Long time customer at this location never had an issue until today (November 1, 2021 3:40pm). I order my favorite ice cream (banana royal) as usual and what I was served was not worth the $7.00 the scoops were smaller than kids scoops. Who ever is hiring at this location needs to do a better job selecting knowledgeable candidates that can differentiate between kids size scoops and a cup with sliced bananas and two table spoon worth of ice cream.(Dont have pictures because is in the TRASHCAN).

Teeny tiny icecream scoops. For the money I would have been better off walking to HEB and getting a whole carton of ice cream. At least they were nice.

The last two times I have been there the ice cream is so soft it is on the verge of being completely melted. The workers are nice and give you a rehearsed answer but its easy to see all of the flavors are wet. If you turn the thermostats up to save utility cost, customers will go elsewhere. Im done!!!!!

Those have been the smallest scoops of ice cream Ive ever gotten at this location. However, the service was friendly and the quality was exactly what it should be my order was prepared correctly and my banana split was fantastic.

Was able to get a last minute ice cream cake, and it was great. The workers there are always super nice, and are very kind to my sons when they place their orders.

We’ve always enjoyed going here. However, the website says they close at 10, but if you show up at 9:40 they say they’re already closed and kick you out. If they say they close at 10, you should be able to get ice cream until then.

A good first job for a teen or a second job for extra income. Busiest is during the summer, slowest in the winter. Special holidays bring in the crowds.

Emma at Baskin Robbins (3009 Schertz) is the real MVP🙌🏾I finished my diet yesterday (don’t worry maintenance starts tomorrow), so I decided to treat myself! I told the girl there how excited I was to have some ice cream after my diet! When I got home I saw this sweet note she wrote on my treat “Congrats on finishing your diet! 😃” 😭😭😭😭😭. Protect Emma at ALL COST, this is the thoughtful and kindness we need!!!!!

Great selection of ice crean, employees are friendly, rest is clean, work area is clean! Sugar cones, waffle cones, regular cones, banana splits, just name it and I think it was there! Great place to take your kids, great place just to go by yourself! Check it out and enjoy yourself!

The employees refused to serve a flavor that was a featured flavor for the summer despite the fact that they had some in the back freezer. They said that another flavor had to run out first. Well, we watched as a flavor ran out and they replaced it with...some other random kind of ice cream even though we had just finished asking for Cotton Candy.Customer service could really use some work.

Ive taken my kids in here several times and they enjoy the ice cream. The employees have been very patient with them while they make a decision and even when they change their minds. My sons ice cream tumbled off the cone once and they replaced it immediately. Thats certainly appreciated.

Great tasting but overpriced. Inconsistent serving, one day they give you a scoop that looks more like a childs scoop and on other days they give you what really looks like a large scoop of ice cream serving for a cost of $3.19. Went there last night Friday May 10th asked for a scoop of ice cream in a cup and it was literally a child or kids scoop. And I said Im sorry but I gave it back. I love Baskin Robbins the tastes, but I cant stand the inconsistency of how they serve their ice cream from one day to a few days later. I guess it depends on the worker.

I’ve ordered multiple cakes from here over the last couple of years & they were always exactly what I ordered. The service is great. Everyone was always friendly, whether it be in person or ordering over the phone.

I walked into this location and no other customers were in the store. No one greeted me, not even the manager who was sitting at a table. I stood at the counter for 30 seconds then stood by the door and still no one greeted me or asked if they could help me. I finally stated that I had been in the store for a 60 seconds and no one ever helped me or greeted me. The manager then said huh. He is not a professional at all.I then drove to the Forum location and was immediately greeted. They even said thank you for coming in today!

This store is run by a bunch of young people who do not take pride in their job and serving inconsistencies in the amount of hot fudge used in a hot fudge sundae. My grandson scoops were huge for 4 and 6 yr olds. What ever happened to the childrens scoop? I tried to call the store to speak to a manager numerous times and never got through. Last night my Grandson ate a bublegum ice cream cone. Not even an hour later he started vomiting violently for about 4 hours till there was nothing left in his poor little stomach. I wanted to find out if anyone else had this kind of reaction to eating that flavor ice cream. Then I looked at the ingredients and noticed all the corn syrup and chemical ingredients in it and no wonder. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD EAT BUBBLE GUM ICE CREAM! Im turned away due to the lack of pride in what the employees are doing, no answering to the phone to speak to a manager about my grandsons illness caused by bublegum ice cream and the inconsistencies. When asked about discounts the gal stated we only have military discounts, like it was nothing. I am a 22 yr veteran proud to have served and its not something your giving for free, we earned it! Going to HEB for my ice cream from now on, where I get treated with courtesy and can read the ingredients in the ice cream.

Great ice cream as usually, but very stressful experience. 3 employees each of which looked and acted like they were not trained with customer service skills but as well very disorganized. They kept looking at the line forming not taking care of the customer in front of them.

Staff was very friendly and of course the ice cream was delicious. Everything was clean and tidy.

The employees were kind and gave me what I wanted quick. They dont waste your time which is good. I enjoyed going Baskin-Robbins its a good place to go with family.
