The Tech that came out and did a good job but broke the cable that opens the door on my truck. He was replacing the passenger side glass in that door. Accidents happen.. what happened next was horrible. They called and said they would have it fixed, after 3 days no word ... I called and they said they were having trouble getting the part! So I got in my truck, drove to the Ford dealer, got the part and in 2 hours I had it fixed. I waited 3 more days and they were still waiting on the part !! I told them, thats funny, I picked up the part at the dealer 3 days ago and fixed it myself. Either they are liars or incompetent, take your pick...

Great service. They called with my insurance on the phone and made it easy to file the claim.
