I have never been to Shoe Carnival. This was a cool experience for me. They do need more chairs, but they had a lot of shoes in reasonably prices. I ended up with three pairs of shoes.

I wish they had a bunch bigger dress shoes section but its a decent place, prices are ok.

They had a pretty good variety of shoes for fall and winter. The only thing was they had a rather limited selection of shoes and boots for boys and I thought it was odd based on how early it was in the season. The service was efficient and friendly. They have plenty of off the street free parking and very few shoppers inside the store.

Nice place for everyday walking shoes. Nothing high end or expensive. Fast friendly service.

Went into this location with two children under the age of 5yrs old and I had four boxes of shoes, not one associate offered to help. I understand if they were helping other customers first but why aren’t any shopping carts available? It would have made the shopping experience helpful.

I know that is her job but my wife suffered a stroke a year ago and her whole left side is Paralyzed Very kind helpful help other people Why she hoped us It is not easy to find shoes for my wife she has a brace on her left shoe and it has to be bigger than the other left foot size 11 right foot size 8 or 8 1/2 I know Its probly no big deal to anyone else but to us it was the biggest deal thank you very much Jimenez family!

Okay, to start off with, I did not get a good impression right off the bat just walking into this store. There were probably 5+ employees. Of those five only one welcomed us to the store and even that was spoken very quickly [welcome to shoe carnival. need anything just...] and while she was racing past us.Secondly, the selection was terrible. Nothing was in its place and when we finally found an employee to ask if they had a specific shoe in a different size, he was really rude and acted as though we had inconvenienced him.I did end up finding some shoes that worked out well which is why they get three stars.I dont usually go to shops to talk to the employees and I dont care if they notice me or say hi, but when I need something. When I am unable to find something on my own, Id like to be treated with just a little human respect.4/10 probably will go back because their prices arent awful

Very expensive and never have shoes for my son to choose from. He wears a wide and im lucky to find 1 pair.

I went there about a week ago to return a pair of shoes. The woman in there was extremely friendly, but the man that handled my refund was downright rude. He never acknowledged me, just gave me the paper to sign after he inputted information into the computer. I think he should be given some more training top learn how to deal with customers. I would avoid this HIGHLAND location because of him. I didnt get his name because he had no name tag. He wore glasses.

My 1 star is not applied to the store but towards the representative I did a chat with while trying to place an order online. I enrolled in the text messaging feature to get my $10 off code. I tried the code numerous times, it would not apply. I did the chat and the rep named Indira gave me another code, I tried that, it wouldnt apply it. I chat again, got the same person, he said well I tried the code on my system and it works fine, call customer care! First off its a way to ask me to contact customer care, I asked if they can just apply it because this is becoming annoying, he would not answer the question until the third time. He then said no, call customer service. I told him I dont want the purchase anymore! I will go to a different business that is willing to help me and not waste my time. I give the chat a ZERO!!! Im working and was trying to purchase sandles for my daughter. Worst experience ever! I also had to repeat myself numerous times! He kept telling me I cannot apply more than 1 code at a time, at which I wasnt.

I give it three stars due to the workers are usually pretty friendly and willing to assist. However, Ive noticed this store does not offer a good amount of wide with sizes. I wear an 8w - Ive never been able to find more than 3 pairs of shoes in said size.

Good experience today. Great sales. Some boots were on sale but have been that price since Christmas so didnt see the big savings. But many to choose from.

They extended the buy one get one 1/2 off sale today until until noon which helped us greatly we also signed up for their email list and got $10 off the total transaction. We have been buying shoes from here for years and will continue to do so as long as they have the sale. their selection is limited and they do not have the new Jordans or the new designer shoes but for the price you cannot complain they should have something for everyone within reason we will definitely be back thank u shoe carnival for another wonderful experience.

I WAS very happy with the staff they all had mask and were keeping things clean I was sitting down trying on shoes when this guy was saying things to me with no mask on he was trying to scare me or get me infected . I dont think it will work unless you put a sign on the door requiring to have a mask and offering to sell them a cheap one if they need it

Im a woman and I have big feet, they didnt have many wide womans shoes but the mens section did me well. I picked up some discounted walking shoes for the trails at turkey run this weekend. Im excited to see how well they work out.

Prices werent really that good for black Friday. Also staff seemed to watch me the entire time I shopped. Very uncomfortable. Not to mention 7 different employees asked if I needed help. As if there wasnt enough employees watching me shop.
