AlphaGraphics made a great self-inking rubber stamp for me five years ago. When I needed a PDF of the stamp design for an embedded graphic, they still had it. Great service!

Rob and his staff are very professional and kind. We have been so pleased with the quality and reasonable rates on banners and various print jobs throughout the year. Last minute changes? No prob with Rob ... very accommodating! Highly recommend!

I have been very happy starting up my new business but then I went to Alpha Graphics.The place is empty and the help is passive aggressive. The gal told me it would cost $120/hr to have them help me design a logo for my business card and website. I agreed to the price but told her I would have to have my design files burned to a thumb drive so I could get the shirts made while my cards were getting printed. She told me it would take THREE days to transfer my graphic files to a thumb drive and we all know it only takes three seconds. I waited for 30 minutes for the graphic designer to get off the phone (on a personal call ignoring me) five minutes before her scheduled appointment came in. Terrible customer service, just terrible. They lost $4-500 of new business today due to their lack of common courtesy and their antagonism to customers; normal for Santa Cruz but they are the worst.

Been relying on Alphagraphics to produce our thousands of flyers and schedules for our club. Always get excellent work, on time, with a smile!

A $5 minimum for all printing? I only needed two pages. Thats pretty ridiculous. They offered me ten envelopes to make up for the difference. Sorry but I wont be shopping here again
