I love love love this place. I felt like I was in a candy store . Very friendly atmosphere everyone in there was so nice. I recommend this place I give it five stars I will be back and I will order offline since I dont live in the area.

Bead World had a 3 day beading class in Scottsdale and the staff not only hired a world class instructor, but was there to make sure all our needs and wants were met. Provided not only coffee and water, but ordered in lunch for us and got what ever beading supplies we needed.I cannot say enough about the entire staff in the complete customer service level that is provided any time you walk into that store.

Took a beginners bracelet beading class at the Scottsdale store from Dorothy. What a great time! Enjoyed it so much. And theres nothing she doesnt know about beading. Bead World has everything you could need and everyone is knowledgeable and super helpful.

If this is the place that just fixed my necklace (purchased at Nordstroms) for free, I am in. The photos of the outside do not look the same, but the location is correct. Im reviewing because the staff was SO NICE that the place always has smiling customers roaming around. The energy in there is just fantastic, people obviously just feel comfortable and so they want to shop, shop, shop and pore over the stores incredible inventory. Local neighborhood stores with friendly, helpful staff like this are hard to find! Dont miss it.

Bead World is the very best, top of the line gemstone bead store I have ever shopped. And I have been to Bead Stores from California to Oregon. The prices are affordable and the staff is outstanding.

Bead World is such a joy. I believe theres every kind of jewelry beads in the store. Im new to this but I just loved Karen and her staff, they were so helpful. I didnt look through the entire store but Im sure theyve got what you need for jewelry making. Also, if you sign up for email on their website, youll be sent coupons each week. On 5-14-18, I found out the store will relocate sometime in the summer. Theyre not moving far and the website will show the new address.

I have explored a few other shops around the valley and Bead World had the largest variety of different bead types, sizes, colors, and other supplies youd need for your projects, all organized very well. Theyre also extremely helpful at the shop and will spend the time to help you shop for the right piece if you need it. I go here for my miyuki delicas, fire polish, Swarovskis, gemstones, bicones, seed beads, duos, fire line, crimp ends, clasps, loom, storage options, etc. etc. And thats not even half of everything they have here!
