Brandon C. arrived on time and took great care of my car. The last company who replaced my windshield left my rear view mirror loose so Brandon fixed that...gave us new windshield wipers, and washed all our car windows prior to leaving. I had a mobile technician come out to my work in Scottsdale and fix my windshield. I drive about 80 miles a day so I often have rocks hit my windows on these Arizona highways. The technicians are always on time, friendly, and efficient. I feel fine having them come to my work because it only takes a few minutes of my time away. I wish I could remember the name of the technician yesterday, he, like all the others did a great job, was on time, and communicated with me when he was on his way. Safelite makes it so easy!
I made an appointment online for OCT 7 at 9am. I arrived early hoping they could take me earlier. When the tech cam e out and looked at my windshield, he informed me that they neglected to order a necessary part. (Silver/rubber strip around the top). He informed me that the y would order the part but it would only come much later in the day. Since my time is valuable, he suggested they do the traveling service and that the waive the disposal fee as compensation for the inconvenience. Only, they couldnt conduct the transaction in the store, so they said the traveling installer would deduct the fee at time of payment. Well guess what .. they did not waive the fee. These people are not trustworthy.
Ive had three cars repaired here at the Raintree ( Scottsdale location) and each time they performed marvelously. Thanks all. You saved another windshield, flawlessly!
I had an appointment at 2:00pm on 8/6/21 at the Raintree location and took my 2019 Lexus RX 350 in to have the windshield replaced. We left the car to be serviced and they would call when it was ready. About 2 hours later, they called and said that the windshield they had, has a scratch and would have to reorder one. We agreed and they were going to call us when it was in. As of today, 8/25/21, we have received NO calls from them! I gave them a call and they could not find my order or any of my information as if I had never been there! We will use some other Glass CO.
UPDATED Review: Brought it in early at 7 AM and they had it fixed by noon. Very pleased with the quick turn around service. Our technician Luis did a great job at fixing the issues with seal. We highly recommend him and his skills! But lesson learned I think well be coming in to the shop from now on instead of using mobile services. Updating our review to 4 stars overall as they fixed everything as promised. Thank you! ORIGINAL Review: For right now we will give them 3 stars. We had a mobile tech come out to the apartment to install the windshield. However during installation something went wrong where the windshield slid down. Seals are intact but incorrect and could be an issue with water leaks down the road. They agreed it needed to be redone. We have a warranty appointment tomorrow morning to have them fix the seals. If all goes well tomorrow, I will update the review for prompt fixing of the issue. *** I only wish they had a loaner or rental car on site as their mistake is costing me the price of a daily rental. 😣
Ive manage the operations for the west coast for some of the best machine tool companies in the world. If I was to pick an All-Star team to run a service dept, this crew would all fit. They were the most accommodating, communicative, group Ive ever come across in my 30 years in business. They have a customer for life.
Had appointment scheduled but they did not have my glass. Car Had to stay a few extra hours. My Car requires calibration to replace windshield so it cannot be done remotely. The extra time was fine since I was working anyways. The problem came when I got my car and found my backseat armrest cup holder in the center seat was down. No one rides in my back seat, it was up when I dropped it off. I am assuming my car was taken off property with multiple passengers. This is not okay. Your insurance will pay for the dealership to do the glass and calibration.
I had a really bad experience. I dropped my car off and they called me later that day to let me know they had to special order my windshield. That’s fine. I waited for it to come in. 2 weeks later they called and said they had my glass so I made another appointment. I dropped off my car the morning of my appointment. When I went back to the shop 9 hours later they not only had forgotten about my car, but they also had forgotten to get the glass delivered to the shop. The one they told me they had when I made my appointment. They were going to just let my car sit in their lot forever without calling. Then I had to leave the shop for the 2nd time without having my glass replaced. Very bad customer service and logistics.
Twice I have had windshields replaced here on a 2012 Honda Pilot. Both times, 6 - 12 months after installation, I have had trim pieces (left column pieces) fly off while I was driving on the freeway. On the second install, the top trim piece came loose and was flapping around within 3 days. Im not very impressed with this shop and will not be doing business with this company again.
Called first, then visited on site for inspection, decided to replace the entire windshield. Ordered the replacement and scheduled to come to the house the next week for the actual work to be done and even arranged for the new tint to be installed after the replacement windshield is set. Everything was explained clearly, so that we know what to expect and when to expect it. Very personal and professional services thus far.
This was my first time at this location, but have used Safelite AutoGlass in the past and have always been very happy. They are very friendly and efficient! Luis was the tech for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and he did an awesome job! It was done in under an hour!! The worst thing you want is a cracked windshield. We replaced two new windshield 6 months ago. Like always, lots of 18 wheelers trucks and pickups in Arizona with uncovered trailers is a recipe for lots of rocks becoming projectiles hitting lots of windshields.Here is my review:A. The crack was over a quarter in diameter.D. Value1. The retail price for the repair is $156, the good news I paid less due to a price match. Be sure to check around for comps, why? Well windshield looks great, havent tested my lane assistance or radar cuise control, but I will say that my subwoofer stopped working after re calibration of my cruise control on my 2018 toyota corolla. You would think the shop would know about this problem but it seems to have blown a fuse during re calibration of the camera. Now fuses are cheap and all, and its a fairly simple fix, but theres no reason why the shop couldnt say something, I can imagine this has happened to someone else other than me.
They came to the Apartment and installed my windshield in under an hour.It is factory, and I have greater visibility.
Bummer, I used to love this company. They no showed me last week and today I had to call to find out they now didnt have the glass so they werent coming today. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Sadly one star is the lowest I can give them. I documented each person and excuse. 7 different people. 2 managers. 5 different excuses and my windshield is still cracked. It will be funny in about a year when I can use this story during my lectures around the US on customer service. Today, their complete incompetency and lack of accountability just ticks me off. And to top it off the last phone rep would not stop talking and simply hung up on me.
Close location to me. Clean setting, with complementary coffee and cold water. Coloring books for the kids and charging stations with iPhone and Samsung chargers.Not overly busy however April (the receptionist) Seemed that she was overloaded with work at times. The technician was prompt. He evaluated the windshield and took my vehicle for the repair. I’m happy that they were able to repair rather than replace the windshield. Was a seamless experience, location wasnt super convenient for us but they worked quick and it didnt take long to wait.
Procedure wasnt as expected. Much confusion. Staff was ok, but not over friendly. New windshield was very dirty.
Matt was awesome! Took about an hour and fifteen mins to replace our windshield.They have a great waiting room with free water, coffee and wifi. And outlets to charge a phone or laptop. Would recommend!

If your are looking for the best, youre at the right place. They have successfully taken the $50 chips, clearly attached to the window of 3 different cars. They are the best at this...Also, they just became great at showing up without the glass and never following up. Over a month. No follow up, eventually I got ahold of someone. Sounds easy, but give it a try when everyone is working at home.
Great service and excellent repair. They really take pride in the quality of work. We were here about a week earlier with another vehicle. And, Josh was not happy with the job and the did it again about another 30 minute. But, wow my high end vehicle looks beautiful. Thanks guys.

Before I write this scathing review- I would like to give a sincere thank you to Jay who was the only helpful and knowledgeable person throughout my time here. Thank you Jay and know none of the below applies to you!My insurance arranges me to get my windshield replaced here. I go for my first appointment and they have the wrong car listed and don’t have the right part. I will say I think could have also been my insurance’s fault. Then I get a call several weeks later that the part is in and they schedule me. I then come to realize the day of the appointment that they scheduled me for the wrong location in a different city AND still have wrong part listed. I call and they change it. I come in and they replace the windshield. Then, I find out that they can’t recalibrate it today because they didn’t use their brains to think ahead that maybe the guy in Texas they need to call is off for the day.They reschedule me for a few days later for the calibration. I’m told this will take 15 minutes. I go in and I’m not even on the schedule - unbelievable!! Then, I’m told they can take me but this can take anywhere from 1-2 hours to get a hold of person in Texas. I said I was told this would take 15 minutes! Jay my hero finally cuts in and says I will take care of it.Now the icing on the cake is they charged me for my deductible TWICE on my credit card. Just when I thought this mess was finally taken care of.I will not be returning and I highly advise you to find somewhere else to have your glass needs taken care of for your cars.

I would like to give a shout out to both techs who have replaced my front windshield on my Black Armada. 1st tech is in the Scottsdale shop (sorry I cant remember his name) and the other is John doing mobile visits. Absolute joke! Plan on several visits (3+ now) and inconvenient reschedulings (job still isntt finished) to have what should be a simple windshield replacement carried out on a commonplace passenger vehicle. Unbelievable how something so simple can be made so complex by incompetence. I will not be using this company again. We will call you back when we have the part to reschedule--- - LMAO yeah right! Dont waste your time!! Update: still no call back to re-shedule windshield replacement after they have already been unable to complete this simple job after 2 visits to my home. UNREAL!UPDATE: Day 11 now since having called to have windshield replaced. Heres hoping visit 3 is the charm (not holding my breath).

This review is based on 2 separate events that occurred with the same vehicle, about 5 months ago I visited the safelite on Raintree in Scottsdale, I was quoted after the serviceman inspected my truck about 500 dollars, after I arrived for the appt and the windshield was replaced I was told it was about 300 more because of a gasket for the wind shield, I was upset to see a extra part charged to me without even talking to me, but I paid it and the manager assured me that it wasnt a bait and switch just a clerical error.I again broke my windshield 5 month later and thought I would go back to them because I now had paid for glass coverage on my policy, I made my appointment about a week ahead of time and explained to the service advisor on the phone even though I had Insurance not to forget any of the parts so I wouldnt have any surprises, after 45mins on the phone found the past invoice and said all is good.I showed up for my 700am appt only to be told that the parts are not all there, I told him that the service man left notes that if there was a problem with parts they would call and reschedule, that never happened so instead I left they called me few hours later and appointment me at 230 pm .After waiting for about 90 min the tec came out and said he broke the windshield and would try to either locate another or i could go home (wo my car)and we could try again tomorrow, he must of sensed my calm disgust with the situation so he found another one the had a car drive me home and picked me up at 600pm,when I arrived the service advisor asked for 100 deductible which I wasnt happy about but paid upon paying I saw they charged the insurance company 389 instead of the over 1000 dollars I paid 5 months ago, he said they charge insurance companies less than cash clients, this is totally un ethical and to me it seems very egregious that they would tale advantage of cash customers but he said they have a arrangement, hmmmm this is total BS, I WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT THAT WOULD OF HAPPENED INFACT THEY TOOK TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION, BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE BUISNESS THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH IN MY OPINION

On the first try they didnt have the right glass. Then I was told to go to the store. I was told it would take one to three hours. When I dropped of my car at 7:30 am I was told that it would be done by 5pm.

Patrick came to my apartment complex to fix a crack. Very professional and proficient. I was asking a bunch of questions about the equipment and materials he was using out of curiosity, and personally, I would have been annoyed at something like that, but if he was annoyed at all it didnt show. He was enthusiastic about explaining everything and how it works. You can tell he enjoys his job. 10/10.
One star is too much for this location. I have always used Safelite to repair my windshields. In the past they have been able to come to my work and replace my windshield but due to new technology on this car I had to be scheduled at a physical location. I was scheduled at the Scottsdale location and immediately realized how terrible the customer service was going to be. The receptionist didn’t greet me upon entry, I stood there for 2 minutes without being acknowledged before I proceeded to ask her if I could be helped. She checked me in and told me to sit and wait for my technician. I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to get me and we went out to my car. When I returned the told me they were unable to calibrate my lane departure and I had to go to the dealership to fix this issue. What is the point of going to the physical location if I have to still go to the dealership? This should be their responsibility. The manger had absolutely nothing to say for himself, did not even once apologize! He blamed my car instead of their inability to complete the job. They still charged my insurance for the calibration, not to mention the money to recalibrate my lane departure at the dealership!! Corporate and my insurance company have been made aware of this issue in much fuller detail. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Corporate needs to do an entire clean out of management in this store.

You can not reach a person at this location. I waded thru several minutes of their voice mail. Then I was told that they are not accepting phone calls any my call was disconnected. Very poor customer service.
I had to book my appointment no less than THREE WEEKS ahead of time, and then they called me to let me know that the replacement they had ordered was damaged. They should have checked it beforehand. OK, so they are going to fix the issue tomorrow, but in the meantime I go to pick up the vehicle because I dont wish to leave it overnight. This is Arizona and today it is over 105 degrees out, so when I get there to pick up the car they have left it out in the sun, facing into the sun, without even cracking the windows. I went to get in & immediately JUMPED out, the seat back quite literally burning my back. I turned on the car to run for a few minutes with the air on full and saw an employee nearby. I complained to him and he clearly did not give a care. He pointed me toward a manager saying hes not responsible. Fair enough, so I told the manager, who told me they dont have space to store it inside (they have tons of space) and they couldnt park it in the shade because the sun moves all day. He really did not seem to care very much. I finally was able to get into the car and then I notice a full aerosol can of Safelite glass cleaner just left on the passenger seat. The temperature inside the car had probably been close to 200 degrees, and it is a complete miracle that the can did not explode and cause a fire. I wish I could give them less than one star for indifference and carelessness. I am loathe to return tomorrow but I need the work done now.

Came today to fix small chip on my new car windshield. The chip happened only 2 days ago, that makes good condition to do a good job.However result was very disappointing. Chip is still there, just instead of 1/4 of an inch, it is now 1/8. I believe it was a louzy job. I am not sure that I will pass state vehicle inspection.
Wed had a bad experience at a different shop trying to repair our windshield (wrong glass, lane assist not working, broken rear view mirror etc). Ian took charge of our situation, corrected everything and ensured our satisfaction. Night and day experience. Ask for Ian if you go.
Been in the Automobile Business for 30yrs as an owner. Employed countless staff and Im sure not all the SAFELITE GLASS Locations are all run in the same fashion. However after the treatment I personally received by the Scottsdale AZ Raintree Dr location, specifically Julio Marinez the Store Manager on 5/12/2020. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND supporting your local family owned and operated Auto Glass Replacement Business rather than this Overweight National Company that displayed such personal disrespect and customer service at my expense and time.

Worst glass company Ive ever worked with. Had an appointment scheduled about a month ago with a several hour window. Had to call three times into Safelite as theyve missed the window they confirmed with me over the phone. Finally cancelled that day and rescheduled as I could not wait around longer than that four hour window. New guy shows up on time in a car with no replacement glass...for a replacement glass appointment. Window is cracked across passenger side and he planned on repairing. How safe is that? He called into corporate and explains that the customer was expecting a replacement in a very unprofessional manner. I will never use Safelite again nor would I recommend them. The smaller companies have much more professionalism and customer service than this large company. Awful, awful experience.
My insurance covered everything, the windshield was put in properly, and the staff was always incredibly friendly...HOWEVER, my first appointment (at 6:00am) had to be rescheduled because I showed up and they found out they had the wrong windshield. On my way home, I discovered my hood hadnt been re-latched, and it almost flew up into my face. Then, they scheduled me for another day without letting me know, so of course I didnt show up. After waiting another few weeks, I showed up and everything went smoothly, even though the front desk lady seemed to be quite overwhelmed.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CHOOSE ANOTHER SHOP.These guys broke my windshield and refused to expedite scheduling me in for the replacement...but it gets better.They kept the claim active in their system, causing my insurance company to refuse to process a new claim for the repair. It cost me over 10 hours to fix the mess these idiots made. I went as far as to get on the phone with my insurance company and ask them to blacklist this location and prevent other customers from experiencing the stress they caused me.In conclusion, stay away. Don’t even go in their office to use the restroom.
I am happy with my experience. Their service was timely with a high degree of professionalism. During my visit, I was particularly impressed with their attention to details.
This location went above and beyond for me! My car was broken in to and I needed to go out of town and I was able to drop my car off to them and pick it up the next day. They vacuumed the broken glass up right away and put the crash wrap tape because it was raining. Went in at 12pm on 2/22 I dont remember the technicians name.
We got a small chip in the windshield on our way home from a road trip that splintered out over the last couple days before we got home to the repair kit we had from a previous chip. Safelite did an awesome job, we walked down the road to Walmart to take up the time and had breakfast at Burger King. Took a Lyft back and it was ready shortly after we got back. Overall, great experience. Very friendly staff members, super clean and professional environment.
I arrived at my designated appointment time and a technician was able to help right away. I handed my keys over and left to go shopping while they replaced my windshield. They called me as soon as it was finished, which was much faster than I had anticipated. Everyone in the office was friendly.

Unfortunately Ive had a few chips this year in the windshield, but Safelite has fixed all of them very nicely. I didnt know what to expect since they come recommended directly from the insurance company. The service is good the result is good and I keep going back.

The Safelite team was super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get a same day appointment when I called in. Eric, my technician, made sure to explain the process to me beforehand and was sure to cover it again after he finished, pointing out where he had filled in the chips - You could hardly tell!! It was great work and Im very pleased!
Never take your vehicle here! Went to pick up my vehicle and not only was the chip in my windshield poorly repaired but Safelite returned my vehicle with damage to it. The Safelite manager was completely unapologetic and stated Safelite is not liable for damage to vehicles and told me to go through my insurance. Never again will I return here terrible work and terrible customer service! Crooks

Nice service. Replaced side window on my ford with genuine ford glass (I have soundproof ones). Clean and quick, took about 1 hour. One note - they dont do tinting, so you need to go some where else for that after replacement.
They are the best. Bar none.
Its hard for me to schedule things during the week because of my work hours, so it was nice that I could schedule it DURING work and simply go outside and unlock my car. They were done in no time and let me know right away that they had locked up my car so that I didnt have to go back outside again to do so, as it is a long walk from my work area to where I park.

The original installer broke a clip on the cowl. 2nd installer tried to repair it without any luck. I called and spoke to the Manager and the ordered a cowl from the Dealer. It took about a week to get the cowl which was fine. The 3rd installer came out and installed the cowl. He didnt have the proper clips to install it because they didnt come in the box with the new cowl. He went back to his shop, got the clips I needed, and I met him at a halfway point on the way to work. Overall, I am happy they owned up to their mistake and fixed the problem. Things break, people make mistakes, its not the end of the world. Very happy with the end result. I will continue using Safelite.
They do replace auto Glass, but they act like its a favor to take your money and fix your car. Make an appointment, and they will be prompt, but dont expect a smile or anything friendly from anybody. Competent work, most of the time, but how about acting like you appreciate the business? These people must hate their jobs and it shows.
I took my vehicle in for a glass chip repair. The techs were friendly and fast. The waiting area is large, clean, comfortable and kid friendly with a large chalk board wall to draw on. There is plenty of seating, tv, coffee, etc. I would definitely take my vehicle back to this location if needed.
Had appointment yesterday for windshield replacement at my home. Got 4 reminder emails. Yesterday they were a no-show. No calls to cancel, no emails to cancel. They just didnt show up.

I was not pleased with the fix of my windshield. They replaced it, but when I came to pick it up (we arranged it so that I could pick it up after close of business, I had a spare key) there was a huge crack in it. After talking to customer service, apparently this can *sometimes* happen if its not installed right. I ended up taking it to a different Safelite location and they were able to explain the process to me and were able to rectify the issue that shouldnt of happened in the first place. Im giving it two stars due to inconvenience, rude customer service representative on the phone and failure for this location to even contact me back.

Great, stand up crew. Had my driver side window and windshield replaced by them. The driver side window was making a slight clicking sound after they replaced it. Safelite made several attempts to fix it under warranty before eventually replacing it with a whole new piece of glass. They did everything they had to to make it right. Glad I chose Safelite. Hassle free service through Geico as well.

Gas fixed my front windshield very good work
Hello,I submitted a glass claim through Geico and the claim was sent to you for a full windshield repair. The repair was scheduled for last Sunday (2/28/16). I received a call from Safelite on Saturday (2/27/16) stating my vehicle needed to brought into your shop so the camera system could be calibrated. This was something that could not be done at my house. The only shop in the metro Phoenix area was your shop in Scottsdale, AZ (8175 E Raintree Scottsdale, AZ 85260). I was given an appointment for today (3/5/16) at 1pm. I showed up at 1pm after driving 28 miles one way to be told that they didn’t have my windshield in stock and was not able to calibrate my camera because they did not have the right firmware to do so. As you can possibly imagine I was very furious and could not understand how this shop had my claim for a week and did not confirm to see if they had the windshield in stock and could do calibration. I was treated as I should expect them to not have had the windshield in stock or be able to do the calibration because my vehicle was so new. I was told they are going to order the windshield directly from the dealership and I would have to re-schedule to come back. I drove 56 miles round trip for nothing.
Second time with Safelite. They did awesome job in both times.
I had my winshield replaced last week and the customer service and actual replacement were awesome!! I cant say enough about how nice Ryan was from the greeting, to the explanation to the actual work!!! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! LOUIS IN MANAGEMENT, AND TIM-THE TECHNICIAN THAT WORKED ON MY CAR, DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.***I am extremely suspicious of how Safelite may be using lower quality windshields for replacement, and possibly refurbished glass. I will be reporting this experience to my insurer and recommending to everyone I know to NOT come here.***I have come here more than several times for auto glass repair in the past without issue. However, this prior experience will be the LAST TIME I ever use this service.It took Tim, who is a Boomer, 4 hours to replace the windshield on my Acura. After all of that waiting, he didnt do as much as apologize. I am super patient and okay with waiting-that is, unless the quality of the work is shoddy. What happened next confirmed that Tims work was either substandard, or he replaced my windshield with lesser quality glass...I noticed that soon after this job, the windshield was getting dirty very easily, even while Phoenix was not experiencing any abnormal weather conditions. I was also not driving through construction sites, nor was I letting casual water, like sprinklers, get on the windshield of the car. After taking this Acura through a standard car wash a week later, the windshield was DIRTIER than it was before it went in....this is a quality car wash that I have used hundreds of times near 16th Street and Camelback.I immediately called Safelite about this experience. They said that I had to drive down to Scottsdale to have them inspect the car.Upon spending a Saturday morning going down and having them inspect the car, they refused to replace the glass. Keep in mind I had the glass replaced 2 weeks ago! They could have warrantied the glass and replaced it easily but Louis REFUSED! So the warranty they give you is worthless!This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had related to glass repair. Living in the valley, I have had glass replaced and repaired many times. I will NEVER give them my business again. Again, after speaking with both Louis and Tim in person, I will be replicating this experience in any other reviews that I can and name them, as well as report this experience to my insurance company. DO NOT COME HERE!

Great customer service! I had Ian came out today to replace my windshield. I accidently told them the wrong windshield for my car. Withhout any hesitation he called his manager and went and got me the right windshield from the warehouse. The customer service I received was above and beyond to make sure I get my new windshield today. I really appreciate it!
