Tried to do business with them a couple times. All the times I’ve heard “the part you need is going to be here on ‘insert day of the week here’” and when I call back it’s “oh give us a few days” and half the time I can never get an answer. When I do the girl on the phone acts confused the entire time and we get nowhere. They have neat looking lawnmowers and I’m sure their service center might be good but I would go somewhere else if you want some parts or need something quick.

I brought my old trimmer to SSE because it would crank but wouldnt fire. Long story short, it didnt have compression and it was going to take more to fix than the trimmer was worth. After borrowing an Echo trimmer while my old one was in the shop, I bought the SRM225. I liked how ergonomic, light weight and powerful the trimmer was. I also liked having the peace of mind knowing that if I have a problem with my trimmer since I purchased it from SSE they will handle any warranty issues since they are an Echo dealer.

Great place to take your equipment if your ready to write it off as a total loss! Took my mower to them in June 2020 and it was finally ready to be picked up in February 2021 so I pick it up and I notice it not running perfectly but I’ll address that next time I use it. Fast forward to next time I use it drive it out of the barn turn the blades on, starts running worse and shuts down it’s over losing compression to the crankcase she gone! Thanks scottsboro small engines. Save yourselves some money and find someone who knows what there doing.

Fixed my riding lawn mower and even came and picked it up for me and delivered it back. Very nice and polite

Left a mower there and it was supposed to be 3 weeks. Picked it up after almost 2 months. Wanted to fix stuff that wasnt asked for and charge a ton of money. Didnt do anything to it except look at it and charge us for the 15 minutes that the mechanic just looked at it. Not happy and not going back. Was a lot better place when Foster Gentles had it. Will be looking for a new place to have work done. Hate to even give one star but I have to so I can post my reveiw. Also ordered a gasget for another mower and its still not here.

I bought a Husqvarna edger from here and within an hour the belt on it completely fell apart. I took it back to get it repaired and no questions asked they fixed it immediately. That being said the failure was 100% operator error, I was trying to cut too deep. They are very helpful and have great customer service, I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Rude older man. Lack of customer service. Was told I would be called when parts arrived. No phone call was ever attempted. Then when I told him I wanted a refund because i sold the mowerAs is he tells me hes charging 15% restocking fee. If he had called upon arrival i would have taken my ordered parts and gone on my way.
