Girst time golfing and I loved it. Beautiful location. A lot of rough on the holes heading out, and a good bit of water on the holes going in.

Great course. Well maintained. Greens werent hardly as good as the last time I played it, but were still pretty good. Wide open course with some water coming into play!

Great shape, beautiful view around course. The young guy in club house was a butt. Still rate it a 10.

We played Plantation course today and scheduled a tee time through GOLF NOW. When we went to pay for the second round that is always $20 we were charged full price for the second round because we booked through golf now!!>???So the message is do not do the responsible thing by scheduling a tee time just show up and play.DO NOT USE GOLF NOW for Plantation Golf Course or Goose Pond Lake Course or just go to another course would be a better idea.I will never go back!

Cabins on the water! Our cabin was clean and was big enough for our family for the weekend. Four adults and four children. The golf course is literally across the street from the cabin as well. Great stay

Accommodating to large gatherings, like family or school reunions. Each cabin has dock suitable for fishing and/or swimming! Grounds are clean with easy access routes to places of interest around Goose Pond Colony Lake.

Had a good time there...

No Marshall on course. Slow play seems to be acceptable. Took 6 hours to complete 18 holes. I spent more time in cart observing the group ahead of me. No they didn’t offer to let me play through.

Love ❤️ the walking trail. Golf course is reasonable and my parents always want to play when they visit. I always drive the cart.. here they are at 7 am. I’m in the cart chugging coffee ☕️

Seemed to be what you might come to expect, not disappointed but not overly enthused either. I would definitely make the 45 minute trip again.

Stayed in a friends RV for a few days

Cabins are dated but its decent. Waterfront with a dock for most cabins each. Maintance is responsive, reasonable requests are quickly answered. great waterfront location in a dated structure.

Course is generally in good shape and very playable. However greens were quite slow today---apparently they were not cut this am 2 to Holiday weekend.

Great course

I went for a high school golf tournament and had a great time. The carts are pretty steep but everything else was great.

Best place for golfing, fishing, boating and lodging in Northeast Alabama, and the Docks restaurant is the best restaurant in the region!

The course is in great shape with good consistent greens and a really fun and challenging layout.

Name change for same course in two locations is very confusing. Be sure you have the right address or youll be out in the cold.Poor idea on goose ponds part.
