuff eventually. It was so clean but there was a lot of people.

I had coupons that they sent me in the mail. I couldnt use them both though, for some senseless reason they said I couldnt use them together. I was disappointed because I couldnt get my freebie..

Bath & Body Works is a great place to shop for women but they do have great stuff for men to as well staff is very helpful very courteous and very kind I will always go there for purchasing items, also have a great deals and discounts for men and women always make sure you have your coupons if not theyll give you some but is good to check online...

They had retired scents for $3.75. I had a coupon for free fun size and I love they they have a matching lotion for every body wash! Get great scents at Bath and Body Works!

This is a good place to buy gifts. The workers are always helpful and friendly. They greet you when you come in.

Only letting a certain amount of ppl in, I arrived right at opening and the line was already three stores down. Sucks.

I wish I could give a ZERO! I went in on 12/26 to purchase (3) lotions and (3) body sprays for my top (3) honor roll students. As soon as I walked in there was a young RUDE girl that worked there putting items out. I said excuse me to the young girl and she looked me up and down. I then asked her if she could help me pick out (3) lotions and sprays for three teenage girls. She responded with the NASTIEST ATTITUDE by saying WHAT.....I looked at her and another young lady walked up and the RUDE employee told her to help me. The new young lady helped me and picked out the six items that I needed. Upon checking out I asked the rude cashier if she could please get the manager for me. She continued to check me out, a little nicer after I asked to speak with a manager for the second time. Once she finished checking me out I asked for a manager for the third time. She went and came back with one of the managers named Caitlyn who was not friendly at all and acted as if I was bothering her. I realized that the girls were rude because the manager was rude. Learned behavior! I hate that I can not remember the girl name that was Extremely Rude😞

Always have the best smelling candles and always have some sort of a sale going on and the staff is really nice and helpful

I like going in there and seeing all the different things they have. The one drawback for me is all the smells at once gives me a headache. Plus, after smelling a few things, it becomes harder to smell new things. Prices are a bit high for things too. Only started going because of a end of season sale and my daughter received a gift card.

I made an online purchase and got the wrong scent. I called and explained that I just moved and couldnt find the receipt. They said no problem, you can exchange it or get store credit without the receipt. Perfect. I go to the store and they tried giving me $3.50 per $14 item saying thats the lowest cost they can give me when I paid full price. Why wasnt this explained to me over the phone? I would have continued to search for my receipt and not wasted my time and gas just to go back home and be late for work. Thanks for nothing.

Do not go to this location if you are African American. I’ve been here 5 times and have yet to be greeted or helped. It doesn’t matter if it’s no customers in there. The last time I stopped in here was last Tuesday this is ridiculous and I will be putting in a complaint with corporate office because this is ridiculous.
