I agree with Linda Steeles review. The Scottsbluff office is awful. Dianna had a very rude attitude and actually hung up on me. All will be forwarded to the BBB and a grievance is being filed with Lincare cooperate office as well.

My experience has been as a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!! (It is my opinion) IF you are looking for: FRUSTRATION, INCOMPETENCE, UN-PROFESSIONAL STAFF, A TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION, UN- RELIABLE INFORMATION, TOTAL LACK OF TRUST AND AN ALL AROUND UNBELIEVABLEY (NEGATIVE) EXPERIENCE THEN BY ALL MEANS LINCARE IS ABSOLUTELY THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO HANDLE YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES!! CONTRARY TO WHAT YOU MAY HAVE HEARD, YOU DO HAVE OTHER OPTIONS / CHOICES FOR YOUR NEEDED MEDICAL SUPPLIES. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE MAKING THIS DECISION and/or DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH LIKE I DID. BEWARE, YOU HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED!!! (on a scale of 1 to 10 w 10 being the best....I give them a MINUS 10)
