Jenny was professional, courteous, patient and informative.I took my F150 in for a radiator flush, brake check, air conditioner check and a general lookover.The overall job was fantastic. They worked with me, They called me before they done a procedure and they made me aware of things that needed to be fixed. Which I was grateful for. They were very thorough. I had the rear differential serviced as well as suspension links addressed. Not only did they do the job but it appears they did the job correctly. Dont bring your vehicle here if you need it fixed ASAP. I called this morning to see about getting an estimate on repairs and I was told that it would be 6 days before I can get an appointment. This is great for the business itself because it means that they have plenty of work, however its bad news for anyone who needs immediate assistance with their vehicle being repaired.

They were great and so kind and really know what they are doing.

They replaced A/C compressor. They found problem quickly and got car repaired in a timely manner and were very professional and the price was very reasonable! They also replaced a bulb in my other car all while working it in a very busy schedule. I highly recommend them!

They seem to do good work but i would pay attention to the labor rates for small stuff. They charged me $87.10 labor to plug in a pcv valve. Maybe it was a mistake.who knows? EDIT: After being contacted by Penny at professional auto I learned that it was indeed a typo and it was immediately made right. I had originally went here based on their reputation and I intend to return based on their integrity. Thanks guys! You are now my go to auto shop.

Brian and the guys at his shop seam to know what they are doing with pre ultra low sulphur (less than 15 parts per million) and all the expensive Uriah exhaust garbage and the junk that goes with it on these 88-06 Dodge Cummins Trucks.I trust them and know once in a blue moon there will be a mistake like what happened last week after putting a new trans pan gasket in . When I left felt it slip out of drive .Brought it back the next day they were open and Bryan looked at my truck right away and fixed the problem . I recommend Pro Auto to as many people as I can . Not too happy the last time I went they said my car overheated due to hose charged me 175 for that and overheated as soon as I left I did not want to waste the lil but of money I had left so they could over charge me for something they didn’t even really look into won’t be taking my cars their anymore.
