Gravitate isnt the most friendly or cool smoke shop Ive been to but they did have a fantastic selection! Prices are fair from what Ive seen.

Im a first time customer, I was looking for a local kratom dealer and fortunately met Michael at Gravitate. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable, he answered my questions and I was able to purchase what I needed. They have a large selection and the leaf is high quality, Ill definitely be back in N the future! Thanks again Michael!P.S. I went to the location by Hi Life. I was waiting at 9:53AM for Hi Life to open because they claim to open at 10. I waited 30min before i decided to head home and seen Gravitate on the way. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly man who help me out a lot. He really knew what he was talking about and even was willing to bargain with me on some prices. This is by far the best smoke shop in scottsdale.

Awesome shop! Pretty small but jam packed with everything you would need. the employees actually know what theyre talking about and are super nice and care about what youre in there for. they told me recently they are opening a second location right around the corner on Stetson, across the street from red revolver. and also one in peoria! these guys are gonna go places if they keep up this awesome work. Check it out if youre in the market for a new hookah, pipe or vapor pen. They have it all!

Hello, I would like to say first off I’ve talked to a total of 3 employees and 2 of which were really helpful. They were respectful and willing to help. What really bothered me is that I called a minute ago and got a rude vibe from the employee. Maybe that’s his real voice and I’m over thinking it but I felt like asking questions annoyed the employee. What I’ve been thinking is that I could make a website for the company to show off what products you sell so the people like me for example, don’t have to worry about possible rude employees because I know how frustrating it can be to take a phone call about someone asking if you have this or that. If that’s something that interests you let me know and we can situate what you would like.Thank you.

Came in here on a Friday night in need of some smokes. Rudy got me hooked up with a Glas system, very similar to Juul. Great little vape that fits nicely in the pocket. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys have just about everything from cigars to snacks, cigs and vapes, as well as bongs if weed is your fix. Nice little shop. Gonna have to come back soon because someone stole all of my extra pods I bought within 10 minutes of leaving over at Goodwood. Damn.

Would you update your Google hours please. I’m here from out of town and you have here listed that your shop opens at 7am during the week and apparently it does not. I just ubered up here for nothing.

They charge $30 for juul pods which is twice as much as anywhere else. Which is fine in a pinch and you can suck it up. But I bought a pack from them and literally none of the pods work. Not leaky, not burning. Literally all four pods are entirely blocked. No air comes through.I spoke to someone there and he told me to come back and talk to a manager. I came back and the guy wouldn’t even talk to us. Just told us to bring it up with Juul.I brought the pods to my preferred smoke shop (glass monkey—go there instead and save yourself the gravitate headache) and the guy there tried like three different things to fix the pods and even he couldn’t fix them. But at least he took the time to try (and I didn’t even buy the pods from him)Gravitate is wack. Unless it’s past 12am and everything else is close, don’t go there.

This place has the best Customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff I will not go to any other smokeshop in the valley these guys are leaps and downs I had of anyone else I recommend them to all my friends best shop in town..

They are a rip off and they sell you defective stuff. I purchased a bowl just yesterday and I made the mistake of not looking at it carefully (too trusting of me). The hole of the bowl was to large and when I went back to exchange it they said I made it that big (I dont have a oven that can melt glasses). They are the shittest place Ive been too.

Gravitate is hands down the best smoke shop in the Valley. Competitive prices, always willing to help you out when something goes wrong and way more relaxed and friendly than other shops.

If I could give 0 stars I would... actually, Id give negative 5 stars.God awful experience. I was under the impression that this was a dispensary(yes this is my fault but..) I had just gotten my card and am not familiar with the stuff at all. I called ahead and the employee told me he would accept my MMJ card printed out on a sheet of paper as long as I had my driver license with me as well (again, leading me to believe this was a dispensary) I asked him for prerolls (again, suggesting the presence of MMJ in them) and he sold me 4 packs of RAW cones.I called the next day to ask about this and they said they would do nothing for me because the RAW cones are a tobacco product.. but I didnt put any tobacco anywhere near them? Doesnt matter, tobacco productFirst, and last time I will ever visit this establishment, writing a strongly worded article for phoenix new times to hopefully warn others to stay away from this place.I realize that Im not blameless here and that most of this was due to my ignorance of dispensaries, but at no point did the employee advise me that my prerolls had to be rolled myself (doesnt that fact alone, mean that it isnt a PREroll?) As well as the fact that he made me show him my MMJ card before letting me enterUnprofessional. Inconvenient. Not a good smoke shop.

Just a plain horrible experience...been a smoker for 20+ years and have never had such a bad experience...with so many other shops in the valley, I recommend you go someplace else!
