This location, she was horrible. We stood in line for 58min without her even speaking to us! If you want good people to wait on you go to 30/41! They are nice there they are polite n fast. Never had any issues with the ladies there. But stay away from the pine island u haul!!!! I will never go back to that location.

The staff was nice enough and I got my truck and extended my contract with no problem. The issue is with returning it. The online system didnt work and I had to call customer service who said I had to call the next day. At this point, I have been on hold for 25 minutes with no options for help. I also attempted the live chat and go no response after 30 minutes. VERY frustrating customer service experience.

I couldnt be happier with my experience from start to finish with my rental. I ran into a little error with my charges from the 800# and Taray at the Pine Island location was so kind and explained it all to me, and was able to get me what I needed. Beautiful LOCATION, well maintained, and the people were polite and welcoming. I was able to rent the truck I needed. I was TOTAL HAPPY with the service I recieve. And they were helpful with directions to getting to my direction. And when I returned the truck the process was simple. I would recommend these location to anyone looking for professional service and getting it done right. I would definitely recommend them.

I have some experiences with utilizing U-Haul facilities in the past, my previous experience with the Rolling Meadows location was disastrous, today gave me a better perspective on things. After numerous phone calls and being told nothing was available, I stopped at this location and spoke with Phil. Phil was engaged with another customer but acknowledged me immediately upon entering and answered my inquiry with,Ive got something for ya. Listening to Phil interact with the guest in front of me gave me a sense of comfort. Sounds kinda odd but through my military career and personal life you know when you come across someone whos legit and doesnt fake it. Phil is that guy. Phil came through for me when everyone else failed. I enjoyed having conversations with him and his attitude & fortitude to get things done.

We returned a truck here after hours. It was simple and we had no problems. We were sent a receipt via email and all was good.

Great staff! The general manager is very polite and helpful. Anytime I need boxes or moving related items I go to this location.

Staff was extremely helpful, polite and wonderful !! Made me feel at ease when I had to return the 2 following days without my husband there to help me load and tie down our furniture. One worker was even nice enough to lend me a hand carrying a heavy item and helping me get it into the back of my suv!! Thx for outstanding service and caring enough to help me out!!

Busy well maintained property with a well trained dedicated staff to serve you and makes sure your moving and or storage experience is as pleasant and smooth as possible. All trucks, trailers, are clean and maintained. The fleet of rental trucks all look one to two years old. The storage units are nice and clean and in tip top shape. Open 7 days a week for your convenience.

Best customer service around. Very clean and do their best to put the customers first all the time

This place treated me very well. I had issues related to a move across country and they helped me out when I was in a clutch. Super friendly staff. I recommend whenever I can.

Ok Facility, Friend Rented a 27 Foot U- Haul, Nice Truck, New Ford with Ramp.

Quick and painless rentals I rented the largest box van they had 36ft I think and it was in good condition and worked as needed and I was able to drop the truck off at night with no issues

Cause has everything you need from moving boxes to renting there trucks to move your house or your apartment.

They are mean and nasty people thats why I hated it ......they lock you in your own storage unit with no way out ... Call and they say they will let u out and never do ... Very unprofessional and ...the cameras dont work sometimes...like when my car slid out of the storage spot and slid back into a ditch and their cameras didnt see it cuz it was broken ...I saw it driving home sticking out of the deep ditch

I was double billed. Took too long for refund.
