I came to the store during their business hours, the door was locked, a woman came out and was like come in the store.... just hold on let me get my mask. Then disappears and made me stand in the heat for like 10 minutes. I’m sitting here waiting in my car and she never came back to the door. What planet am I on? It’s June of 2021....not April of 2020.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service when a very small complaint (issue with mattress pad) could not be resolved after repeated attempts voicemails and emails.After spending close to $25,000 on bedding-mattresses and accessories I find it absolutely unacceptable that they refused to change out a $250 mattress pad that ripped on the first when installing for the first time. Failed my expectations miserably.

Best bed Ive ever slept on.
